The EasyPulse Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC) is the perfect
product to allow patients ease of mobility and independence. We have
meshed the best of two products together, the most used oxygen
conserver on the market with an oxygen concentrator to produce the
EasyPulse POC.
Easy to use
The EasyPulse Portable Oxygen Concentrator has a simple user
interface, allowing patients at home to easily set the oxygen flow.
An easy-to-read battery level indicator and an alarm LED are also
included.
Compact and lightweight
The EasyPulse POC is the lightest 5-litre portable concentrator on
the market, weighing only 3kg in a package that is only 26cm high x
17cm wide x 11cm deep.
CMV technology
The patented Controlled Minute Volume (CMV) oxygen conserving
technology delivers a consistent amount of oxygen per minute to the
patient in the first half of inspiration, regardless of breath rate. The
delivered oxygen volume automatically adjusts to the patient’s breath
rate, maintaining minute volume.
Versatile
The EasyPulse POC can be used both in and out of the carry bag
provided with each unit as well as with the optional premium bag
that provides even more protection against possible damage while
allowing whisper-quiet operation.
Low maintenance
The EasyPulse POC uses only one filter that is easily cleaned by the
patient.
Excellent battery life
The EasyPulse Portable Oxygen Concentrator standard internal
battery lasts more than three hours at setting two. The unit can also
be used with the AC cord or with the DC car adapter.

1 Receiving / inspection
The Luxfer EasyPulse POC (1901-765 series) is intended to provide
supplemental oxygen to persons requiring oxygen therapy. The POC
can be used in a home, institution or vehicle and for transportable use.
5 Safety information - warnings and cautions
Remove the Luxfer EasyPulse Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC)
from the packaging and inspect for damage. If there is any damage,
DO NOT USE and contact your provider.

ml/min = Millilitres Per Minute LED = Light Emitting Diode

Indicator light colours and meaning
Red Warning - immediate response by the OPERATOR is required.
Amber Caution - prompt response by the OPERATOR is required.
Green Ready for use.
Indicates an imminently hazardous situation that, if not
avoided, will result in death or serious injury.
Indicates a potentially hazardous situation that, if not
avoided, could result in death or serious injury.
Indicates a potentially hazardous situation that, if not
avoided, may result in minor or moderate injury.
Used without the yellow safety alert symbol (see below),
indicates a potentially hazardous situation that, if not
avoided, may result in property damage.
This device may contain electrical components that are
hazardous to the environment. DO NOT dispose of device
in general household waste. In accordance with the WEEE
directive, contact Valpak for disposal of Electronic Equipment.
Symbol indicates the device complies with the requirements
of Directive 93/42/EEC concerning medical devices and all
applicable International Standards.
The patient cannula is intended for single patient use only. Use
on more than one patient may cause cross contamination.

The oxygen concentrator, gas pathways, components and
accessories do not contain any natural rubber latex.
Protected from touch by fingers and objects greater than
12mm (0.5in). Protected from condensation.

This product is not intended as a life-sustaining or life-supporting device.
• DO NOT smoke, allow others to smoke or have open flames near the
POC when in use.
• DO NOT use near any type of flame or flammable/explosive
substances.
• DO NOT allow the POC to exceed “operating or storage temperature
specifications”.
• Excessive heating of the carry bag can occur if intake vents are
blocked.
• Equipment not suitable for use in the presence of flammable
anaesthetic.
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK:
• DO NOT use while bathing.
• DO NOT reach for the POC that has fallen into water. Unplug
immediately.
• DO NOT attempt to repair the POC. Any attempt could result in
electrical shock.
• The POC is designed to be used in dry conditions; the POC is not to
be submerged, operated under water or used while swimming.
