Components
slumber swing
Read the entire instruction before assembling and using this
product. The correct use and maintenance of your product will
ensure it gives long and trouble free use. If somebody else is
using the product ensure they also know how to use it and
know all of the safety precautions. The safety of your child is
your responsibility.

opening the swing
Grip the top of the
metal tube at the
back of the swing
and rotate it until it
locks into the foot
moulding.
Push the leg rest on
the front of the seat
downwards until
it is in the bottom
position.
Push the back rest
down to ensure that
it has locked in place

Fitting the batteries
Remove the two
screws holding the
battery plate in
place on the left
side of the frame
with a cross head
screwdriver.
Remove the cover
and place to one
side.
Insert four C ‘LR14’
batteries into the
compartments.
Ensure that the
battery polarities
are correctly
aligned.
Refit the battery
cover over
the battery
compartment and
tighten the two
screws.

Never place your
child in the seat
without fitting
and adjusting the
safety harness.
Locking the
harness: Push the
locking catch into
the buckle 1until
it clicks into place.
Repeat the process
for the lock on the
other side.
Releasing the
harness: Push
the two tabs 2on
the locking catch
inwards whilst
pulling the two
sections apart 3.
Adjusting the
harness length: To
loosen the harness
feed the webbing
back through the
adjustment buckle.
To tighten the
harness, pull the
free end of the
webbing outwards.

attaChing the toy bar and toys
Slot the clips on the
ends of the toy arch
over the arms of the
swing, as shown in
the diagram.
Wrap the fabric
straps on the toys
over the play arch
and fasten the
velcro pads on the
ends of the straps
together.

operating the swing
On the right side of
the frame there is
the control panel for
the swing and sound
functions.
1 Music
Press the middle
button to activate
the music. Pressing
the button again
and you can scroll
through the tunes
available. Press the
+ button to increase
the volume of the
music. Press the
- button to decrease
the volume of the
music. Press and
hold the middle
button in and the
music function will
switch off.
2 Swing
Turn the knob
clockwise to turn the
swing on. The further
the knob is turned
the faster the swing
will go.
Turn the knob anti-
clockwise to turn the
swing off. You may
need to gently push
the swing to get it
started.

Folding the swing
Push the red lever
on the bottom of
the back rest down
and push the back
rest upwards A.
Push the footrest
upwards B.
Grip the bottom
tube and swing
around until it is
against the uprights
sections of the
frame C.
The frame can now
be stored away from
young children.

removing the Cover
Undo the two straps
on the underside of
the swing 1.
Push the clips of
the studs behind
the plastic discs on
the bottom of the
swings seat 2.
Pull the cover off
the swings frame 3.
Wash the cover
following the
instructions on the
wash care label on
the cover.
Re-fit the cover
by reversing the
process used to
remove it.

Warning: A child’s safety is your responsibility
Warning: Never leave your child unattended in the swing.
Warning: Never use this swing on an elevated surface such
as tables, beds or work tops.
Warning: Never carry the swing with a child in it.
Discontinue use of the swing when your child attempts to climb
out or becomes too active to safely use the swing or once the
child weighs more than 9kg.
Always use the safety harness, see page 5.
Assemble and adjust the Slumber Swing with care.
Occasionally clean the metal and plastic parts with a proprietary
polish. Do not use abrasives or bleach.
The fabric may be sponged clean on the frame or removed
for washing. Check the attached wash care label for more
information.
Prolonged and direct exposure to the bright sunlight can change
the fabrics colours. Try to limit if possible.
Battery Safety Information:
Only an adult should access the battery compartments. Ensure
that the battery compartments are securely closed before the
product is used.
Use only the batteries recommended and insert them correctly.
Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix batteries of
different types.
Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
Rechargeable batteries must be removed from the product
before being recharged.
Recharging batteries must be carried out by an adult.
Remove exhausted batteries and dispose of them at an official
waste disposal site. Do not burn or place in household waste.
