Step 1 Unfold the Wall Frame Assemblies, slide into 73" bay
and attach the Side Wall to the bay upright using
(3) 1/4-20 x 1-3/4" Screws and (3) Threaded Rack
Anchors on each side. Attach the center of the Back
Frames together using (3) 1/4-20 x 2-1/2" Screws and
(3) 1/4-20 Flange Nuts.
Step 2 Set the Diffuser Frame on top of the Wall Frame
Assembly and attach to the Wall Frame Tabs using
(6) 1/4-20 x 3/4" Screws and (6) 1/4-20 Flange Nuts.

INSTALLED
BRACKETS ENGAGED
WITH CROSSBEAM
Step 3 Lift the Back and Side Boards up into the top Wall
Frame Channel and drop down with the rear
brackets engaged with the Wall Cross Rails.
Step 4 Install Extender Assemblies in Bay. Extenders will set
against Back and Side Walls.

Step 5 Set the Back Insert against the Back Wall and right
side Extender and secure using (9) #10 x 1-1/2 Screws. Step 6 Slide the Base Insert into and attach the Side Wall
to the bay upright using (3) 1/4-20 x 1-3/4" Screws
and (3) Threaded Rack Anchors on each side.

Step 7 Left Side: set the Side Insert on top of the Base
Cabinet flush at the front and attach to the Side Wall
using (6) #10 x 3/4" Screws.
Right Side: attach to the Side Wall using (6) #10 x 3/4"
Screws per the dimensions shown in FIG-A.
Step 8 Install Eggcrate Diffusers in Diffuser Frame.

Step 9 Attach the Outside Panels to the outside of the bay upright using (3) 1/4-20 x 1-3/4" Screws and
(3) Threaded Rack Anchors for each Panel.
