LITELOK ONE MOTO 108 User manual

LITELOK ONE has been designed to be quick and easy
to use. DO NOT FORCE the key if the lock jams and ALWAYS
push the key in fully before turning 180º clockwise.
If you have trouble it might be because the key was not
fully inserted. Wiggle the key gently, side to side and turn
anticlockwise, remove and try again. If any issue persists
please contact the place of purchase.
KEEP ONE AS SPARE and take note of the key code to
enable you to order replacements if required at a later date.
Wipe all surfaces with a soft cloth and a small amount of soapy
water if required. Dry well and avoid introducing water into the
locking mechanism. Lubricate with a small amount through key
hole periodically. LITELOK is supplied with an aerospace-rated
anti-corrosion protection coating and has been designed to
resist dirt and corrosion but we recommend drying if it gets
wet. This coating should last a year and you can reapply with
a proprietary product.

To carry your LITELOK SAFELY, we recommend either putting
it in a bag, top box or attaching it with BOTH of the two high
visibility hook and loop wrapstraps provided on a rack.
This may not work for all motorcycles, in which case you
need to find another location which is SAFE and SECURE or
coil it to store in a bike box.
Failure to secure your LITELOK correctly may also result in
damage to your motorcycles paintwork. If you are unsure
whether your Litelok is secured safely DO NOT SET OFF ON
YOUR MOTORCYCLE. Take time to adjust or find another way
to carry your Litelok.
It is incredibly simple to cinch your LITELOK into a
compact shape, making it easy to carry in your rucksack,
top box, panniers or tank bag.
Use both hands to carefully coil your LITELOK, making
sure the female end is at the centre of the coil.
Due to the flexible nature of the material the LITELOK will
naturally want to uncoil itself.
Use both hook & loop wrapstraps to tie down the
LITELOK, to keep it in a coiled shape.
Litelok GOLD MOTO provides PORTABLE MOTOYCYCLE
SECURITY.
ALWAYS lock your motorcycle to a fixed object through the
back wheel and frame and keep the lock off the ground.
IDEALLY use a LITELOK on the front wheel too.
Alternatively you can remove it and securely lock it along
with the back wheel.

Clean & lubricate your LITELOK regularly

keyhole. LITELOK is supplied with an aerospace-rated
anti-corrosion protection coating applied in production
which may make your lock feel a little waxy on the metal
surfaces but this is normal.
The coating should last a year.
You can reapply with a proprietary product.

Zeal Innovation Ltd (Zeal) provides a warranty that
LITELOK (the product) is free from manufacturing
defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is
one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise
stipulated in local law.
The warranty is void if the product is tampered with in
any way. Upon return of the defective product to Zeal or
its authorized distributor for inspection, free and clear
of all liens and encumbrances and accompanied by
proof of purchase and a statement of the defect/s, Zeal
will replace the product.
This limited warranty may not be assigned or otherwise
transferred in any way and may not be extended,
altered or varied. To the fullest extent allowable by
the laws applying here to, this limited warranty is in
lieu of any other warranties, either express or implied,
including but not limited to any warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, all of
which are expressly excluded and disclaimed. Zeal
Innovation Ltd will not be liable for loss of profits, any
special, incidental, or consequential damages, which
purchaser may sustain, any damages for claims by any
third party or punitive damages, even in the event of
notice of the possibility of such damages.
