2. Operationsystem
1) Engineswitch
0RUN" indicates the engine
in
"Run!>
position, "OFF' indicates the engine in
uOFF'
position,
"START" indicates
the
engine
in
"starting" position.

carburetor
valve
at
"RUN"
channel.
So
please

make
sure
the
switch

at
the
"OFP'
channel
when

2) Fuel
valve
The
fuel
valve
is used
to
control
the
fuei
fiow
frorn
the
tank
to
the carburetor. After stopping
the engine, the fuel valve should
tum
to
"Off'
position.

The grounding tenninal
is
a special tenninal which
is
used to connect
the
generator to the
ground properly.

Engine protecting systen1
The
engin~
protecting syste1n
is
designed to protect engine
fron1
dan1nge because
of

of
oil
in
the crank
caSe.
\Vhen the engine oil in crank case
is
lower
th~n
the safe level line, the
engine protecting system will

to stop the engine automatically (even the engine switch
is

in "n1n" position). Thus, the engine

not be worn out because
of
lack
of
oil.

2) Generator grounding
To
prevent the eleciric shock
from
the
poor-qhaHty
appliances
or
from
incorrect use of
.applia1ices,
it
is
necessary
to
oonnect
lhe
generator
to
the
ground
with
an
inst1lutcd
wire.

Altemating current
Before starting the gencralor, it
must
confi1m:

oil level in
the
condition
of
placing
the
generntor

engine oil is un

the

Pull the choke

to "close" position,

Tum the start swilch to "start" position.

After starting the engine, relcuse
the
"start"switch irnmcdiuteiy,
the
switch
will
return
back to "n1n" position.
7)
After warming
up
the
engine, push
the
choke button
to
''open" position.

circuit breaker.

the
fuel
valve.

meanwhile it
is
in
favor ofenvironment protection.

Place a container under the engine for containing used oil. Then, remove the oil ruler and
loosen the draining screw
and
washer,.

After drainage
of
used oil, reinstall the draining screw
and
washer and tighten
then1.
In view
of
environmental protection, please take a proper way
to
dispose the waste oil. It
is
recomn1ended to send tbe waste oil to the local service station or recycle center. Never throw
\vaste oil barrel
to
refuse tip,

in

4) Spark plug
II
is
reco1nmended
to
use spark plug, F7TC
or
equivalent one.
I)
Rc1nove the spark plug cap
2) Clean dust around the spark plug.
3) Unscrew the spark plug with a special socket wrench.
4) Check
spm-k
plug.
If
the electrode has dmnagcd, or isolator has broken, replace the spark
plug.

clearance

the spark plug electrode should be 0.70-0.80nun. Alljust the side
electrode,
if
necessary.
5) Screw the spark plug with hand carcfully
to
avoid llanrnging the thread
on
the
heal.I.
6) \Vhen the spark plug is in position, tighten the spark plug with the special socket wrench anll
depress the washer.
If
install the usell spark plug, after depressing the washer, rctighten it 1/8-1/4 turn.
7) Reinstall the spark plug cap.
