General Instructions
PLEASE, TAKE TIME TO READ WELL THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PARTICULARLY BEFORE THE FIRST USE.
A misuse of t e appliance can damage it or urt t e user. Assure t at
you use t e appliance for t e use for w ic it is designed; we refuse
any responsibilities as for t e damages by an incorrect use or a bad
manipulation.

Before using for the first time :
- Remove t e packaging t at protects t e appliance. Do not leave t em wit in t e reac of c ildren.
- Clean t e fondue pot, plates, pans and accessories wit soapy water and wipe t em wit a soft clot .
- Pre eat t e appliance for 15 minutes wit out any food. It is possible t at a slig t smoke will be produced
during t e first use. T is is normal; make sure t at t e room is well ventilated.
Place t e appliance on a flat, stable and eat-resistant surface.
Be careful not to place t e appliance on t e edge of a table or worktop to prevent it from tipping over.

Never place your appliance directly on a fragile surface, suc as a glass table, clot or plastic tableclot , or
varnis ed furniture.
Never place aluminium foil or any ot er object under t e stone or t e ob, and between t e reflector and
t e eating element.
USING YOUR APPLIANCE
For use by 4, 8 or 12 people thanks to the 3 in epen ent switches
FONDUE
•Place your device on a flat surface on t e table center. Unwind t e cord and plug it into a mains socket.
Make sure t e on/off button is set to "0" before you start using t e appliance.
•Carefully fill t e pan wit t e desired preparation (oil, brot s, etc.) and make sure t e level does not
exceed t e MAX level indicated on t e inside of t e pan.
•Turn t e switc to t e "I" position.
•Heat for approximately 20-30 minutes to bring t e oil to t e correct temperature.
•
At t e end of use, turn t e on/off button to t e "0" position, unplug it and let t e appliance cool down
completely before andling.
We recommen that you o not use the same oil too often. It egra es quickly. Do not put water in the
oil bath (risk of oil splashes an burns)
RACLETTE
1. Carefully unwind t e power cable and plug in t e unit.
2. Turn t e switc to t e "I" position.
3. Allow t e appliance to pre eat for 15 minutes. Place your c eese in t e pans.
4. After use, turn t e on/off button to t e 0 position to turn off t e appliance, unplug t e cord from t e
mains and allow to cool for 1 our before moving or cleaning.
NOTE:
Do not leave empty pans in t e appliance w ile it is on.
Do not cut your food on t e plate.
To avoid damaging t e cooktop coating, always use a plastic or wooden spatula.
GRILL AND CREPES
Turn t e switc to t e "I" position.
Allow t e appliance to pre eat for 15 minutes.
Cut meat into small pieces for quick cooking, place your food on t e stone plate or on t e "grill" plate
stone cooking plate or on t e "grill" plate..

For crepes, you can put your crepe batter on t e circular slots of t e griddle, put more or less batter
according to t e desired t ickness. Cook t e pancakes on eac side (more or less time depending on t e
t ickness) until t ey are golden.
After use, turn t e on/off button to t e 0 position to turn off t e appliance, unplug t e cord from t e
mains and allow to cool for 1 our before moving or cleaning.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Unplug the appliance an allow it to cool own completely before han ling.
Never immerse your appliance in water an o not put it in the ishwasher.
Never use cleaning agents such as oven cleaner.
Clean t e fondue pot, plates, pans and accessories wit ot water, was ing-up liquid and a non-abrasive
sponge. Rinse t e pan well.
Clean ot er accessories and plates wit soapy water as well.
Wipe t e eating base wit a damp clot if necessary and dry before storing.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from t e weat er.
