and ease of use of our products. We hope that this product will give you complete satisfaction.
General Safety Instructions
PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING
THE APPLIANCE AND SAVE IT FOR ANY FURTHER NEED.
Incorrect operation or usage is likely to cause damage to the
appliance and injure the user. Make sure that you follow all safety
instructions. Only use this appliance for the purpose for which it has
een designed; we decline all responsi ility in the event of damage
due to incorrect use or ad handing.
1. The safety instructions do not y themselves eliminate any
danger completely and proper accident prevention
measures must always e used.
2. Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use.
3. Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way
indicated in the instructions.
4. The barbecue must be installed on a stable horizontal
support before use.
5. The barbecue must be heated and the fire kept
incandescent for at least 30 minutes before the first
cooking.
6. Use only charcoal in the fire owl.
7. Do not fill the fire owl a ove the level of the cooking grid.

8. The max. charcoal used shall e 1,5 kg.
9. Do not cook before the fuel has a coating of ash.
10. It is a solutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all
times as it comes into direct contact with food.
11. Let cool and keep out the accessories efore cleaning them.
12. Keep this manual with the appliance. If the appliance is to e
used y a third party, this instruction manual must e supplied
with it.
13. Regarding the instructions for cleaning with food, thanks to
refer to the elow paragraph of the manual surfaces in
contact.
DANGERS
•Warning The temperature of the barbecue will become
very high. Do not move the barbecue when operating.
•Warning ! Do not use indoors. This ar ecue is designed to
e used only outdoors. Inside, toxic smoke uild up and
could cause serious injury or death.
•WARNING! Do not use spirit or petrol for lighting or
relighting! Use only firelighters complying to EN 1860-3!
•WARNING! Keep children and pets away
•If you are using a liquid fire starter, remove any liquid that
may have flowed through the ottom ventilation holes
efore lighting the charcoal.
•Do not use the ar ecue within 50 meters of com usti le
materials. These include, ut are not limited to wood or
treated wooden decks, patios or verandas.

•Do not use the grill if all its parts are not in place. Check that
the ash pan is properly secured to the feet under the
ar ecue tank.
•Do not remove the ashes until the charcoal has fully urned
and is not completely extinguished.
•Do not wear clothing with large, floating sleeves when
lighting and using the ar ecue.
•Do not use the grill during strong winds

Do not use the barbecue in a confined and / or habitable space,
for example houses, tents, caravans, campers, boats. Risk of
death from carbon monoxide poisoning.

• Caution: do not, under any circumstances, cover the grill rack with aluminous foil, ar ecue dishes or
other items, as the resulting uild-up of heat could cause irrepara le damage to the grill.
• When grilling food with a high fat or moisture content, splashes are not always avoida le.
• Remem er that the food with a high fat or moisture content may tend to ignite or to splash.
• No responsi ility will e accepted if damage results from improper use, or if these instructions are not
complied with.
• This Bar ecue grill is not intended to e installed in or on recreational vehicles and/or oats
• Use heat-resistant ar ecue mitts or gloves while cooking
• Use proper tools, with long, heat-resistant handles.
• Always put charcoal on top of the charcoal (lower) grate. Do not put charcoal directly in the ottom of
the owl.
• Do not store grill until ashes and charcoal are fully extinguished.
• Keep electrical wires and cords away from the hot surfaces of the grill and away from high traffic areas
• Do not use water to control flare-ups or to extinguish charcoal.
• Using a rasive cleaners on the cooking grates or the ar ecue itself will damage the finish
• The ar ecue should e thoroughly cleaned on a regular asis
BEFORE FIRST USE
−Clean with a soft damp cloth. Place your appliance on level and sta le surface.
−Pre-heating the appliance 30 minutes without any food to remove the protective coating. A small
smoke emission is normal; take care that the room is aerated well
