1. Outline
GW40/GW42/GW50 automatic steel bar bending machine is
used for bending steel bar on construction project. This
machine is high efficiency, big capacity, angle adjusting easy
and bending regular. It can bend bar Ф3-50mm into any
shapes needed by construction.

2. Simplicity of operating: one person operation, need not training.

4. Instillation and using method.
1 Before installing, check the machine, keep nut tension and wiring in
good condition.

A) Adjusting the clearance between baffle and center pin, keep the
baffle parallel with steel bar.
B) According the needed angle, adjusting angle pin in the working plate,
clockwise rotation made the angle smaller, counter clockwise rotation
made the angle larger.

4 Maintenance of the Machine:
A）.Add oil according to the instructions before running the machine,
running the machine with insufficient oil is strictly prohibited.
B）Do not use poles with small diameter to bend steel bars with
maximum diameter.
C）The disassembly of the machine must be conducted by
professionals.
D）If the machine is not to be used in a long period of time, the machine
needs to be coated with anti-rust grease on its surface and then keep it
in dry area

5. Warranty:
1) 12 Months from the date of commissioning or 14 months from the
date of bill of lading, whichever is earlier. However, does not include
usual wear and tear or defects caused due to mishandling.
2) During Warranty period, the manufacturer shall replace the defective
parts at his own charge.
3) The buyer shall replace and store the failed parts on the be-half of
the manufacturer for inspection or on request, return the same to the
manufacturer.
