Beschreibung:
Regelmäßiges Training mit dem Atemtrainer Inspiron führt zu einer gesunden Tiefenatmung, reaktiviert und optimiert
das vorhandene Lungenvolumen.
Der sichtbar schwebende Ball motiviert den Benutzer durch tiefes und langes Einatmen, sein vorhandenes Lungenvo-
lumen zu optimieren. Ziel ist es, den Ball möglichst lange oben in der Kammer zu halten. Die Durchfl ussrate sollte all-
mählich erhöht werden. Mit erhöhter Durchfl ussrate wird eine größere inspiratorische Anstrengung erforderlich, damit
die Kugel in der oberen Position bleibt. Die Skala der Durchfl ussraten befi ndet sich auf der Gegenseite des Schlauchan-
schlusses. Dadurch ist eine Kontrolle der Skalenscheibe, z.B. durch den Musiklehrer oder Kollegen möglich, während der
Benutzer den Inspiron benutzt.
Gezieltes Atemtraining mit dem Inspiron versorgt die Lunge bis in die tiefer liegenden Lungenbereiche mit Sauerstoff ; die
Durchblutung wird erhöht und das vorhandene Lungenvolumen reaktiviert und gestärkt. Die Lungenbläschen (Alveolen)
nehmen mehr Sauerstoff auf, das Herz-Kreislauf-System wird gestützt.
Anwendung:
Der Atemtrainer Inspiron kommt aus dem Klinikbereich und soll eine gesunde Tiefenatmung ermöglichen. Der Luftwi-
derstand ist in sechs Stufen verstellbar.
Für Musiker gibt es eine weitere Verwendungsmöglichkeit mit dem Inspiron in Kombination mit Mundstückübungen.
Entferne den Originalschlauch und ersetze ihn durch unseren Adapter (separat erhältlich), in den du das Mundstück
steckst. Drehe den Inspiron um (Ausatemposition) und stelle den Widerstand so ein, dass der Ball beim Spielen einiger
Töne oben bleibt. Stelle dir dabei vor, die Luft unter dem Ball wäre ein Wasserstrahl. Die Höhe des Balls kann sich verän-
dern, er sollte jedoch zwischen den einzelnen Tönen nie den Boden berühren. Das Ziel ist es, den Ball über den gesamten
Tonumfang des Instruments in der Luft zu halten. Der Ball wird immer dann nach unten fallen, wenn wir versuchen, den
Druck bei gleichzeitiger Verringerung des Luftfl usses zu erhöhen. Eine der wichtigsten Funktionen des Inspiron ist die
Verinnerlichung eines entspannten Spielkonzeptes mit niedrigem Luftdruck und hoher Luftfl ussrate.
Reinigung:
Reinigen Sie das Mundstück und den Schlauch des Atemtrainers Inspiron regelmäßig mit handelsüblichem Spülmittel.

Eff ect:
Regular training with the breathing trainer Inspiron leads to a healthy deep breathing, reactivates and optimizes the
existing lung volume.
The visibly fl oating ball motivates the user to optimize their existing lung volume by deep and long inhalation. The goal
is to keep the ball as long as possible in the top of the chamber.
The fl ow rate should be gradually increased. Increased volumetric fl ow rate requires greater inspiratory eff ort to keep
the ball in the up position.
Scale of the volumetric fl ow rate is located on the opposite side of the hose connection.
There by the music teachers or others can control the scale disc while the user is working with the Inspiron.
Targeted breathing training with the breath trainer Inspiron supplies the lungs with oxygen up to the lower lung areas;
the circulation is increased and the existing lung volume reactivated and strengthened. The air sacs (alveoli) absorb more
oxygen, the cardiovascular system is supported.
Application:
The Inspiron breathing trainer comes from the hospital area and should enable a healthy deep breathing. The resistance
is adjustable in six stages.
For musicians there is another use with the Inspiron is in conjunction with mouthpiece practice. Remove the large hose
at the base, replace with our adapter (available seperately), and place a mouthpiece in the other end. The Inspiron must
be upside down (the exhalation position). Adjust the resistance so the ball remain in the up position while buzzing several
notes on the mouthpiece. Imagine that the air supporting the ball is a fountain of water ist height will vary but it should
not hit the bottom between notes. The object is to play throughout the range oft he instrument while keeping the ball
suspended. When moving into the high range any attempt to increase pressure while decreasing the rate of air fl ow will
cause the ball to drop. One of the most important uses of the Inspiron is to reach the relaxed low pressure/high fl ow rate
concept of playing.
Cleansing:
Clean the Inspiron mouthpiece and tube regularly with commercial detergent.
