• Twist each character counter-clock wise then pull to remove (Place
in recovery box).
• Reverse these steps to install the new toys (see pg. 4 for toy layout).
• Light Core toys:
Hold the bottom of the PCB (light plug) down
securely from under the diorama while installing toy.
Remove old toys and install new toys.

- Re-attach the acrylic cover.
- Plug the AC cord into the diorama and perform functionality test
(see pg. 4), BEFORE reattaching the unit back onto the store xture.
IMPORTANT: Place old all old parts in the return box with
pre-paid label provided in this kit. Leave in the area within
the store where UPS picks up.

Remove diorama from store xture.
• Shelf = Remove 4 thumb screws that secure the Diorama to shelf.
• Towel Bar = Lift diorama off of towel bar.

• Remove the 13 screws holding the back panel in.
• Remove the three screws that hold the header graphic in place (Place in
recovery box).
• Remove header logo, and insert new Skylanders Swap Force header logo.
• Reverse these steps to install the new header logo.
Replace the header logo.

• Disconnect the speakers by unplugging the red wire. Do the same for
both sides (Place in recovery box).
• Remove the 4 screws to release the side panels.
•
Pull off the side panels and remove the 4 screws holding in the speaker.
• Re-install the speaker to the new side panels included in the kit.
• Use the new screws provided in the kit and re-connect speaker wire.
• Pay attention of the orientation of the speaker before re-installing them
to the new side panels.
Replace the (2) side logo panels.

• Use the included graphic removal pick to remove the existing panels.
• Replace with the (3) new panels from the refresh kit and reinstall all 3
plastic covers.
Replace the (3) front graphic panels
.

Remove main acrylic cover.
• Remove the two small blocks that lock the acrylic cover in place,
using the Torx wrench tool provided.

Install rmware update & new SD content card.
• Unplug power cord from back side of the diorama.
• Press to release the existing SD content card (Place in recovery box).
• Insert rmware update card from the installation kit.
• Plug the power cord back in on the back side of the diorama.
• You may need to press the “trailer button” to start the le transfer.
•
Let the system copy the les. DO NOT Unplug from power or remove
rmware update card while the les are copying.
•
Once the countdown to reboot starts at the bottom of the screen YOU MUST
unplug power source immediately.
• Remove the rmware update card.
• Install the new SD content card from the installation kit.

Remove old portal and install new portal.
• Lay the diorama on its back and unplug the cord connecting the portal.
• Remove (4) screws to release the portal from the diorama (Place in
recovery box).
• Reverse these steps to install the NEW portal from the installation kit.
