Caution: do not, under any circumstances, cover the grill rack with aluminous foil, ar ecue dishes or
other items, as the resulting uild-up of heat could cause irrepara le damage to the grill.
•
When grilling food with a high fat or moisture content, splashes are not always avoida le.
•
Remem er that the food with a high fat or moisture content may tend to ignite or to splash.
•
No responsi ility will e accepted if damage results from improper use, or if these instructions are not
complied with.

This Bar ecue grill is not intended to e installed in or on recreational vehicles and/or oats
•
Use heat-resistant ar ecue mitts or gloves while cooking
•
Use proper tools, with long, heat-resistant handles.
•
Always put charcoal on top of the charcoal (lower) grate. Do not put charcoal directly in the ottom of
the owl.
•
Do not store grill until ashes and charcoal are fully extinguished.
•
Keep electrical wires and cords away from the hot surfaces of the grill and away from high traffic areas
•
Do not use water to control flare-ups or to extinguish charcoal.
•
Using a rasive cleaners on the cooking grates or the ar ecue itself will damage the finish
•
The ar ecue should e thoroughly cleaned on a regular asis
BEFORE FIRST USE
−Clean with a soft damp cloth. Place your appliance on level and sta le surface.
−Pre-heating the appliance 30 minutes without any food to remove the protective coating.
A small
smoke emission is normal; take care that the room is aerated well
