POWER DISTRIBUTION UNIT
Before you begin
Check to ensure the existence of earth wire before power supply.
Connect the power cord in the right way, keep an eye on power
consumption.
Power consumption
Read the followings carefully before the installation or operation
of this product
1.
This Power Distribution Unit (PDU) is for indoors use only.
2.
Check to ensure that the marked nominal voltage is same as the service
voltage in the country or region. Any in conformity of such voltages is
strictly forbidden.
3.
For safety power consumption, check to ensure that the supply line is
grounded. Power cord, plug and socket shall be in good conditions.
4.
For safety power consumption of devices in a cabinet, check to ensure
that the maximum power of such electronics or electrical equipment is
less that the maximum output power of this PDU. Any over-load
operation is forbidden.
5.
Never install PDU where excessive moisture is present.
6.
Never install any electrical equipment or distribution unit during a
lightning storm.
7.
This PDU is compatible with a power plug with the same socket only,
connection to any other type of plugs may result in an unexpected event.
8.
Only use supplied brackets for mounting.
9.
To reduce the risk of electrical shock when grounding cannot be
verified in good conditions, disconnect the product from power outlet
before installing or connecting any equipment, reconnect to the power
outlet only after making all connections.

10.
Any unauthorized dismantling of the product is not permitted. The
Company shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from
unauthorized dismantling.
11.
Occurrence of any disorders during the operation shall be the case to
stop the power supply immediately, the case to disconnect the plug and
to call a local authorized dealer for their professional service.
Read the followings carefully after power supply:
1.
When the PDU with 10KA/1800 Joules surge
+
module
When the green LED indicator lights, the surge protection function of
this unit is normal; If not, the surge protection function of this unit is
invalidation, here need you draw out the surge protection module, and
plug in a new one, the surge protection function will come back.
2.
When equipped with a fast-fused protective system
When a fuse is blew out without power output, disconnect the connected
equipment from the power supply, turn the screw on the over-load
protective device in a count-clockwise direction and remove the fuse.
Use a new fuse with the same specification when failures are eliminated,
put the new fuse in the protective device, turn the screw in a clockwise
direction. A tight securing of the screw ensures a normal operation.
