Before using
You may already be familiar with using a hot air brush or
similar appliance but do please take time to read these
instructions. They are designed to familiarise you with
the features and to ensure you get the best out of your
purchase.
Your safety and the safety of others is important. Please,
therefore ensure you also read the safety instructions
before you operate this hot air brush.
Safety instructions
Read all the safety instructions before first use of your
hot air style.
WARNING:
THIS APPLIANCE IS LIVE UNTIL THE POWER IS
DISCONNECTED AT THE MAINS.
TO AVOID RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK:
WARNING: Do not use this appliance near bathtubs,
showers, basins or other vessels containing water.
This appliance is not intended for use by children or
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure they do not
play with the appliance.
Always unplug the appliance after use.
Do not use or store the appliance where it can come
into contact with water.
If the appliance falls into water, UNPLUG IT
IMMEDIATELY. Do not reach into the water until the
power has been disconnected.
This appliance should never be left unattended when
plugged in.
Do not pull or wrap power cord around the body of
this appliance
Close supervision is necessary when this appliance
is used by, on, or near children.
Do not use attachments not recommended by the
manufacturer.
Never operate the appliance if it has a damaged cord
or plug or if it has been dropped into water.
Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
Never block the air vents at the rear of the enclosure,
or place it on a soft surface where the air vents could
be restricted.
Keep air vent free of dust, hair, etc and do not insert
any objects into the vents.
Do not use outdoors, or where aerosol products are
being used.
Do not direct hot air towards eyes.
Do not put the appliance down while it is operating.
Check that the voltage rating of this appliance
matches that of your supply.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
For additional protection, the installation of a residual
current device (RCD) having a rated residual
operating current not exceeding 30 mA is advisable
in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask
your installer for advice.
Important
The mains lead of this appliance is not replaceable by
the user. If the supply cord is damaged, it must only be
replaced by a qualified engineer as special tools are
required.
Safety considerations
Position the power supply lead so that it is not likely
to be walked on or pinched by things placed on or
against them.
Do not use the appliance in humid or damp
conditions. Do not allow it to get wet i.e. dripping or
splashing, as this may be dangerous.
Ventilation
The slots and openings on the appliance are for
ventilation. Do not cover or block them as it could
lead to overheating.
NEVER let children push anything into the holes or
slots on the enclosure.

Product Overview
Function switch: rotate clockwise and
counter-clockwise to adjust to your desired function:
0 : power off position
: (C) : Cool Shot (airflow without heating)
I (1) : Low temperature with gentle stream of air
II (2): High temperature with strong stream of air
Using your Hot Air Brush
Switching on
Mains power `
Unwind the power cable and plug into the mains socket
and switch on.
Set the On/off switch to the required setting (C or 1 or 2).
Switching off
When you have finished, set the On / Off switch to the
Off (0) position.

Styling guide
Shampoo and condition your hair. Rinse the hair
thoroughly. Towel blot hair to remove excess
moisture. Divide your hair into sections. Using the
hot air brush, direct hot air through a section of hair
at a time. Move the hot air brush steadily across
each section so that hot air passes through the hair.
Direct air flow at hair, not scalp.
Keep the hot air brush’s air intake vents
unobstructed and free from hair while operating.
To avoid over-drying, do not concentrate heat on any
one section for any length of time. Keep the hot air
brush moving as you style.
For quick styling, dampen hair with a mist of water
before styling with the hot air brush.
When using the hot air brush to create curls and
waves, dry hair almost completely on the warmest
setting, then finish styling using the lower setting.
Cleaning
Make sure the hot air brush is unplugged from the
mains supply.
Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners.
Clean your appliance with a soft, dry (not wet) cloth.

The hot air brush does not work
Make sure it is plugged into the main supply and the
socket is switched on.
Make sure the ON/OFF switch is in an on position.
Check that the supply cord is not damaged.
Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the socket
outlet.

Disposal
At the end of its working life, do not throw this product
out with your household rubbish. Electrical and
electronic products contain substances that can have
a detrimental effect on the environment and human
health if disposed of inappropriately. Observe any
local council regulations regarding the disposal of
electrical consumer goods and dispose of it
appropriately for recycling. Contact your local
authorities for advice on recycling facilities in your
area.
Please keep the original packaging carton and
materials in a safe place. It will help to prevent any
damage if the product needs to be transported in the
future. In the event it is to be disposed of, please
recycle all packaging material where possible.
