SHAKER ENTERTAINMENT
CONSOLE
Thank you for purchasing our Shaker Entertainment Console.
Assembly of this product requires a Phillips screwdriver and a
7/16 or adjustable wrench. We have found it helpful to have a
second person present in at least one step of the assembly.

STEP 1
Read through these instructions thoroughly
before beginning assembly. We have
found this to be of great value when first
assembling this product.
STEP 2
Remove all parts and hardware from
packing material. Wooden pieces should
be placed on a non-abrasive surface (like
the carton or carpet) to prevent damage to
the finish.
STEP 3
Identify all parts using diagram at right.

STEP 4
Identify and count hardware
using diagram at right.
Assembly of this product
requires a Phillips screwdriver
and a 7/16 or adjustable
wrench. We have found it

STEP 5
Lay Top Assembly (A) with cleats
facing up on non-abrasive surface
(carpet or carton). Mount the
magnet to cleat using two pan head
screws provided. This is the front
of unit.
STEP 6
Attach Divider (B) to cleat of Top
Assembly (A) ensuring shelf holes
are facing to the inside of the unit,
by inserting 1-1/2” #8 screws
through the predrilled holes and
into the cleat of the Top Assembly.
Repeat for the other divider.

STEP 7
Mount one catch plate to the back of each
Door (C) using ½” #5 screws. Attach door
pulls by threading (1) 12x1-1/4” Pan
Screw through side with catch plates and
tightening the door pull onto the other side.
STEP 8
Insert two 1/8” x 1” steel hinge pins into
predrilled holes in cleat. Align hinge pin
with predrilled hole in bottom of left door.
Make sure magnet plates are to the bottom
so they match up to the magnet.
Repeat for the right door.
STEP 9
Insert one 1/8” x 1” steel hinge pin in top
of both doors and place two washers over
the pins.
STEP 10
Place Bottom Assembly (D)
with cleats facing up on top of
unit making sure to align the
hinge holes with the hinge pins.
Tap into place.
STEP 11
Insert four 1 1/2 #8 screws in bottom of
shelf and insert them into predrilled holes
in bottom of dividers. Tighten screws.

STEP 12
Insert four camlocks into holes in the skirts
on the bottom of Bottom Assembly (D)
with arrows on camlocks pointing out
towards the end of the skirt. Insert the four
cam pegs into the bottom holes of the four
Legs (E) with a Phillips screwdriver.
Attach Leg (E) to Bottom Assembly (D)
by inserting cam peg into hole in the end
of the skirt. Secure by turning cam locks at
least 1/2 turn clockwise with Phillips
screwdriver.
Repeat for each Leg (E).
STEP 13
Secure Legs (E) by inserting Lag Bolt
through corner brace of Top Assembly (A)
and into the hole on the corner edge of Leg
(E). Repeat for each Leg.
STEP 14
Turn unit right side up and insert the four
brass shelf pins into the predrilled holes
inside the cabinet. Make sure the flat side
of pin is facing up. Align the grooves in
the Cabinet Shelf (F) to lay flat on the
shelf pins.
CARE
Dust as needed with a soft cloth. Clean
with damp cloth and mild solution of dish
soap. Polish with soft cloth and polish that
contains no pigments or silicone.
