INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE PARTICULARLY BEFORE
THE FIRST USE.

WARNING : HOT S RFACE
1. T e surfaces can be very ot during use. Do
not touc ot surfaces. Use t e knobs. Do not
store or place any ot er item on top of t e
grill. Use extreme caution w en removing drip
pan or disposing of ot grease or ot er ot
liquids.

USING YOUR APPLIANCE
Before your First se
Place your grill on a level surface suc as a countertop or table. Be sure t at rear surface of t e grill is against
t e wall and ot er surface away from wall. Remove all stickers from t e grill. Remove Drip Pan, Rotisserie
Spit, Forks and kabobs and was t em in warm, soapy water or in t e dis was er. Dry t oroug ly before
placing in t e oven.
T e door andle is removable, in order to let you take it out and clean t e inside of unit. Before
you use t e oven, please assembly t e andle yourself by t e following assembly instruction
picture.
W en you are ready to use t e grill, be sure t at t e TIMER Control is in t e “Off” position and unplugged.
We recommend a trial run to familiarize yourself wit your grill and to eliminate any protective substance or
oil t at may ave been used for packing and s ipping. Plug t e cord into a 220volt AC outlet. Set t e TIMER
Control to “20” minutes. A small amount of smoke and odor may be detected. T is is normal.
To avoid scratc ing, marring, discoloration or fire azard, do not store anyt ing on top of t e oven, especially
during operation.
sing Your Grill for Rotisserie
1. Place one rotisserie fork on t e end of t e rotisserie spit opposite t e point wit t e tines facing t e
center and tig ten t e screw slig tly.
2. Slide t e pointed end of t e rotisserie spit t roug t e center of t e food to be cooked.

3.
Place t e ot er rotisserie fork on t e ot er end of t e rotisserie spit wit t e tines facing t e roast.
4. Adjust t e roast so t at it is centered on t e rotisserie spit. Make sure t e forks are secure on t e
roast and on t e spit and tig ten t e screws.
5. W en cooking poultry, it may be necessary to secure legs and wings to t e body wit butc ers twine
to make t e roast as compact as possible for smoot movement of t e rotisserie spit.
6. Season or baste t e roast as desired.
7. IMPORTANT! Place t e round drip pan into t e receptacle at t e bottom of t e oven to catc t e
drippings.
8. Put t e solid end of t e rotisserie spit in t e drive socket on located in t e center of t e drip pan.
9. Place t e grooved end on t e spit support on located on t e top interior of t e oven

10. Close t e glass door and t e inner blue lig t will be off automatically.
11. Set t e TIMER Control to t e time according to RECIPE. If more t an 1 our, set to “Stay On” and
c eck after t e setting time.
12. W en t e roast is done, turn t e TIMER Control to “Off” and unplug t e oven.
13. Remove t e rotisserie from t e top by lifting up and out towards you. Pull t e bottom part of t e spit
out of t e drip pan receptacle and place onto a carving station.
14. Place t e roast on a cutting board or platter and allow standing for 10-15 minutes, t is allows t e
juices to redistribute t roug out t e roast making for a moister, flavorful roast
15. Using a pot older, loosen t e screws on t e rotisserie forks and remove t e rotisserie spit from t e
roast. Carefully remove t e rotisserie forks and carve t e roast.
sing Your Grill for Kabob
If your grill comes wit Kabob accessories, please follow t e instructions for use.
1. Assembly t e kabobs wit following t e below steps.

6. Set t e TIMER Control to t e time according to recommended Recipe. If more t an 1 our, set to
“Stay On” and c eck after t e s ortest time.
7. W en t e roast is done, turn t e TIMER Control to “Off” and unplug t e grill.

CLEANING AND STORAGE
1. Turn t e TIMER Control to “Off” and unplug before cleaning.
2. Allow t e grill and all accessories to cool completely before cleaning.
3. Clean t e outside of t e grill wit a damp clot and dry t oroug ly. Clean stubborn stains wit a
nonabrasive liquid cleaner. Do not use metal scouring pads or abrasive cleaners t at will scratc t e
surface.
4. Clean t e glass door wit a clot or sponge dampened wit warm, soapy water and dry t oroug ly.
5. Was t e drip pan in ot, sudsy water or in t e dis was er. Clean stubborn stains wit a nylon or
polyester mes pad and a mild, nonabrasive cleaner. Rinse and dry t oroug ly.
6. If crumbs and spills ave accumulated on t e bottom of t e grill wipe wit a damp clot and dry
t oroug ly.
7. T e walls on t e inside of t e grill allow food particles or spatters during use to be easily wiped clean.
Remove eavy spatter after use wit a nylon or polyester mes pad, sponge or clot dampened wit
warm water. Blot dry wit a paper towel or soft, dry clot .
8. T e Rotisserie spit and forks (wit out screws attac ed) , kabobs and fis basket can be placed in t e
dis was er or was ed in warm soapy water. Hand was t e screws in warm soapy water and dry
t oroug ly.
