1.1 Place the fixture on its back, to get access to in the inside. Carefully,
loosen & remove all the Phillips screws along the sides of the modules
labeled & . Then pull out the main power access mount access
modules from the housing. Modules are secured internally to housing,
with an aircraft cable.

2.1 Carefully, remove the hex nuts from inside of the housing and then pull
out the mounting channel.

NOTE: Power wires must be present prior to installing the fixture. Refer to wiring diagrams
on page 4 n addition all fixtures must be mounted to a wood frame with an opening of . I
3-7/8" - 4" for fixtures to properly be installed.
3.1 Slide the conduit through the mounting channel hole, then align the flange to the
wood frame and secure using the proper screws.
4.1 Install the drywall, leaving an opening in between the mounting channel.
Fixture opening must be at least 3-7/8" - 4'. Clean fixture opening of any
excess compound or debris, for fixture to lay in properly.

5.1 Secure the conduit into the fixture housing and connect conduit using the provided connector.
5.2 Align the housing mounting holes to the mounting channel bolts, and from the inside of the fixture tighten the hex nuts. If joining fixture section together reference step 9.
5.3 If necessary the flush trim version may have to be slightly adjusted to be flush with drywall. Slightly loosen the hex nut until housing flush to drywall then tighten nut.

6.1 Make all the proper wire connection, refer to the wiring on page 6.
Connect all quick connects from one board to the next.

7.1 Push all the wires & connectors into the housing and then align the LED
panel into the housing and secure using the provided screws.

8.1 From the bottom of the fixture snap in the lens into the fixture. If using a
mud-in trim: insert the lens followed by applying the compound, sand & finish.
Remove temporary film from the lens and snap in lens to complete
installation.

10.1 Prior to joining the sections together, connect electrical connections together. Join to the corresponding connector with the same colored wires.
10.2 Align male section to the female section, if necessary loosen nuts on the bolt brackets. Then insert all brackets into the female section, make sure there
is no gap in between sections, followed by tightening the outer bolts on bolt bracket first. Then tighten the 2 other bolts. Refer to bracket detail above,
washer must be behind bracket to work properly. Finally tighten the set screws on the plate bracket using the provided Allen wrench.
10.3 Secure LED board back into housing and secure the 4 screws back into place. Repeat for all remaining sections.

9.1 Once all sections are installed & set to the proper hanging height from the ceiling. Loosen and remove the 4 screws from the fixture female
section LED module & carefully lower . Remove from only the sections that will get connected to (will be secured in the air, due to the safety wire)

Replacing LED Module
A.1 Carefully remove the lens from the fixture, by pushing the provided tool
in the end of the lens. Slowly pull lens completely out.
A.2 Locate the dead module and remove screws on the sides and pull
out.
A.3 Remove the wire clips from the module, and remove security wire
from the back of the module.
A.4 Get the new module and refer to step 5 to complete.
(make sure to also install security wire to the new module).
