The above models are grade-up version of Model 5007NB,
equipped with magnesium alloyed blade case and safety cover.
They can be used under DC 120V produced by generator, too.
Of course, they take over all features of 5007NB, such as
well balanced body.

Base can be removed by unscrewing
4 pcs. of countersunk head screw M5x12 and
2 pcs. of countersunk head screw M4x8.
These screws have to be
fastened with tightening torque
2.94 - 5.88 N.m (30 - 60Kgf.cm), when
assembling.

< 2 > Replacement of motor and blade case
1. Detach carbon brushes and remove 2 counter sunk head screws M4x8 which fasten depth guide on base
as illustrated in Fig.2.
2.Blade case unit can be separated from motor housing by unscrewing 3 pan head screws M5x50
as illustrated in Fig. 3.

< Note > Pay attention not to lose compression spring 5 of shaft lock, when removing armature

1. Detach carbon brushes, pan head screw M5 and hex lock nut M5x8 which fasten motor housing
on angular guide, as illustrated in Fig. 4.

2. Motor housing can be separated from blade case unit by removing 3 pan head screws M5x50
as illustrated in Fig. 5.

< 4 > Replacement of depth guide
1. Remove retaining ring 42 and tension spring 4 from blade case. And detach safety cover as illustrated
in Fig. 6.

2.Remove pan head screw M4x8, lever plate,
lock plate, hex nut M8, flat washer 8,
and flat washer 12 as illustrated in Fig. 7.
3.Remove 2 countersunk head screw M4x8
as illustrated in Fig. 7. Then depth guide can be
removed from base.

4.Tension spring 4 has to be hooked on the
safety cover as illustrated in Fig. 8.

1. Remove pan head screw M5 and hex lock nut M5x8. And then remove 4 countersunk head screws M5x12
which fasten angular plate to the base.
2. So angular plate can be separated from base, together with angular guide
as illustrated in Fig. 10.

3. Remove pan head screw M4x8 fastening lock plate, lever plate, lock plate, hex nut M8, 2 pcs. of flat washer 8
and cap square neck bolt M8x30 as illustrated in Fig. 11.

4. Remove E-ring 3. Then, screw M5x12 and stopper pin which fasten dial on angular plate, can be removed
as illustrated in Fig. 12.

5. Remove screw M5x12 from angular plate, then shoulder pin 6-2 and angular guide can be separated
from angular plate as illustrated in Fig. 13.

< 6 > Replacement of bearing box
1. Remove retaining ring 42 and tension spring 4 from blade case. And detach safety cover as illustrated
in Fig. 14.

2. Remove 4 pan head screws M4x12. Then, bearing box (including O ring 46, helical gear 39, ring 15,
retaining ring R-35, ball bearing 6002DDW and spindle) can be separated from blade case.

< 7 > Adjusting accuracy of 90 ° cut
Adjust screw M5x12 (adjusting screw) with a screw driver while squaring the blade with base
using a triangular rule as illustrated in Fig. 16.

Put polyolefin tube on terminal for connection to terminal 2 of switch.
1. Insert lead wire for connection to terminal 2 into polyolefin tube as illustrated in Fig. A.
