This manual contains instructions for the safe operation of the ProMax Lipo system
provided by Lynton Lasers Ltd.

1.3 Installation
1. Screw the accessory holder into the machine.
2. Place the hand-pieces in the accessory holder.
3. Connect hand-pieces into the correct sockets on the back
of the machine.
NOTE: If the accessory holder doesn’t align so that the
holder faces towards the back of the machine, release the
screw on the top of the assembly and set the orientation
correctly.
NOTE : Take care to connect the correct hand-piece in the
correct socket. Failure to do so can result in damage to the
connector and hand-piece.

1.4 Start Up and Shut Down Procedure
1. Press the power switch on the
rear of the system.
2.Turn the key switch.
3. The blue LED will light up on the side of ProMax Lipo.

To Shut Down
1. Leave the system for 2-3 minutes after treatment to allow internal fans
to cool down the system.
2. Whilst the system cools, clean the hand-pieces (see section 1.5).
3. Turn off at the key switch.
4. Turn off the power switch at the rear of the machine.

1.5 Cleaning of hand-pieces
1. It is essential to clean all the hand-pieces following
treatment. It is particularly important to ensure that the
vacuum Body & Face Accessories are cleaned with the
cleaning brush after EVERY treatment to avoid stray
lotion being sucked into the compressor and damaging
it.
2. Clean the vacuum inlet of the Body hand-piece by
inserting the cleaning brush.
3. Clean the vacuum inlet of Face hand-piece by inserting
the cleaning brush.
4. Clean other parts using sterilizing wipes.
5. Clean the Cavitation hand-piece with sterilizing wipes.

1.6 Filter Cleaning

1. You need to check the filters regularly to avoid system
blockage.
2. Open the panel on the rear of the machine by unscrewing
the four screws by hand.
3. Empty the filter container before the oil reaches the red line.
4. Remove the filter container using the tool provided. Twist the
container in the red arrow direction to remove.
5. After cleaning, replace the container by twisting in arrow
direction as shown.
6. Replace the panel on the back of the system.
For ProMax Lipo System Serial Numbers PROM-001 to PROM-026 do the following:

1. You need to check the filters regularly to avoid system
blockage.
2. Open the panel on the rear of the machine by unscrewing
the three screws by hand.
3. Empty the filter container before the oil reaches the red line.
4. To remove the filter, release the locking catch by pushing
downwards and rotating the filter clockwise from the locked to
unlocked position, denoted by the open and closed padlock
symbols.
5. After cleaning, replace the container by turning the filter
counter clockwise, ensuring the canister is located in the
locked position, (alignment arrow at the locked padlock
position).

For ProMax Lipo System Serial Numbers PROM-027 and onwards do the following:

The ProMax Lipo body shaping system safely promotes fat metabolism,
enhances blood flow and promotes collagenesis with a combination of bipolar
and multipolar Radiofrequency, high frequency ultrasound cavitation and
vacuum massage.
The treatments are suitable for inch loss, skin tightening and cellulite reduction
on the body and skin tightening and rejuvenation on the face.
1.7 Statement of Intended Use

CAUTION: In the UK, the ProMax Lipo body shaping system should be used at all
times in accordance with the Health and Safety at WorkAct 1974.
CAUTION: Use of controls or adjustments or performance of procedures other
than those specified herein may result in hazardous output.
(i) Handling:
The ProMax Lipo System, complete with hand-pieces, weighs in excess of 50kg. It
is therefore recommended that lifting or carrying the ProMax Lipo System from
place to place should be undertaken by two people, each person holding one of the
side handles.
(ii) Read the User Manual:
You are strongly advised to read this User Manual carefully before operating the
ProMax Lipo body shaping system for the first time. Systems may be electrically
damaged if not operated systematically and with a thorough knowledge of the
function of each component.
CAUTION : Non-Professional Users of the ProMax Lipo body shaping system
should undertake a course of Training before carrying out any actual treatments.
Lynton Lasers Ltd does not accept any responsibility for the actions of
inadequately trained users.
(iii) Keep Records:
You are further recommended to keep a regular record of all maintenance or repair
procedures carried out on the ProMax Lipo system. By doing this, the causes of
sudden performance loss can be more immediately diagnosed.
