• Do not remove a cell or battery from its original packaging until required for use.
• Do not subject cells or batteries to mechanical shock.
• In the event of a cell leaking, do not allow the liquid to come in contact with the skin or
eyes. If contact has been made, wash the aected area with copious amounts of water
and seek medical advice.
• Do not use any charger other than that specically provided for use with the equipment.
• Observe the plus (+) and minus (–) marks on the cell, battery and equipment and
ensure correct use.
• Do not use any cell or battery which is not designed for use with the equipment.
• Do not mix cells of dierent manufacture, capacity, size or type within a device.
• Battery usage by children should be supervised.
• Seek medical advice immediately if a cell or a battery has been swallowed.
• Always purchase the battery recommended by the device manufacturer for the
equipment.
• Keep cells and batteries clean and dry.
• Wipe the cell or battery terminals with a clean dry cloth if they become dirty.
• Secondary cells and batteries need to be charged before use. Always use the correct
charger and refer to the manufacturer’s instructions or equipment manual for proper
charging instructions.
• Do not leave a battery on prolonged charge when not in use.
• After extended periods of storage, it may be necessary to charge and discharge the cells
or batteries several times to obtain maximum performance.
• Retain the original product literature for future reference.
• Use only the cell or battery in the application for which it was intended.
• When possible, remove the battery from the equipment when not in use.
• Dispose of properly.

Use
Inserting batteries in the remote control
1. Open the battery cover.
2. Place 2 AAA batteries in the battery compartment.
3. Close the battery cover.
Using the electrode silicone area for feet
Before use, check if the MODE intensity level is on the display.The SOLE intensity level is on
the display. The time is on the display.
4The mode can be changed while the product is in use.The intensity will be reset when
the mode is changed during use.
4Adjust the intensity gradually from a lower to a higher intensity.
1. Place your feet on the electrode silicone area for feet.
2. Press the on/o button for 3 seconds to switch on the product.
3. Press MODE + and MODE - to select dierent modes. See Using the available modes
for a complete list.
4. Press SOLE + to increase the intensity. Press SOLE - to decrease the intensity.
5. Press the on/o button for 3 seconds to switch o the product or terminate the massage
early.
Using the electrode pads

Do not stick two electrode pads to each other.

Keep the electrode pads away from high temperature and direct sunshine.

Do not touch the electrode pads with your ngers.

Do not clean the electrode pads with hot water or any other aggressive chemical
cleaning agents.

4Protect the electrode pads by reattaching the protective membrane after use.
4Replace the electrode pads if not been used for a year.
1. Connect the electrode wire to the electrode pads.
2. Connect the electrode wire to the electric muscle stimulator.
3. Remove the protective membrane of the electrode pads.
4. Attach the electrode pads steadily to the skin. See Placement of the electrode pads
for examples.
5. Press the on/o button for 3 seconds to switch on the product.
6. Adjust the mode and intensity if desired.

Placing the electrode pads
• Place the electrode pads on the shoulder and/or back when shoulder and/or back muscle
ache occurs. See image 4 for a few examples of the electrode pads placement.
• Place the electrode pads on the waist when waist muscle ache occurs. See image 5 for a
few examples of the electrode pads placement.
• Place the electrode pads on the arm when arm numbness and/or arm muscle ache
occurs. See image 6 for a few examples of the electrode pads placement.
• Place the electrode pads on the leg when leg muscle ache occurs. See image 7 for a few
examples of the electrode pads placement.

Products must be disconnected from their power supply during cleaning or maintenance.
• Clean the product after each use.
• Wipe the machine with a wet cloth or neutral cleanser.
• Wipe the electrode pads with a wet cloth if the electrode pads are insuciently adhesive
or dirty. If this does not help, replace the electrode pads.
• Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, acid or acetone when
cleaning the product.
Storage
• Store the product away from magnetic elds.
• Store the product out of reach from children.
• Store the product away from moisture, high temperatures, direct sunlight and sprinkling
water.
• Remove the batteries from the controller when the product is not used for a long time.
