Attention
Any replacement of the electrical parts as well as the replacement of the power cord must be
carried out by authorized personnel.
Before switching on, make sure the protective grid is in place.
Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Disconnect the power cord before cleaning.
2. Do not hose down the motor assembly (wash with a damp cloth only )
3. Remove the cone/grid assembly from its support
4. Clean everything with soapy water
5. Wipe with a dry cloth
Remarks
 The grills of our manual appliances cannot under any circumstances be used on electrical appliances.
 When the appliance is new, the inside of the grill is very rough, which is a factor in efficiency.
 When the inside of the grill becomes smooth, it is necessary to replace it.

Setup (for better illustration, the safety grid does not appear on the following diagrams)
To attach the grinder, turn on the motor and move the grinder slightly until it snaps into place.
To release the grinder, lift the motor and rotate it.
Insert the motor assembly (A) into the square tube of
the foot (B) up to the stop ring (C).
Rotate the motor assembly (A) to the right.
Place the grinder (D) on its support.
 Raise the engine.
 Rotate it to the left to bring it above
the axis of the mill (E).
 Place the motor on the top of the axle.

 To disassemble the cone, press on the two hook springs to release the clasps.
 Lift the engine and swing it to the side. You can now access the cone.
