Changing Table Warnings
Failure to follow these warnings and the assembly instructions could
result in serious injury or death.
• Read all instructions before use of changing table. KEEP INSTRUCTION FOR FUTURE USE. DO NOT USE
THIS UNIT IF THE INSTRUCTIONS CANNOT BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED.
• Before each usage or assembly, inspect unit for damaged hardware, loose joints, loose bolts and other
fasteners, missing parts, or sharp edges. DO NOT use unit if any parts are missing, or broken. Ask your
dealer or call LOLLY & ME at 1-800-515-4056 or write to 10301 Bren Road West, #0-379 Minnetonka,
MN 55343 replacement parts and instructional literature, if needed. DO NOT substitute parts.
• FALL HAZARD - To prevent death or serious injury, always keep child within arm’s reach.
• Periodically check all bolts and screws to maintain the stability of your changing table.
• Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over. To help prevent tip-over:
• Be sure to use the wall strap kit to help reduce the risk of tip-over.
• Use of the wall strap kit may only reduce, but not eliminate, the risk of tip-over.
• DO NOT overload the shelves.
• Never allow children to climb or hang on shelves.
• Assemble on soft surface to prevent damage to the product finish.
• To make it easier to build your changer have a friend help during the assembly.
• Ensure that all parts and components are located before beginning assembly.
• Do not use the changing table if it is damaged or broken.
• Maximum weight of child: 30 lbs (13.6 kg)

Parts Needed:
To prevent death, serious injury from Changing Table tipping over, the
Wall Strap Kit MUST be used and attached properly to Changing Table
1. Firmly attach Wall Strap to the back of Changing Table.
2. Attach other end of Wall Strap to the wall.
Refer to the instructions in the Wall Strap Kit for securing Changing Table
to the wall.

Disassembling Changing Table for Storage
Cleaning and Maintenance
To disassemble Changing Table for storage, follow steps in reverse.
Store all parts and hardware together in a safe place. Store the instruction manual for future reference and
for reassembly.
To clean Changing Table, use only mild household soap and warm water. Do not use bleach or detergent.
Do not use abrasive cleaners which can scratch the nish of the Changing Table. Use clean soft cloths to
wash, rinse and dry. With proper care, the quality nish will last a long time. Wood surfaces may be treated
with a light application of a good grade non-toxic furniture polish.
