You have just purchased a LIVOO product and we thank you for it. We take great care in the design,
ergonomics and ease of use of our products. We hope that you will be completely satisfied with this
product.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT FOR THE FIRST TIME.
Improper use of the device can damage it or injure the user.
Make sure that you use the device for the purpose for which it
was designed; we accept no liability for damage (compensation)
due to incorrect use or mishandling.
1. This appliance is intended for domestic use only. Any other use
(medical, professional, commercial, etc.) is excluded.
2. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
3. Keep this appliance indoors and in a dry place.
4. Do not immerse the unit in water or any other liquid.
5. Do not store any objects on the scale.
6. To avoid risk of injury, do not stand on the edges of the scale.
7. To prevent slipping, make sure that your feet and the scale are
dry and free of dust before getting on the scale.
8. Do not disassemble the scale.
9. Avoid strong vibrations or shocks, such as dropping the scale on
the floor.
10. Always place your scale on a hard, level surface. Avoid carpets
and rugs.

11. Do not use the scale on a slippery surface or on a wet floor.
12. Keep the scale away from heat sources (radiators, etc.) to avoid
deformation of plastic parts.
13. Do not store the scale in an upright position.
14. Use only the type of battery specified in this manual.
15. Replace the batteries when they are worn out or leak.
16. Remove the batteries if the appliance is not used for a long
period of time.
17. Do not disassemble the scale as improper handling may result in
injury to persons or damage to the scale.

To change the batteries, open the cover on the back, place the batteries in the battery compartment and
insert the cover.
Disclaimer
1. For accurate weighing, we recommend that you weigh yourself every day at a fixed time, for example
between 6:00 and 8:00 am.
2. Please replace the battery when "LO" appears on the display indicating that the battery is low.
3. "----" appears on the display to indicate an overload.

Attention
1. Please remove your shoes before weighing yourself to avoid scratching the glass platform.
2. The glass platform may be slippery when wet, make sure the glass and your feet are dry before climbing
on the scale.
3. Use a soft cloth with an alcohol-based cleaner to clean the surface. No soap or other chemicals. Keep it
away from water, extreme heat or cold.
4. The scale is a high-precision measuring device. Never jump on the scale or disassemble the scale and
handle it carefully to avoid dropping it.
5. The scale is intended for household use only and is not suitable for professional use.
6. Please check the battery if the scale operates abnormally. Replace the battery if necessary. For any other
problems, please contact your local dealer or our company directly by phone or email.

Open the battery cover on the back of the scale and insert the batteries into the battery compartment,
observing the correct polarity. Please note that incorrect polarity will cause damage to the electronic parts
of the scale.
Note: New and old batteries cannot be used together. You cannot use rechargeable batteries for this device.
Before inserting the batteries, make sure that the battery contact points in the device are clean.
•Please remove the batteries from the scale when they are discharged or if you do not use the scale
for a long period of time.
Recommendations:
•This appliance is intended to be used for determined body weight and analyze the proportion of water
and body fat as well as muscle and bones mass in the body. It can also calculate the body mass index.
(BMI).
•The analysis of the body is not suitable for people under the age of 10 or over the age of 70. We
recommend that these people of 10 or over the age of 70. We recommend that these people only use the
conventional weighing mode.
•The BMI function is only suitable for calculating the ideal weight for adults aged 18 and above. The app is
unable to display this function for those who are under 18 years old.
•Please note that the results which are calculated are only reference values and act as a guideline.
Moreover, different values may occur in the case of performance athletes or people who are being
treated with medicines. You are explicitly advised against using the results as the basis for any form of
medical treatment or diet! You must consult your doctor if you have any questions about your weight, a
medical treatment or a diet.
Note : The set of body analysis scales is not suitable for the following people:
People with a pacemaker or another medical implant with electronic components. The correct
functioning of the implant could be impaired or endangered.
People with symptoms of fever, edema or osteoporosis
People undergoing dialysis treatment
People who are taking cardio-vascular medication
•The scale can withstand a maximum body weight ok 180 kg. A higher weight may damage the appliance.
•Weight yourself without clothing and barefoot. To make it easier to compare results it’s advisable to
always weight yourself at the same time (preferably in the evening, before eating). And under the same
circumstances.
•Place yourself correctly on the contact areas.

•Measurement of the body fat and water content as well as muscle and bone mass is only possible with
bare feet.
Note: The scales round up the weight to whole 100 g and react to a minimum weight of 6 kg.

The scale can contain several profiles in memory.
There may be measurement errors in the event that:
- are involved in professional or intensive high level sports.
- are over 70 years old
- are less than 10 years old
However, the so-called "normal" weight function remains effective.
USING YOUR APPLIANCE
Conventional Weighing (without the IOS / Android dispositive):
1. Place the scales on a dry and firm base (avoid carpets).
2. Tap your foot on the scales to activate the display.
3. Wait until the display shows '0.0' (kg / lb / st).Note :
Note: if you need, you can choose the mesure unit the appliance should use, in kilograms (kg), pounds (lb)
or stone (st).

4. Get on the scale.
Note: For an accurate result, please stand still on the middle of the scale platform.
5. Once the body weight has been established, the number on the display begins to flash. You can
now get off the scales.
6. The scales switch off automatically after a few moments.
Setting and storing personal data in memory
In order to be able to use all the functions of your scale, you will need to download the "Fitdays" application
from the App Store or Google play store. You can also scan the QR code to download the application.
Without the application, you only can use the weighting function in kg. QR CODE :
Activate the Bluetooth® function on your phone or tablet to make the application work.

Download the application « Fitdays » before strating the scale to your IOS/Android device. You have the
possibility to create 8 profiles on this application.
Create a profile:
You can enter your own user profile in the app directly after registering. Once you have entered all the
data, select DONE. You automatically move to the main menu. Further user profiles are entered using the
plus button in your profile
The different steps for to connect your phone or tablet to the app « Fitdays »
1. Be assured that the network of your phone or tablet working properly
2. Register an account by e-mail.
3. Enter the correct personal information, including gender, height and age.
4. Be sure that the Bluetooth of your phone is activated, and that the GPS and localisation are also
activated if your phone is fitted of Android system.
5. Step on the scale to turn it on, the home page will indicate "Connected". It means that the
automatic coupling was successful. If the home page shows "Disconnected",
please click on mine ---> My device to pair the scale.
If you have difficulties connecting your application and your scale:
1. On the application go to the "My Profile" tab and select "Device".
2. If your balance is not displayed, select the "+" in the top right corner of the application.
3. The application will then search for a new device.
4. Your scale should be displayed directly.
5. If not, check that Bluetooth connection is allowed for this application.
6. Once the settings have been made, restart the device search. The connected scale "My scale"
should be displayed. Select it and you will be connected.
To measure the different body data correctly:
1. Place the scales on a dry and firm base (avoid carpets) to obtain a reliable result.
2. Turn on your smartphone's Bluetooth feature
3. Open the app, the connection is supposed to be automatic.
Note: Connect only one smartphone at a time to the scale.
4. Be sure your homepage show « Connected ».
5. Keep the app in the home page or click on “Measure”.
6. Get on the scale slowly, dry and barefoot. Stand upright on the scale and touch uniformly the
electrodes evenly.
7. The number on the display flashes while the scale is weighting and analyzing all the information.
Your phone or tablet will then receive the body information measured and display “FINISHED” under your
weight.

Determine the proportion of water and fat in the body, the mass of muscle and bone, calculate the body
mass index (BMI):
1. Place the scales on a dry and firm base (avoid carpets) for getting a reliable result.
2. Press lightly on the scale, it will turn on automatically
3. Display show 0.0 after few seconds.
At this time, the symbol Bluetooth® flashes, indicate that the Bluetooth® is waiting for connection
and synchronization. (If nothing is writing, please check if the batteries are correctly installed).
Setting the unit of measurement
In the setup/extras menu, you can choose the desired unit of measurement (kg, lb, st). Select kilograms
"Kg".
Choose the language:
The application will automatically select the language of the smartphone unless this language is not
available in the application choice, in which case English will be chosen by default.
Updating system:
Allows you to see if all the updates are available for the application and download them directly.

My scale:
With this function, you will be able to connect your smartphone to you scale if the automatic connexion
has failed.
•Login: Lauch the search. The application will search for the connection from a list of scale
references.
•Choose in the list of reference, your scale. The application will connect your scale and your
smartphone.
•Log off : select your scale from the list of connected appliance. The application will disconnect
your smartphone from the scale.
4. Stay in place on the scale, barefoot and in contact with the sensors.

5. When the weight is established, the numbers will flash on the display, and the other values are
calculated automatically after that.
6. Stay well in place on the scale until it turns off or until all values are visible in the application on
your smartphone.
7. These values are displayed in the menu in the order shown below :

8. Beside your values is displayed either: they are in the "standard" average, or they are too high or too
low in relation to the average values.
9. You can select one of those values to access for more details.
Weight in memory:
This function allows you to:
•Enter the weight that you want. Every time that you want to connect at the application, it will
remind you how you want to go to your weight.
•Entrez votre poids souhaité. A chaque fois que vous vous connecterez à l’application, elle vous
rappellera comment vous vous situez par rapport à votre poids souhaité.
•Garder deux poids en mémoire.

You can also access your daily, monthly and yearly statistics in the main menu:
To do so, drag the screen from the bottom to the top, the menu goes to the second page.
You can use additional functions via the menu setting/extras, in each menu you can select "back" to return
to the menu setting/extras.
Share this:
This feature allows you to share your values with family, friends and people you know via various
platforms.

Please change new batteries when you see “LO” on the scale display,
which means batteries are out of power.

Please step off the scale when it shows “Err”, to avoid damaging the
scale, which means overload. Notice the max capacity is
180kg(400lbs);

again to repeat the measuring process.

Unrealistic values for
fat and water
measurement
Grease contains little water. This may mean that the amount of water in
the body is below the limit set for people with high fat.
Conversely, in well-trained athletes, the limits may be exceeded due to
low fat and a high proportion of muscle.
Incorrect weight
The scale is placed on an unstable surface (for example: carpet).
No analysis values are
displayed.
Correct the position of your feet. They must be dry and bare, well
positioned on the metal parts.
Why is the internet necessary for the application to work?
The Fitdays application will help you to save all your measurement via a server. So, it’s important that the
internet function on your phone or tablet is turned on for:
1. Register and connect to your account
2. Add new user and revise information
3. Pair or delete scale device
4. Revise setting.

Choose the "My Profile" tab, and the different profiles you have saved on your application will be displayed.
Choose yours. You can then change your information. Once you've made the changes, click "Confirm".
How to use baby mode for weighing?
Click on “Analyse” and select de “+” in the upper right hand corner, and select “Baby mode”. At first, stand
on the scale to test the adult weight first. When the data on scale stop flashing, step off the scale, then
hold the baby and test together.
After finished, the scale will calculate the baby weight and remind to set a new account or ask to manually
recognize the data.
Note: For user under 18-months-old, App will enter into baby mode automatically when measuring.
Cleaning and maintenance
ATTENTION !
•Do not immerse the appliance into the water.
•Do not use any detergents or abrasive objects to clean the scale as this will damage the surface
•Clean the surface of the scale with a soft damp cloth.
•If you do not use the scale for a long period, remove the batteries and store it in a dry place, out of
direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
Battery usage and recycling advices:
* Keep the batteries out of the reach of children
*Do not mix old batteries with new ones, with different compositions or different brands
to avoid possible leakage or explosion.
*Do not heat or deform the batteries or expose them to fire.
* Do not dispose the batteries with your household garbage.
* Please check with your local authority for battery recycling advice. In order to protect the
environment, and dispose of batteries in accordance with applicable regulations. Do not
dispose of the batteries in your household waste. Drop them off in the nearest battery
container or take them back to your store.
