INTRODUCTION
This manual describes the principles of use and operation of the listed models of disinfection
stations. Compliance with these operating instructions is essential for our products to function
properly. If the given information does not apply to a specific model, then it applies to all
information covered by this manual.
The manual describes the operation of the following models of hand disinfection stations:

IDENTIFICATION DATA
The identification data is provided on the rating plate on the base of the device
● Manufacturer and CE mark
● Model
● Serial number
● Power and charging voltage (V) and frequency (Hz)
● Service Center number
If you need to contact the Service Center, please state the model and serial number
PREPARING THE DEVICE TO WORK
●Remove the packaging materials from the device.
●Connect the device body with the base using the
enclosed screws.
●Connect the power adapter to the power supply
(If the model is equipped with an internal battery,
it also has its charger. Charging should take 6
hours).
●Open the disinfectant compartment (Euro Lock).

●Place the liquid container in the designated place.
The liquid container must have a thread that fits
the cap with a diameter of 38 mm. [ 2 ]
●Insert the tubing with the filter at the end into the
container with the liquid and screw it on tightly
with the nut on the tubing. [ 3 ]
●Close the door and then lock it. [ 4 ]
●Turn on the station with the on / off button on the
back of the station [ 5 ]
●During the first start-up, disinfect hands approx.
30 times so that the liquid fills the entire system.

DEVICE DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION
STANDARD D02
The basic function of each station is non-contact hand
disinfection. The sensor automatically, after detecting the
hands placed under the dispenser, discharges an appropriate
dose of disinfectant. The Standard model is equipped with an
internal battery which, after charging, gives the ability to
work up to 48 hours without the need to connect to a power
source.

COMFORT D03
It is additionally equipped with a thermometer to measure
body temperature. When you bring your face closer, from 10
cm to 1 cm, the body temperature will be automatically
measured. Voice and visual information will follow after the
measurement. If any irregularities are detected, the built-in
screen of the station displays the appropriate colour and
activates the sound signaling. Additionally, each temperature
measurement is sent from the device to an available
application cooperating with the station. The Comfort model
is equipped with an internal battery, which, after charging,
gives the possibility of working up to 48 hours without the
need to connect to a power source.

●Light and sound signaling in case of increased
temperature
LED D04:
It is additionally equipped with an LED screen for displaying
user message. The "LED Space" application available in the
Play store is used to program them. To upload, connect to the
screen via WiFi, searching for the name YS…… and entering
the password 12345678. The LED model is equipped with an
internal battery that, after charging, allows you to work up to
48 hours without having to connect to a power source.

MULTIMEDIA D05:
Equipped with a multimedia touch screen and a thermometer.
The touch screen is used to display customer materials and
display the measured temperature and air parameters,
measured with optional built-in sensors. In order for these
materials to be displayed simultaneously, the installed
LumniCleanse application must be used. The temperature is
measured by placing the forehead closer to the thermometer
at a distance of 1 to 10 cm. The measurement result will be
displayed on the station screen.

FACE ID D06:
Equipped with a specialised device for: face recognition,
temperature measurement and checking whether the user is
wearing a mask. All information is conveyed visually on the
screen and by voice commands. This module can be
connected to various types of automatic gates or doors,
which, may automatically admit the user if authorised.

SMART & SAFE D07:
Equipped with a thermometer and sensors measuring air
quality. Temperature measurement along with air parameters
are displayed on the station screen. Additionally, the
temperature measurement is provided by means of a voice
message. The temperature is measured by bringing the
forehead closer to the thermometer at a distance of 1 to 10
cm. The Smart & Safe model is equipped with an internal
battery, which, after charging, gives the ability to work up to
48 hours without the need to connect to a power source.

SETTING CONFIGURATION
You can configure the following settings in the station:
●Language of voice prompts (English, German, Polish, Spanish, French, Italian,
Swedish, Danish, Japanese, Russian)
●Volume
●Enable / disable the WiFi signal
●Enable / disable Special commands (a message that will be spoken when the sensor
detects a passing person)
●Set the temperature measurement unit Celsius / Fahrenheit (if applicable to the
given station model)
These settings can be changed in two ways using the menu in the station and the mobile
application.
MENU*
The menu on the station is displayed on the screen on the front of the station. It is activated
and operated by means of two motion sensors located on the front of the station and in the
hand sanitiser bay.
To display the menu on the screen, do the following:
1. Turn off the station
2. Turn it on again while keeping your hand in the hand sanitizer compartment
3. Wait until the screen shows the MENU items, then the hand can be removed.
To navigate through the menu, activate the appropriate sensors with a wave of your hand. To
move between positions, activate the sensor in front of the station, confirm by activating the
sensor located in the recess. If you want to return to the previous menu list, without any
changes, then wait a few seconds. The screen will automatically revert back to the main Menu.

MOBILE APPLICATION*
The application is available for iOS and Android, and can be found in the AppStore or the Play
Store under the name LumniCleanse Stand, or using the following QR Code:

To be able to operate the station using the mobile application, you must connect to it via WiFi.
On the device where the application is installed, find a network named LumniCleanse and
connect to it using the password 44448888. After connecting to the station, go to the
application.
The app is used for different activities depending on the model.
Standard (D02) and LED (D04) models:
In the case of these models, the application is used only to change the basic settings of the
station, such as: language, volume, special command on / off, disinfectant dose setting or child
protection on / off.
Comfort (D03) and Smart & Safe (D07) models:
In addition to the activities of the Standard model, in the application, you can track the
temperature measurements taken by the station or change its unit.
Multimedia model (D05):
In the case of this model, in addition to all of the above items, two buttons from the "Settings"
Kiosk Mode and Select Movie apply. Their use only makes sense when we use this application
on a multimedia device that is built into the station.
If the purchased station is equipped with sensors measuring air quality in the application, you
can follow the measurement results using the AQ button.

The station must be relocated in an upright position. The container with the disinfectant MUST
be removed while doing this, as there is a risk of spilling the liquid, which is flammable.
Dangers for children
●The appliance is not intended for use by children under 8 years of age unless
supervised. The device is equipped with a sensor that locks the dispenser, which
protects against use by children.
●However, children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
device
●Prevent children from grabbing the power cord
Electrical hazards
●Before connecting the station to the power supply / charging network, check that the
voltage indicated on the label corresponds to the voltage in the network
●Using electric extension cords other than those specified by the manufacturer may
damage the device
●Connect the station only to a grounded socket
●Do not connect the device if the electric cable or plug have been damaged
Disinfectant Hazards
●The disinfectant is flammable. Be careful when changing the fluid container.
●Turn off the device when replacing the fluid container
Threats caused by other causes
●Do not use the device in rooms with flammable liquids, vapors, etc.
Disposal of the device
●At the end of the station's operation, the device must be disposed of in accordance
with the European Directive 2012/19 / EU. For this purpose, please refer to the
above-mentioned Directive.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the housing and plastic parts with a damp, non-abrasive cloth, and dry with a dry cloth.
The same applies to the internal disinfectant compartment.
GENERAL TIPS / TROUBLESHOOTING
In the event of malfunctions or electrical faults, disconnect the appliance from the power source
and contact the Service Center
No response from the device after switching on
●The battery is not charged, or the plug is not turned on when connected to the AC
adapter
No disinfectant flow
●No liquid in the tank. Replace the fluid container

Please read the instruction manual before using the device
●We are not responsible for any incorrect use of the device or use
contrary to the recommendations contained in this manual\
●We recommend that you keep the original packaging, as warranty
service is not provided in the event of failures caused by inadequate
packaging of the device at the time of delivery to the Service
Center.
The disinfectant liquid must contain 70% alcohol and must
NOT be a gel!
