4. Testing the radio link:
Adjust temperature to 30/40°, after ~30 sec the red lamp at the receiver will switch on
Adjust temperature to 5 °, after ~30 sec the red lamp at the receiver will switch off

Clock and day of the week should also be adjusted, see manual item 2.5 (short description).
