PURPOSE AND INTENDED USE
The Lola&Lykke Core Relief support belt is an orthopaedic belt, consisting
of a belt with fully adjustable hook and loop fastener, elastic compression
straps as well as stabilising back rods. The belt is designed for short-term
use around the hips and lower back. It is intended to be worn by women
during pregnancy to ease pain in the back, hips, or pelvic girdle and to take
the weight of the baby belly.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
The Lola&Lykke support belt is for expectant mothers with back pain or
pelvic girdle pain.
FUNCTIONALITY
The Lola&Lykke support belt supports the stomach and alleviates back pain
by taking some of the burden off the muscles of the back and pelvic floor.
The fully adjustable hook and loop fastener means that you can adjust the
belt to suit individual requirements. This means that the support belt can
be worn throughout the entire pregnancy. Using the two additional elastic
straps, the supportive effect can be adjusted to fit personal requirements for
comfort and stability.

USER INSTRUCTIONS
It is important that you use the right size of Lola&Lykke support belt and
that it is positioned correctly, to achieve the best level of support. The
graphics and product images on the packaging indicate the correct sizing
and the correct positioning of the belt. When doing this, follow these steps:
1. Open the support belt by undoing the hook and loop fastener.
2. Place the belt with the large surface level with the lower back and
fasten the belt by putting the right side over the left side under the
stomach.
3. Fasten the hook and loop around the waist, under your belly, so that it
feels comfortable.
4. Take both elastic bands into your hands simultaneously and tighten
them as evenly as possible, so that there are no folds in the fabric that
could cause a pressure sensation.
5. Fix the elastic straps onto the loop strips, to give you a pleasant
supportive effect.
6. If you feel that the support belt is too tight or too loose, repeat steps
1 - 5 and change the tension of the elastic straps. There is an application
video on our website to show you how to position the belt correctly.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The support belt should only be worn when standing or walking and not
during breaks, when carrying out sedentary tasks or when sleeping. If, while
wearing the belt, you should start to feel unwell (dizziness, high pressure)
then please undo the support belt immediately.
Side effects could include skin irritation such as redness, swelling or itching
due to a build-up of heat in the area of the support belt. If this happens, take
off the support belt immediately.
The support belt must not be worn if you have open wounds in the
stomach, pelvic and back area. Before use, check the support belt to make
sure that it is intact. Do not use the support belt if, for example, the rods on
the back are sticking out, to avoid any risk of injury.
If the belt is pressing too hard or slips, then you might need a different size.
See the measurement chart/sizing on the packaging.
In case of a known hypersensitivity and allergic reactions to one of the
material components mentioned, you should stop using the support belt or
only use it after having consulted your physician.
If the symptoms persist or worsen, please seek advice from a doctor.
All serious incidents occurring in connection with this product must be
reported to the manufacturer immediately.

HOT/COLD THERAPY PACK USER INSTRUCTIONS
TO USE COLD
Store in freezer, remove and place in the pocket or other additional cover.
Apply to affected a rea. A minim um of 2 hours is required in the freezer to
obtain the best results.
DO NOT USE DIRECTLY ON SKIN STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER.
TO USE HOT
Hot water use:
1. Boil enough water to cover the pack completely and remove from heat.
2. Place the pack in the water for about 7 minutes .
3. Leave in container for 10 minutes if pack is frozen.
4. Remove from water using a tong or similar and place in the pocket.
Microwave use:
1. Be cautious as microwaves vary in power and you will need to find the
correct amount of time to heat the pack.
2. Flatten the pack to ensure the gel is evenly distributed.
3. Place the pack in the microwave oven and set timer for max. 30 seconds
and then allow to stand for 30 seconds.
4. If more heat is required, heat in 10 second increments with equal
standing time until desired temperature is achieved.
5. Remove from the microwave using a tong or similar and place in
pocket.
NOTE: Medium power is recommended for the microwave. Do not heat
in microwave oven over 1400 WATT. DO NOT USE DIRECTLY ON SKIN
STRAIGHT FROM THE MICROWAVE.
CAUTION
Do not overheat the pack in the microwave beyond the recommended
time as this may cause leakage of contents. If contents are exposed to the
skin or eyes, flush with water immediately. The gel is non-toxic. If irritation or
redness persists, consult a physician. The gel is inedible.

SAFEKEEPING, SERVICE LIFE, STORAGE, AND TRANSPORT
With normal usage, the product should be replaced after 3 years.
CLEANING AND DISPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS
The Lola&Lykke support belt is only suitable for hand wash and should be
dried in open air without wringing or twisting. To prevent damage to the
support belt, the use of chemical cleaning agents and ironing the support
belt is not recommended. Please observe the cleaning and care instructions
on the product to increase the service life of your belt. The Lola&Lykke
support belt can be disposed of along with the household waste. Please
observe the regional disposal regulations in the process.

ÚČEL A ZAMÝŠLENÉ POUŽITÍ
Podpůrný pás Lola&Lykke Core Relief je ortopedický pás, který se skládá z
pásu s plně nastavitelným zapínáním na suchý zip, elastických kompresních
popruhů a zádových výztuh. Pás je určen ke krátkodobé aplikaci kolem boků
a kříže. Je určen pro těhotné ženy a zmírňuje bolest zad, boků a pánevního
dna, a odlehčuje váhu dítěte v bříšku.
OBLAST POUŽITÍ
Podpůrný pás Lola&Lykke je určen pro těhotné ženy trpící bolestmi zad a
pánevního dna.
FUNKCE
Podpůrný pás Lola&Lykke podpírá bříško a zmírňuje bolest zad tím, že
ulevuje zádovým svalům a pánevnímu dnu. Díky nastavitelnému zapínání
na suchý zip si můžete pás zcela přizpůsobit individuálním potřebám. Pás
tak můžete nosit po celou dobu vašeho těhotenství. Dva doplňkové elastické
popruhy navíc posilují podporu a lze je nastavit na míru vlastnímu pohodlí
a stabilitě.

POKYNY K POUŽITÍ
Pro dosažení nejlepšího podpůrného efektu je třeba zvolit správnou velikost
pásu Lola&Lykke a správně jej umístit. Správná velikost a umístění pásu jsou
znázorněny na obalu produktu pomocí grafiky a obrázků. Při aplikaci pásu
se řiďte následujícími kroky:
1. Rozevřete pás odepnutím suchého zipu.
2. Umístěte pás tak, aby velká plocha doléhala na kříž, a zapněte jej
přeložením pravého konce přes levý v místě bříška.
3. Kolem boků a pod bříškem zapněte suchý zip tak, abyste se v pásu cítila
pohodlně.
4. Oba elastické popruhy vezměte zároveň do rukou a rovnoměrně je
utáhněte. Ujistěte se, že materiál není nikde skrčený, a nebude vás nikde
tlačit.
5. Elastické popruhy přilepte na suchý zip pro ještě příjemnější podpůrný
efekt.
6. Pokud máte pocit, že je pás příliš utažený nebo naopak příliš volný,
zopakujte kroky 1–5 a upravte utažení elastických popruhů. Na našich
webových stránkách najdete instruktážní video znázorňující správné
umístění pásu.

BEZPEČNOSTNÍ POKYNY
Podpůrný pás noste pouze tehdy, pokud stojíte nebo chodíte, ne během
odpočinku, při vykonávání sedavých úkonů ani během spánku. Pokud se
během nošení pásu začnete cítit špatně (motání hlavy, vysoký tlak), pás si
neprodleně sundejte.
Mezi možné vedlejší účinky patří podráždění kůže, například zčervenání,
otoky nebo svědění následkem nahromaděného tepla v oblasti působení
podpůrného pásu. Zaznamenáte-li tyto účinky, pás si ihned sundejte.
Podpůrný pás nepoužívejte, pokud máte v oblasti bříška, pánve nebo
zad otevřené rány. Pás stejně tak nepoužívejte, pokud z něj například trčí
podpůrné výztuže. Předejdete tak možnému zranění.
Pokud vás pás příliš tlačí nebo naopak je naopak volný, možná potřebujete
jinou velikost. Zkontrolujte tabulku měření / velikostí na obalu produktu.
Trpíte-li přecitlivělostí nebo alergií na některý z obsažených materiálů, pás
nepoužívejte nebo použití zkonzultujte se svým lékařem.
Pokud se symptomy nelepší nebo dokonce zhoršují, kontaktujte prosím
svého lékaře.
Veškeré závažné problémy související s produktem neprodleně nahlaste
výrobci.

UŽIVATELSKÁ PŘÍRUČKA PRO HŘEJIVÝ/CHLADIVÝ GELOVÝ POLŠTÁŘEK
CHLADIVÁ FUNKCE
Nechejte zmrazit v mrazáku, vyjměte a umístěte do vnější kapsy nebo jiného
obalu. Přiložte na postižené místo. Pro zajištění nejlepšího výsledku je třeba
polštářek nechat v mrazáku alespoň 2 hodiny.
POLŠTÁŘEK VYTAŽENÝ Z MRAZÁKU NIKDY NEPŘIKLÁDEJTE PŘÍMO NA KŮŽI.
HŘEJIVÁ FUNKCE
Ohřívání v horké vodě:
1. Přiveďte k varu dostatečné množství vody na to, abyste do ní mohli
ponořit celý polštářek, a vodu odstavte.
2. Polštářek zcela ponořte do vody, přibližně 7 minut.
3. Vytahujete-li polštářek z mrazáku, nechejte jej ve vodě 10 minut.
4. Vytáhněte polštářek z vody pomocí kleští nebo jiného vhodného nástroje
a umístěte jej do dodané kapsy.
Ohřívání v mikrovlnné troubě:
1. Dbejte opatrnosti, pokud jde o výkon mikrovlnky. V závislosti na zvoleném
výkonu je třeba dodržet vhodnou dobu ohřevu.
2. Zploštěte polštářek a ujistěte se, že je gel rovnoměrně rozvržen.
3. Vložte polštářek do mikrovlnky a ohřívejte po dobu maximálně 30 vteřin.
4. Je-li potřeba delší ohřev, ohřívejte vždy v intervalech 10 vteřin, dokud
nebudete mít polštářek požadovanou teplotu.
5. Vyjměte polštářek z mikrovlnky pomocí kleští nebo jiného vhodného
nástroje a vložte do kapsy.
POZNÁMKA: Doporučujeme ohřívat v mikrovlnce na střední výkon.
Neohřívejte při výkonu vyšším než 1400 WATTŮ. PO VYTAŽENÍ Z MIKROVLNKY
NEPŘIKLÁDEJTE PŘÍMO NA KŮŽI.
UPOZORNĚNÍ
Vyhněte se přílišnému ohřívání polštářku v mikrovlnce, tedy ohřívání po delší
dobu, než je doporučeno. V opačném případě může dojít k úniku obsahu.
Pokud se obsah dostane na kůži nebo do očí, neprodleně postižené místo
opláchněte vodou. Gel není toxický. Pokud podráždění přetrvává, vyhledejte
lékaře. Gel není určen ke konzumaci.

ÚSCHOVA, ŽIVOTNOST, SKLADOVÁNÍ A PŘEPRAVA
Za běžných okolností je produkt třeba vyměnit po 3 letech používání.
POKYNY K ČIŠTĚNÍ A LIKVIDACI
Podpůrný pás Lola&Lykke myjte pouze v rukách a sušte na vzduchu
bez ždímání a kroucení. V rámci prevence poškození podpůrného pásu
nedoporučujeme mýt v chemických čisticích prostředcích ani žehlit. Pro
zajištění maximální životnosti vašeho pásu se prosím řiďte pokyny k čištění
a údržbě produktu. Podpůrný pás Lola&Lykke lze likvidovat společně
s domovním odpadem. Při likvidaci se prosím řiďte místními předpisy
ohledně likvidace odpadu.

Lola&Lykke Graviditetsbælte, der giver lindring til kroppens
midtersektion, er et ortopædisk bælte, der består af et bælte med fuldt

FUNKTIONALITET
Lola&Lykke graviditetsbælte understøtter maven og lindrer

BRUGERINSTRUKTION
Det er vigtigt, at du anvender den rigtige størrelse af Lola&Lykke
graviditetsbælte, og at det er placeret korrekt for at opnå det bedste
støtteniveau. Grafikken og produktbilleder på emballagen indikerer
den korrekte størrelse samt bæltets korrekte placering. Følg disse trin
ved anvendelse:
1. Åbn graviditetsbæltet ved at løsne krog- og løkkeholderen.
2. Placer bæltet med det store overfladeniveau ved korsryggen, og
fastgør det ved at placere bæltets højre side over dets venstre side
under maven.
3. Spænd krogen og løkken rundt om taljen under din mave, så det
føles behageligt.
4. Tag begge elastiske bånd i dine hænder samtidigt, og stram dem
så jævnt som muligt, uden at der opstår folder i stoffet, der kan
forårsage en fornemmelse af tryk.
5. Fastgør de elastiske stropper til løkkestrimlerne, så du får en
behagelig støttende effekt.
6. Hvid du føler, at støttebæltet sidder for stramt eller løst, skal du
gentage trin 1-5, og ændre spændingen på de elastiske stropper.

SIKKERHEDSINSTRUKTIONER
Bæltet bør kun bæres, når du står eller går, og ikke i pauser, når du
udfører stillesiddende opgaver, eller når du sover. Hvis du føler ubehag
ved brug af bæltet (fx svimmelhed eller højt blodtryk), skal du
omgående tage bæltet af.
Bivirkninger kan omfatte hudirritation såsom rødme, hævelse eller kløe
grundet opbygning af varme i området, hvor støttebæltet sidder. Sker
dette, bør du straks tage bæltet af.
Støttebæltet må ikke bæres, hvis du har åbne sår i maven, bækkenet
eller ryggen. Før brug skal du kontrollere bæltet for at sikre dig, at det
er intakt. Anvend ikke bæltet, hvis stængerne på ryggen stikker ud, for
at undgå risiko for skader.
Hvis bæltet presser for hårdt eller glider, skal du muligvis have en
anden størrelse. Se mål/størrelse på emballagen.
I tilfælde af en kendt overfølsomhed og/eller allergiske reaktioner på en
af de nævnte materialer, skal du stoppe med at anvende bæltet, eller
kun bruge det efter anvisning fra din læge.
Hvis symptomerne fortsætter eller forværres, skal du søge råd hos en
læge.
Alle alvorlige hændelser, der opstår i forbindelse med dette produkt,
skal omgående rapporteres til producenten.

BRUGERVEJLEDNING FOR VARMKOLD TERAPIPAKKE
VED KOLDT BRUG
Opbevares i fryser, fjernes og placeres i lommen eller i anden
yderligere indpakning. Påfør på det berørte område. Der kræves
mindst to timer i fryseren for at opnå det bedste resultat.
BRUG IKKE DIREKTE PÅ HUDEN LIGE FRA FRYSEREN.
VED VARMT BRUG
Brug af varmt vand:
1. Kog nok vand til at dække pakken fuldstændig og fjern så fra
varmen
2. Placer pakken i vandet i ca. 7 minutter
3. Efterlad i vandet i 10 minutter, hvis pakken er frossen
4. Fjern fra vandet ved hjælp af en tang eller lignende, og placer den
i lommen
Brug af mikroovn:
1. Vær forsigtig, da mikroovne varierer i styrke, og du er nødt til at
finde det korrekte tidsrum til at opvarme pakken
2. Gør pakken flad for at sikre, at gelen er jævnt fordelt
3. Placer pakken i mikroovnen og sæt en tiden til maksimalt 30
sekunder, og lad derefter stå i 30 sekunder
4. Hvis mere varmet er påkrævet, varm i 10 sekunder og lad stå i 10
sekunder, indtil den ønskede temperatur er opnået
5. Fjern fra mikroovnen med en tang eller lignende, og placer den i
lommen
BEMÆRK: Middel varme anbefales for mikroovnen. Varm ikke i
mikroovn over 1400 WATT. BRUG IKKE DIREKTE PÅ HUDEN LIGE FRA
MIKROOVNEN.
ADVARSEL
Pakken må ikke overophedes i mikroovnen ud over den anbefalede
tid, da dette kan få indholdet til at lække. Hvis hud eller øjne udsættes
for indholdet, skyl øjeblikkelig med vand. Gelen er giftfri. Hvis irritation
eller rødme fortsætter, kontakt en læge. Gelen er uspiselig.

Ved normalt brug bør produktet udskiftes efter tre år.
RENGØRING OG BORTSKAFFELSE
Lola&Lykke støttebælte er kun egnet til håndvask, og bør tørres i fri luft.
Brug af kemiske rengøringsmidler og strygning af bæltet anbefales
ikke, for at forhindre beskadigelse af bæltet. Overhold rengørings- og
plejevejledning for at øge støttebæltets levetid. Lola&Lykke støttebælte
kan bortskaffes sammen med husholdningsaffald. Overhold altid de
lokale bortskaffelsesbestemmelser under processen.
