The Kick O II electric le is designed for all nail ling
techniques(forremovingofoldenhancements,bungand
sculpting etc). Read – for your own benet – the following
conditionsregardingtheinstructionsandwarrantyofyourKick
OIIElectricFile.Keeptheinstructionsneartheelectriclefor
everyone to read who uses the machine.

Safety Precautions
• Pleaseworksafeandresponsible.Knittedgloves,clothes
withopen cus andlong hair arelikelyto being caughtin
the machine.
• Pleaseweargogglestopreventdustandparticlesfrom
getting in the eyes. In addition, please wear a disposable
mouth mask to prevent breathing in dust and particles.
• Pleaseusethemachineinadry,ventilatedspacewith
a temperature between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius with
an average humidity varying between 20 to 80% (no
condensation). Never use the machine in a wet or humid
place. Moisture can cause short circuiting, re or rust.
• Duringoperation,sparksofrecanoccurinthehand
piece.Neverusethemachinenearammableorexplosive
materials such as lacquer, paints, thinner, gasoline, gas,
adhesives et cetera.
• Pleasemakesurecordandplugarenotdamagedtoprevent
current leakage, shocks or re. Always check cords and
cables before starting the machine. Let a broken cord be
repaired by a professional.
• Usethemachineinaclean,tidyplacetoavoidtrippingover
cords.
• Pleaseusebitswithspeciedstandardforthemachine.
Please work within the permitted range of rotation.
• Please do not place a cloth or anything else on the
ventilationslitsofthemachine.Also,pleaseavoidusingthe
machinewhileanydustisattachedaroundtheventilation
holes.
• Avoidcontactwithammablematerialslikealcohol,oiland
other liquids.
• Pleasedonotblowcompressedairintoventilationholesof
the machine.
• Turnothemachineduringabsence.
• Keepthemachineoutofreachofchildren.
• Neveroperatethemachinewithoutabit.
• Whenoperatinganelectricle,weurgentlyadviceyouto
use a built-in table vent.
• Neverchangeanythingtothemachinethatcouldaectthe
original functionality or safety.
• Neverusethemachineforotherpurposesthandescribed
Precautions while at work
• Please ensure that all parts of the machine are rmly
connectedbeforeuse.TurnthespeedbuttontoMINUS,hold
thehandpiecermlyandpresstheon-obuttontoincrease
the speed slowly.
• NeverusethemachineunderthespeciedVoltage(230V)
• Turnothemachinewhilechangingthetools.
• Keephands,eyesandfaceonasafedistancewhilethemachine
is working.
• Turnthemachineoimmediatelywhenfeelingabnormal
movement during operation.
•
Do not operate the le when the bit is not locked. It may
damage the hand piece.
• Replaceaprotectivebitafterusetopreventtroubles.
• Keepmovingthebitconstantly,don’tkeepthebitonthe
same spot of the nail.
• Pleasedonotpressthebittoomuchwhilerotating.Itdoes
not only work inecient but it could also damage the bit
and nail.
• Donotdropthehandpiece.Ifithappens,ensureyourselfof
anormalappearanceofthetoolandbit and then operate
increasingthe speed fromthe [MIN] position gradually.If
something unusual is detected, contact your supplier.
Maintenance and inspection
• Removedustordirtwithabrushorsoftclothafteruse.After
that use a moist towel. Dry o with a duster. If there is dirt
ontheinsideofthecollet,removethecolletfromthehead
and clean it.
• Usedustprotectorstopreventdustfromdamagingyour
hand piece.
• Neverplaceadustprotectoragainstthehandpiece,leave
some space in between.
• Alwaysremovethebitfromthehandpiecewhenyouare
nished working. Replace by the protective bit.
• Disinfectyourbitsaccordingtotheguidelinesofyour
supplier.
• Periodicalinspectionisrecommendedevery1or2yearsfor
safeandecientuse.Pleaseconsultyourservicesupplier.

1. Connect the hand piece to the machine. (4)
2. If required, connect variable foot controller. (6)
3. Ensure that the power button (1) is turned o before
connecting the AC plug (9) to the power supply.

Operation
1. ConnectthecablesfortheelectricsupplytotheKick-OII
electric le.
2. Connect the plug into an electric point (9).
3. Turn the rotation button to the lowest speed.
4. Turn the power switch on.The warning light will light up
green (5).
5. Increasethespeedbyturningthespeedbuttonclockwise.
6. Switchfromforward toreverseusing the rotationswitch.
Safety System
When malfunctioning
Whenthemachinedoesn’tfunctionatall,rstchecktheplug.
When the power supply is working a fuse may have blown.
• Makesurethecablesarecorrectlyconnected.
• Makesurethebitisproperlyplaced.
• IncaseofoverloadingtheKickOIIelectriclethecircuit
breaker will temporary cut o the power to the le.

How to change bits
1. Hold the hand piece in your hand, turn set ring fully to
release position to replace the bit.
2. Carefullyremovethebitofthecolletandreplacebyplacing
the bit on the bottom of the collet.
3. Turn set ring back to set position where the collect is
secured/closed.
4. Checkifthebitcanrotateusingyourngers.Avoidinjuring
your ngers.

free, if you can show the proof of purchase and the warranty

Warranty covers manufacturer defects only and only if the
instructionsforusewerefollowed.ThisKick-OIIElectricFile
Systemisdesignedforuseintheapplicationofarticialnails.
It’suseisrestrictedtoprofessional,skillednailtechnicians.
Magnetictakesnoresponsibilitywhenthemachineisoperated
by unskilled persons.
The following conditions void warranty after:
•Usingoilorgreaseonhandpieceorcontrolbox;
•Servicingordissemblingthehandpieceorcontrolboxbyany
otherpersonthanemployeesoftheMagneticNailAcademy;
•Droppingorexcessiveshocktohandpieceorcontrolbox;
•Immersingthehandpieceorcontrolboxinanytypeof
sterilizingorcleaningsolution;
•Insertingbentordamagedbitsinthehandpiece.When
operationthehandpiecewithdamagedbits,thebearings
will be damaged.
•Returnedgoodswhichweredamagedbyinsucientpacking,
are the responsibility of the sender.
•Thiswarrantydoesnotaectyourlegalrights.
