Sicherheitshinweise und Warnungen
Dieses Gerät entspricht den vorgeschrie-
benen Sicherheitsbestimmungen für
Elektrogeräte.
Lesen Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung aufmerksam
durch, bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen.
Ein unsachgemäßer Gebrauch kann zu Schäden an
Personen und Sachen führen. Personen, die mit der
Anleitung nicht vertraut sind, dürfen das Gerät nicht
bedienen. Bewahren Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung
sorgfältig auf.
Kindern und Jugendlichen ist die Benutzung des
Gerätes nicht gestattet.
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Seilhebezug ist nur für den privaten Einsatz
konzipiert.
Er ist nicht für den gewerblichen Dauereinsatz
vorgesehen.
Ebenfalls ist er nicht für Dauerbetrieb geeignet.
Ein Temperaturwächter schützt den Motor vor
Überhitzung durch Überlastung.
Bei nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung
sowie bei Veränderungen an der Maschine über-
nimmt der Hersteller keinerlei Haftung.
Beachten Sie ebenso die Sicherheitshinweise, die
Montage- und Bedienungsanleitung sowie darü-
ber hinaus die allgemein geltenden Unfallverhütu
ngsvorschriften.
Der Aussetzbetrieb
Während des Betriebes des Seilhebezuges müssen
Abkühlpausen eingelegt werden.
Bei einer max. Nennlast von z. B. 125 kg darf die
Betriebszeit entsprechend der Norm 1 Minute
betragen und die Pausenzeit 6 Minuten. Im
Falle einer Erhöhung der Betriebszeit schal-
tet durch die steigende Motortemperatur
der Temperaturwächter den Seilhebezug
ab. Nach einer Abkühlephase schaltet der
Temperaturwächter den Motor wieder aktiv.
Bei geringeren Lasten und kürzeren Betriebszeiten
verkürzen sich auch die Pausenzeiten.
ACHTUNG!
Im Falle einer direkten Sonneneinstrahlung erhöht
sich die Gehäusetemperatur deutlich, was die
Betriebszeiten wesentlich verkürzt.
Sicherheitshinweise
Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und gut
beleuchtet, um Unfälle zu vermeiden.
Tragen Sie geeignete Arbeitskleidung. Tragen Sie
keine weite Kleidung oder Schmuck.
Benutzen Sie Elektrogeräte nicht in der Nähe von
brennbaren Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen und nasser
oder feuchter Umgebung. Bei Nichtbeachten
besteht Brand- oder Explosionsgefahr.
Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht unbeaufsichtigt laufen.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht wenn Sie
müde oder unkonzentriert sind oder Ihre
Reaktionsfähigkeit durch Genuss von Alkohol oder
Medikamenten beeinträchtigt ist.
Unaufmerksamkeit kann zu ernsthaften
Verletzungen führen.
Halten Sie die Werkzeuge sauber und funkti-
onstüchtig, um besser und sicherer arbeiten zu
können.
Prüfen Sie vor jedem Gebrauch des Werkzeugs
die Schutzeinrichtungen sorgfältig auf Ihre ein-
wandfreie und bestimmungsgemäße Funktion.
Überprüfen Sie ebenfalls sorgfältig die Funktion
aller beweglichen Teile. Achten Sie darauf dass
alle Teile richtig montiert sind. Beschädigte Teile
oder Schutzvorrichtungen müssen sofort von
einer Fachwerkstatt ausgetauscht oder repariert
werden, anderenfalls darf das Werkzeug nicht ver-
wendet werden.
Stecker und Kabel sind regelmäßig zu kontrollie-
ren und bei Beschädigung sofort von einem aner-
kannten Fachmann zu erneuern. Kontrollieren Sie
ebenfalls das Verlängerungskabel regelmäßig und
ersetzen es im Falle einer Beschädigung.
An der Maschine tätige Personen dürfen nicht
abgelenkt werden. Sie können dadurch die
Kontrolle über das Werkzeug verlieren.
Arbeiten Sie stets mit höchster Aufmerksamkeit.
ACHTUNG: Bei ange-
hobener Last dürfen
sich keine Personen
oder Tiere unter dem
Fallbereich aufhalten!

Beobachten Sie Ihre Arbeit. Verwenden Sie keine
Elektrowerkzeuge wenn Sie unkonzentriert sind.
Verwenden Sie kein Gerät, dessen Ein-/Aus-
Schalter defekt ist. Ein Elektrowerkzeug, das sich
nicht mehr ein- oder ausschalten lässt, ist gefähr-
lich und muss repariert werden.
Bewahren Sie Elektrowerkzeuge außerhalb der
Reichweite von Kindern auf.
Kinder fernhalten! Lassen Sie niemals andere
Personen das Werkzeug oder das Kabel berüh-
ren, halten Sie andere Personen von Ihrem
Arbeitsbereich fern.
Benutzen Sie nur vom Hersteller empfohlenes
Zubehör.
Die Netzspannung muss mit den Angaben auf
dem Typenschild der Maschine übereinstimmen.
Vermeiden Sie Körperkontakt mit geerdeten
Teilen, z.B. Rohre, Heizkörper, Herde, Kühlschränke,
um sich vor elektrischem Schlag zu schützen.
Tragen Sie das Gerät nicht am Kabel. Kabel nur
am Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen. Schützen
Sie das Kabel vor Öl, Hitze und scharfen Kanten.
Beschädigte Kabel können einen elektrischen
Schlag verursachen.
Prüfen Sie vor Arbeitsbeginn Gerät und Netzkabel
auf Beschädigungen.
Achten Sie beim Einstecken des Netzsteckers dar-
auf, dass der Betriebsschalter nicht arretiert sein
darf.
Verwenden Sie im Freien nur dafür zugelassene
Verlängerungskabel.
Bei der Verwendung einer Kabeltrommel Kabel
ganz abwickeln um Kabelerwärmung zu vermei-
den. Drahtquerschnitt min. 1,5 mm2.
Beim Arbeiten im Außenbereich muss die
Steckdose mit Fehlerstrom-Schutzschalter ausge-
rüstet sein.
Bei Nichtgebrauch Netzstecker ziehen.
Setzen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge nicht dem Regen
aus. Benützen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge nicht
in feuchter oder nasser Umgebung. Sorgen
Sie für gute Beleuchtung. Benützen Sie
Elektrowerkzeuge nicht in der Nähe von brenn-
baren Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen.
Ziehen Sie den Stecker, wenn Sie das Gerät nicht
benutzen oder Einstellungen vornehmen.
Führen Sie das Kabel immer nach hinten vom
Werkzeug weg.
Setzen Sie den Hebezug nicht unnöti-
gerweise einer ungünstigen Witterung,
Sonneneinstrahlung, Staub und Kälte aus.
Spritzen Sie den Seilhebezug niemals mit Wasser
ab und tauchen Sie Ihn niemals in Flüssigkeiten
sein.
Seilhebezug niemals im Regen oder bei Gewitter
betreiben.
Verwenden Sie den Seilhebezug möglichst nur in
trockenen Räumen und bewahren diesen auch in
einem trockenen Raum auf.
Verändern Sie niemals die Technik des
Seilhebezugs.
Der Seilhebezug darf nur seinem Zweck ent-
sprechend eingesetzt werden. Benützen Sie ihn
niemals für Zwecke und Arbeiten, wofür er nicht
bestimmt ist.
Transportieren Sie niemals Personen mit dem
Seilhebezug.
Überlasten Sie den Seilhebezug nicht. Heben Sie
nur Lasten bis zu dem auf dem Typenschild ange-
gebenen Gewicht.
Seil niemals komplett von der Rolle wickeln.
Wickeln Sie nur soweit ab bis das rote Seilende
erscheint. Falls Sie das Seil komplett von der
Rolle wickeln besteht die Gefahr, dass sich das
Seil gegenläufig wieder aufwickelt und knickt.
Die Auf- und Abrollrichtung dreht sich in diesem
Falle um und der Endabschalter verliert seine
Funktion. Achten Sie darauf dass mindestens 3
Umdrehungen auf der Rolle bleiben.
Der Elektromotor des Seilhebezuges ist mit
einem Thermoschalter gegen Überlastung
geschützt. Bei Ansprechen des Thermoschalters
wird der Seilhebezug abgeschaltet. Erst nach

einer Abkühlpause (ca. 5 Minuten) kann der
Seilhebezug wieder betrieben werden.
Stellen Sie sich oder arbeiten Sie nie unter einer
angehobene Last.
Beschädigte Teile sind sofort auswechseln zu
lassen.
Der Seilhebezug entspricht den einschlägigen
Sicherheitsbestimmungen.
Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten dürfen nur
von einem authorisierten Elektrofachmann oder
einer autorisierten Fachwerkstatt ausgeführt
werden, andernfalls kann Unfallgefahr für den
Betreiber entstehen.
Führen Sie Reparaturarbeiten niemals selbst aus
(Garantie- und Sicherheitsverlust).
Es dürfen auschließlich nur Originalersatzteile ver-
wendet werden.
Montage
- Befestigen Sie den Seilhebezug an
einem Stahlrohr-Ausleger mit einem
Außendurchmesser von 43 mm und einer
Mindestwandstärke von 3 mm.
- Die Verankerung an Wand und Decke muss den
Lastgewichten entsprechend stabil ausgeführt
werden.
- Der Seilhebzug ist für den Betrieb ohne
Umlenkrolle betriebsbereit.
- Zum Betrieb mit Umlenkrolle hängen Sie den
Lasthaken (1) in die vorgesehene Halterung
(2) (B1) und setzen die Umlenkrolle (3) in die
Seilschlaufe. (B2)
Bedienung
- Vergewissern Sie sich, dass vor dem
Arbeitsbeginn der Schalter (4) auf Aus steht.
- Stecken Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose.
Beachten Sie die auf dem Typenschild angegebe-
ne Spannung.
- Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Stahlseil richtig
aufgespult ist. (B3)

- Die Bedienung Auf/Ab erfolgt über die
Drucktasten (5) an der Steuereinheit (6)
Drucktaste = Last wird angehoben
Drucktaste = Last wird abgesenkt
- Wenn beim Ablassen der Last das rote Kabelende
erscheint, darf das Lastseil nicht mehr weiter
abgespult werden, da es sonst beschädigt wer-
den kann.
- Kann die Last nicht angehoben werden, schalten
Sie sofort die Seilwinde aus um Beschädigungen
zu vermeiden. Verringern Sie das Gewicht der
Last.
- Achten Sie auf sichere Befestigung der Last am
Lasthaken (1).
- Halten Sie die Last immer vom Stahlseil weg.
- Die Winde läuft nach dem Stoppen einige
Zentimeter nach.
Stoppen Sie daher rechtzeitig.
- Lenken Sie beim Hochheben und Ablassen der
Last das Stahlseil nicht mehr als 15° aus der
Senkrechten ab.
Rewind System
Ist das Seil ganz ausgefahren, schaltet der Motor
zu Ihrer Sicherheit automatisch ab.
Zum Anheben der Last müssen Sie die Drucktaste
bedienen.
Wartung und Pflege
- Kontrollieren Sie vor Arbeitsbeginn das Stahlseil
auf seiner ganzen Länge auf Beschädigungen.
Ist es geknickt oder zersplissen lassen Sie es in
einer Fachwerkstatt gegen eine neues Original-Seil
austauschen.
- Achten Sie immer darauf, dass das
Ausgleichsgewicht (7) auf dem Seil montiert ist.
Es dient als Endabschalter.
- Ölen Sie regelmäßig das Lager der Umlenkrolle.
Bitte nur biologisch abbaubares Öl verwenden.
- Prüfen Sie regelmäßig die Funktion des

Handhabung, Überlastung oder auf
natürliche Abnutzung zurückzuführen sind,
bleiben von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Folgeschä-
den. Schäden, die durch Hersteller- oder
Materialfehler entstanden sind, werden
durch Reparatur- oder Ersatzlieferung
unentgeltlich behoben.
Vorrausetzung ist, dass das Gerät unzerlegt
und vollständig mit Kauf- und Garantie-
nachweis übergeben wird.
Verwenden Sie im Garantiefall
ausschließlich die Originalverpackung.
So garantieren wir Ihnen eine reibungslose
und schnelle Garantieabwicklung.
GARANTIE
Endabschalters. Fahren Sie dazu den Lasthaken
nach oben bis das Ausgleichsgewicht (7) den
Abschaltbügel betätigt.
- Prüfen Sie regelmäßig, bei abgezogenem
Netzstecker, alle mechanischen Bauteile auf
Leichtgängigkeit.
- Ziehen Sie vor allen Arbeiten am Gerät den
Netzstecker.
- Benutzen Sie zur Reinigung der Kunststoffteile
einen feuchten Lappen. Keine Reinigungsmittel,
Lösungsmittel oder spitze Gegenstände verwen-
den.
- Befreien Sie die Belüftungsöffnungen und
bewegliche Teile regelmäßig von festsitzendem
Staub mit einer weichen Bürste oder Pinsel.

Reparaturen
Verwenden Sie nur vom Hersteller empfohlene
Zubehör- und Ersatzteile. Sollte das Gerät trotz
unserer Qualitätskontrollen und Ihrer Pflege
einmal ausfallen, lassen Sie Reparaturen nur von
einem autorisierten Elektro-Fachmann ausführen.
Umweltschutz
Entsorgen Sie Gerät, Zubehör und Verpackung
nicht einfach in den Mülleimer, sondern führen Sie
es einer umweltgerechten Wiederverwertung zu.
Dieser kleine Aufwand kommt unserer Umwelt
zugute.

Dieses Gerät ist ein Qualitätserzeugnis. Es wurde unter
Beachtung der derzeitigen technischen Erkenntnisse
konstruiert und unter Verwendung eines üblichen guten
Materials sorgfältig gebaut.
Die Garantiezeit beträgt 24 Monate und beginnt mit
dem Zeitpunkt der Übergabe, der durch Kassenbon,
Rechnung oder Lieferschein nachzuweisen ist. Innerhalb
der Garantiezeit werden alle Funktionsfehler durch
unseren Kundendienst beseitigt, die nachweisbar, trotz
vorsichtsmäßiger Behandlung entsprechend unserer
Bedienungsanleitung auf Materialfehler zurückzuführen
sind.
Die Garantie erfolgt in der Weise, dass mangelhafte Teile
nach unserer Wahl unentgeltlich instandgesetzt oder
durch einwandfreie Teile ersetzt werden. Ersetzte Teile
gehen in unser Eigentum über. Durch die Instandsetzung
oder Ersatz einzelner Teile wird die Garantiezeit weder
verlängert noch wird neue Garantiezeit für das Gerät
in Gang gesetzt. Für eingebaute Ersatzteile läuft keine
eigene Garantiefrist. Wir übernehmen keine Garantie
für Schäden und Mängel an Geräten oder deren Teile,
die durch übermäßige Beanspruchung, unsachgemä-
ße Behandlung und Wartung auftreten. Das gilt auch
bei Nichtbeachtung der Bedienungsanleitung sowie

The equipment complies with the safe-

starting up the equipment.
Improper use can lead to personal injury and

liar with the instructions, may not operate the

Children and youths are not permitted to ope-
rate the equipment.
Use According to Specifications
The cable hoist is only designed for private use.
It is not designed for continuous commercial
use.
Neither is it designed for continuous use. A
temperature sensor protects the motor from
overheating due to overloading.
The manufacture assumes no liability whatsoe-
ver for improper use or if the machine has been
tampered with.
Give equal attention to the safety instructions,
assembly and operating instructions as well as
prevailing accident preventions regulations.
Stop and start operation
Breaks must be taken during whilst using the
cable hoist to cool the equipment.
At a maximum rated load of 125 kg, for examp-
le, the operating cycle may be one minute
under the standard and the break in operation
must then be for six minutes. If the operating
cycle is increased, the temperature sensor will
switch off the cable hoist as a result of the
rising motor temperature. After the motor has
been allowed to cool, the temperature sensor
switches the motor back on.
With low loads and short operating times, the
break times will also be lower.
IMPORTANT
If the unit is left in direct sunlight, the casing
temperature will rise significantly which will
vastly reduce the operating cycles.
Safety Information
Keep your work area clean and well lit to pre-
vent accidents.
We suitable work clothing. Do not wear loose
clothing or jewellery.
Don’t use electric devices close to flammable
liquids or gasses or in wet or damp environ-
ments. If you fail to observe this, there is a dan-
ger of fire or explosion.
Never leave the device running unattended.
Never use the device when you are tired or lack
concentration or if your reactions are impaired
due to consumption of alcohol or medication.
Lack of attention can lead to serious injury.
Keep the tools clean and in good working order
in order to be able to work better and safer.
Check the safety equipment carefully every
time before you use the tool to ensure that
it worked perfectly and properly. Also check
the function of all the moving parts carefully.
Ensure that all the parts are assembled correct-
ly. Damaged parts or safety equipment must
be replaced or repaired immediately by an
authorised workshop, otherwise the tool must
not be used.
Check the plug and cable at regular intervals
and if they show any signs of damage have
them replaced immediately by an authorised
specialist. Also check the extension cable at
regular intervals and replace it if it suffers any
damage.
Persons using the machines must not be dis-

tracted.
This could cause one to lose control over the
tool.
Always pay full attention to what you are doing.
Watch your work. Do not use electric tools if
you are not fully concentrating.
Don’t use any device that has a faulty on/off
switch. An electric tool that can no longer be
switched on or off is dangerous and must be
repaired.
Keep electric tools out of the reach of children.
Keep children away. Never allow other persons
to touch the tool or the cable, keep other peo-
ple away from your work area.
Only use accessories recommended by the
manufacturer.
The mains voltage must correspond to the
information on the machine’s type plate.
Avoid body contact to grounded elements, e.g.
pipes, radiators, stoves, and refrigerators, to
prevent an electric shock.
Never carry the device by the cable. Only pull
the cable from the receptacle with the plug.
Protect the cable from oil, heat, and sharp
edges. Damaged cables can cause an electric
shock.
Check the device and power cable for damage
before starting work.
When plugging in the power plug, make sure
that the operating switch is not located in position.
Only use approved extension cables when
using the device outside.
When using a cable drum, unwind it entirely in
order to prevent the cable from heating up. The
minimum wire gauge is 1.5 mm2.
When working outside, the receptacle must be
equipped with a residual current circuit-breaker.
Pull the plug when the equipment is not in use.
Do not expose electric tools to the rain. Do not
use electric tools in a damp or wet environ-
ment. Do not use electric tools near inflammab-
le liquids or gases.
Pull the plug when you are not using the device
or making adjustments.
Always guide the cable away from the back of
the tool.
Do not expose the hoist to adverse weather
conditions, sunlight, dust or low temperatures
unnecessarily.
Never spray the cable hoist down with water
and never immerse it in liquids.
Never use the cable hoist in rain or during
thunder.
Only use the cable hoist in dry enclosed areas if
possible and store it in a dry room.
Never modify the cable hoist’s equipment.
The cable hoist may only be used for the purpo-
se for which it is designed. Never use it for other
purposes or work for which it is not designed.
Never transport persons using the cable hoist.
Do not overload the cable hoist. Only use the
hoist to life loads up to the weight set out on
the model plate.
Never completely unwind the cable from the
roller. Only unwind it until the red cable end
appears. If you wind the cable completely off
the roller, there is a risk that the cable will wind
back onto the roller the wrong way and will
then kink. The winding and unwinding direc-
tion will then be in reverse and the limit switch
will be rendered inoperable. Ensure that at least
three turns remain on the roller.
The electric motor for the cable hoist is fitted
with a thermal switch to prevent an overload.
If the thermal switch trips, the cable hoist will

be switched off. Only after it has been allowed
to cool down (approx. 5 minutes) can the cable
hoist be used again.
Do not stand or work under a raised load.
Damaged parts must be replaced without
delay.
The cable hoist complies with the relevant safe-
ty regulations.
Repairs and servicing work may only be carried
out by an authorised electrician or an authori-
sed workshop, otherwise the operator may be
at risk of accidents.
Never carry out repair work yourself (this will
void the warranty and may make the hoist
unsafe).
Use only genuine spare parts.
Assembly
- Secure the cable hoist to a tubular steel jib
with an external diameter of 43 mm and a
minimum wall thickness of 3 mm. (B1)
- The anchoring on the wall and ceiling must
be designed to withstand the weights of the
load.
- The cable hoist is ready for use without return
rollers. (B2)
- To use it with return rollers, attach the hook
(1) to the mounting provided in (2) (B3) and
place the return roller (3) in the cable loop.

Operation
- Ensure that the switch (4) is set to Off before
you start work.
- Place the plug in the socket. Ensure that the
mains voltage is the same as that specified on
the model plate.
- Ensure that the steel cable is wound correctly.
- The Up/Down movement is controlled using
the press buttons (5) on the control unit (6)
Press button = The load will be raised
Press button = The load will be lowered
- If the red cable end appears when you lower
the load, do not unwind the load cable any
further since otherwise it may be damaged.
- If the load cannot be raised, switch off the
cable hoist immediately to prevent damage.
Reduce the weight of the load.
- Ensure that the load is securely attached to
the hook (7).
- Always keep the load away from the steel
cable.
- The winch will continue to turn for a few cen-
timetres after it has been stopped.
It is essential, therefore, that you stop it
promptly.
- When raising and lowering the load, do not
move the steel cable away from a vertical
position by more than 15°.
Rewind System
If the cable is fully extended, the motor will cut
out for your safety.
To raise the load you must press the button.
Maintenance and care
- Check the full length of the cable for signs of
damage before starting work.
If it is kinked or split, have it replaced by a new
cable by a specialist workshop.
- Always ensure that the counterbalance
weight (7) is fitted to the cable. This acts as a
limit switch.
- Oil the bearing on the return roller at regu-
lar intervals. Only use oil that is biologically
degradable.
- Check the function of the limit switch at regu-
lar intervals. To do this raise the hook until
the counterbalance weight (8) actuates the
cut-out bar.

Only use accessories and spare parts recom-
mended by the manufacturer. If the equipment
should fail some day in spite of our quality
controls and your maintenance, only have it
repaired by an authorised electrician.
Environmental Protection
Do not simply dispose of the equipment, acces-
sories and packaging in the rubbish bin, but
bring it for environmentally sound recycling.
The small effort involved in this is for the bene-
fit of our environment.
We give 24 months guarantee on this
equipment.
Damages that are attributable to improper
handling, over loading, or natural wear and
tear are excluded from the guarantee.
Damages caused by the manufacturer or
by a material defect will be corrected at
no charge by repair or by providing spare
parts.
The prerequisite is that the equipment is
handed over assembled, and complete with
the proof of sale and guarantee.
For a guarantee claim, only use the original
packaging.
That way, we can guarantee quick and
smooth guarantee processing.
Guarantee
- Check that all the mechanical components
move easily at regular intervals after discon-
necting the mains plug.
- Before performing any work on the equip-
ment, pull the power plug.
- Use a damp cloth to clean the plastic ele-
ments. Do not use any cleansers, solvents, or
pointed objects.
- Regularly clean any dust that is stuck to the
ventilation openings and moving parts with a
soft brush or a paint brush.

This appliance is a quality product. It was designed in com-
pliance with current technical standards and made carefully
using normal, good quality materials.
The warranty period is 24 months and commences on the
date of purchase, which can be verified by the receipt,
invoice or delivery note. During this warranty period all func-
tional errors, which, despite the careful treatment described
in our operating manual, are verifiably due to material flaws,
will be rectified by our after-sales service staff.
The warranty takes the form that defective parts will be
repaired or replaced with perfect parts free of charge at our
discretion. Replaced parts will become our property. Repair
work or the replacement of individual parts will not extend
the warranty period not will it result in a new warranty
period being commenced for the appliance. No separate
warranty period will commence for spare parts that may be
fitted. We cannot offer a warranty for damage and defects on
appliances or their parts caused by the use of excessive force,
improper treatment and servicing.
This also applies for failures to comply with the operating
manual and the installation or spare and accessory parts that
are not included in our range of products. In the event of
interference with of modifications to the appliance by unau-
thorised persons, the warranty will be rendered void.
Please send us the appliances post-paid or request a
Freeway sticker. Unfortunately we will be unable to
accept appliances that are not post-paid.
The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to natural
wear and tear.

Cet appareil répond aux recommanda-
tions prescrites en matière de sécurité
des appareils électriques.
Lisez attentivement le mode d’emploi avant de

Une utilisation non conforme peut entraîner
des dommages corporels ou matériels. Les
personnes ne connaissant pas bien le fonction-
nement de l’appareil ne doivent pas l’utiliser.

Utilisation conforme
Le palan à câble est conçu exclusivement pour
l’utilisation personnelle.
Il n’est pas prévu pour une utilisation commer-
ciale continue
Il n‘est également pas conçu pour un service
continu. Une sonde de température protège le
moteur de la surchauffe par surcharge.
En cas d’utilisation non conforme, ainsi qu’en
cas de modifications apportées à la machine, le
fabricant décline toute responsabilité.
Respectez les recommandations de sécurité, la
notice de montage et le mode d’emploi ainsi
par ailleurs que les prescriptions générales en
vigueur en matière de prévention des accidents
du travail.
L‘interuption de fonctionnement
Pendant l‘utilisation du palan à câble, il faut
faire des pauses de refroidissement.
Avec une charge nominale max. de par ex. 125
kg, la durée d‘utilisation peut être d‘1 minute
selon la norme et la durée de pause de 6 minu-
tes. En cas de prolongatio de la durée d‘utilisa-
tion, la sonde de température coupe le palan à
câble en raison de l‘augmentation de tempéra-
ture dumoteur. Après une phase de refroidisse-
ment, la sonde de température remetle moteur
en marche.
En présence de faibles charges et de durées
d‘utilisation plus courtes, les durées de pauses
sont également plus.
ATTENTION !
En cas de rayonnement solaire direct, la tempé-
rature du carter augmente de façon importante,
ce qui réduit nettement lesdurées d‘utilisation.
Recommandations de sécurité
Maintenez votre poste de travail propre et bien
éclairé afin d’éviter les accidents.
Portez des vêtements de travail appropriés. Ne
portez ni vêtements amples ni bijoux.
N’utilisez pas les appareils électriques à proxi-
mité de liquides inflammables ou de gaz, ni
dans un environnement humide ou mouillé. En
cas de non respect de cette recommandation, il
y a risque d’incendie ou d’explosion.
Ne laissez pas l’outil marcher sans surveillance.
N’utilisez pas l’appareil si vous êtes fatigué, si
vous n’êtes pas concentré ou si vos capacités de
réaction sont altérées par l’ingestion d’alcool ou
de médicaments.
L’inattention peut entraîner des blessures graves.
Maintenez les outils dans un état propre et
prêts à l’utilisation pour pouvoir travailler mieux
et dans des conditions de sécurité accrue.
Avant toute utilisation de l‘outil, vérifiez soi-
gneusement les dispositifs de protection quant
à leur fonctionnement conforme impeccable.
Vérifiez également soigneusement le fonction-
nement de toutes les pièces mobiles. Veillez à
ce que toutes les pièces soient correctement
montées. Les pièces ou dispositifs de protection
endommagés doivent être remplacésou réparés
immédiatement par un atelier spécialisé, dans
le cas contraire, l‘outil ne doit pas être utilisé.

régulièrement et, en cas de dommage, être
remplacés immédiatement par un spécialiste
reconnu. Contrôlez également le câble prolon-
gateur régulièrement et remplacez-le en cas de
dommage.
Les personnes travaillant sur une machine ne
doivent pas être distraites.
Elles pourraient ainsi perdre le contrôle de
l’outil.
Travaillez toujours avec la plus grande atten-
tion. Observez votre travail. N‘utilisez pas
d‘outils électriques lorsque vous n‘êtes pas
concentré.
N’utilisez pas un appareil dont le bouton mar-
che-arrêt est défectueux. Un outil électrique
qu’on ne peut plus mettre en marche ou arrêter
est dangereux et doit être réparé.
Rangez les outils électriques hors de portée des
enfants.
Tenir les enfants éloignés ! Ne laissez jamais
d‘autres personnes toucher l‘outil ou le câble,
éloignez les autres personnes de votre zone de
travail.
N’utilisez que des accessoires préconisés par le
fabricant.
La tension du réseau doit correspondre à
celle indiquée sur la plaque signalétique de la
machine.
Evitez tout contact corporel avec des éléments
reliés à la terre, comme les tuyaux, les radia-
teurs, les chaudières, les réfrigérateurs afin de
vous protéger contre les décharges électriques.
Ne portez pas l’appareil par le câble.
Débranchez le câble de la prise uniquement en
tirant sur la fiche. Protégez le câble de l’huile,
de la chaleur et des arêtes vives. Un câble
endommagé peut provoquer une décharge
électrique.
Avant de commencer à travailler, vérifiez l’appa-
reil et le cordon d’alimentation.
Avant de brancher la fiche de secteur, veillez
à ce que l’interrupteur de service ne soit pas
bloqué.
Pour l’extérieur, utilisez uniquement des câbles
prolongateurs agréés à cet effet.
En cas d’utilisation d’un enrouleur de câble,
dérouler entièrement le câble pour éviter un
échauffement de celui-ci. Section du fil mini-
mum 1,5 mm2.
Pour les travaux d’extérieur, la prise doit être
munie d’un interrupteur de protection contre
les courts-circuits.
Lorsque l‘outil n‘est pas utilisé, retirer la fiche du
secteur.
Ne soumettez pas les outils électriques à la
pluie. N‘utilisez pas les outils électriques dans
un environnementhumide ou mouillé. Veillez à
un bon éclairage. N‘utilisez pas les outils élec-
triques à proximité de liquides inflammables ou
de gaz.
Débranchez la fiche quand vous n’utilisez pas
l’appareil ou si vous voulez effectuer des réglages.
Dirigez toujours le câble vers l’arrière de l’outil.
Ne soumettez pas inutilement le palan à des
intempéries, au rayonnement solaire, à la pous-
sière ou au froid.
N‘aspergez jamais le palan à câble avec de l‘eau
et ne le plongez jamaisdans des liquides.
Ne jamais utiliser le palan à câble sous la pluie
ou en cas d‘orage.
Si possible, utilisez le palan à câble uniquement
dans des locaux secs et conservez-le également
dans un endroit sec.
Ne modifiez jamais la technique du palan à
câble.
Le palan à câble doit être uniquement utilisé
de façon conforme. Ne l‘utilisez jamais pour des
travaux pour lesquels iln‘est pas conçu.
Ne transportez jamais despersonnes avec le
palan à câble.
Ne surchargez pas le palan à câble. Soulevez
uniquement des charges ne dépassant pas le

poids indiqué sur la plaquette signalétique.
Ne jamais dérouler le câble entièrement du
tambour. Déroulez seulement jusqu‘à ce que
l‘extrémité rouge du câble apparaît. Si vous
déroulez le câble entièrement du tambour, il
risque de s‘enrouler dans le sens contraîre et
de plier. Dans ce cas, le sens d‘enroulement et
de déroulement s‘inverse et l‘interrupteur de
fin decourse perd sa fonction. Veillez à ce qu‘il
reste au moins trois tours sur le tambour.
Le moteur électrique du palan à câble est pro-
tégé contre la surcharge par un thermorupteur.
En cas de réaction du thermorupteur, le palan
à câble est coupé. Le palan à câble peut être
réutilisé uniquement après une pause de refroi-
dissement (env. 5 minutes).
Ne restez jamais ou ne travaillez jamais sous
une charge soulevée.
Les pièces endommagées doivent être rempla-
cées immédiatement.
Le palan à câble répond aux dispositions de
sécurité en vigueur.
Les réparations et travaux de maintenance
doivent être effectués uniquement par un élec-
tricien agréé ou par un atelier spécialisé agréé,
dans le cas contraire, il y a un risque d‘accident
pour l‘utilisateur.
Ne faites jamais de réparations vous-même
(perte de garantie et de sécurité).
Il faut utiliser exclusivement des pièces de
rechange d‘origine.
Montage
- Fixez le palan à câble à un bras en tube d’acier
d’un diamètre extérieur de 43 mm et une
épaisseur de paroi minimale de 3 mm. (B1)
- L’ancrage au mur et au plafond doit être assez
stable pour supporter les poids des charges.
- Le palan à câble est préparé pour le fonction-
nement sans poulie de renvoi. (B2)
- Pour le fonctionnement avec poulie de ren-
voi, accrochez le crochet de levage (1) dans
la fixation prévue (2) (2) (B3) et installez la
poulie de renvoi (3) dans la boucle du câble.

Commande
- Assurez-vous avant le début du travail que
l’interrupteur (4) est en position ARRET.
- Branchez la fiche dans la prise électrique.
Respectez la tension indiquée sur la plaquette
signalétique.
- Assurez-vous que le câble en acier est correc-
tement embobiné.
- La commande Lever / Descendre se fait par le
bouton-poussoir (5) situé sur l’unité de com-
mande (6)
Bouton-poussoir = la charge est soulevée
Bouton-poussoir = la charge est abaissée
- Lorsque l’extrémité rouge du câble apparaît
lors de l’abaissement de la charge, le câble ne
doit plus être déroulé, il pourrait être endom-
magé dans le cas contraire.
- Si la charge ne peut pas être soulevée, arrêtez
immédiatement le palan à câble afin d’évi-
ter des dommages. Réduisez le poids de la
charge.
- Veillez à une fixation sûre de la charge au cro-
chet de levage (7).
- Eloignez toujours la charge du câble en acier.
- Le palan continue à tourner de quelques cen-
timètres après l’arrêt.
Arrêtez donc à temps.
- Lors du levage et de l’abaissement de la char-
ge, ne déviez pas le câble en acier de plus de
15° de la verticale.
Système Rewind
Lorsque le câble est entièrement sorti, le
moteur se coupe automatiquement pour
votre sécurité.

Les dommages résultant d‘une manipulati-
on non conforme, d‘une surcharge ou d‘une
usure normale sont exclus de la garantie.
Il sera remédié sans frais aux dommages
dus à un défaut de fabrication ou à un
défaut sur le matériau par une réparation
ou par le remplacement de l‘appareil.
A condition que l‘appareil soit rapporté non
démonté et complet avec la preuve d‘achat
et le bon de garantie.
Pour faire fonctionner la garantie, utilisez
exclusivement l‘emballage original.

GARANTIE
Pour soulever la charge, vous devez actionner
le bouton poussoir .
Maintenance et entretien
- Avant le début du travail, contrôlez le câble
sur toute sa longueur quant à des dommages.
S’il est coudé ou si des brins sont cassés, faites-
le remplacer par un nouveau câble d’origine
dans un atelier spécialisé.
- Veillez toujours à ce qu e le contree-poids (7)
soit monté sur le câble. Il sert de disjoncteur
de fin de course .
- Huilez régulièrement le logement de la poulie
de renvoi. Veuillez utiliser uniquement de
l’huile biodégradable.
- Vérifiez régulièrement le fonctionnement du
disjoncteur de fin de course. Pour ce faire,
faites monter le crochet de levage jusqu’à ce
que le contre-poids (8) actionne l’étrier de
coupure.
- Vérifiez régulièrement, fiche électrique
débranchée, la mobilité de toutes les pièces
mécaniques.
- Avant toute intervention sur l’appareil,
débranchez la fiche de secteur.
- Utilisez une éponge humide pour nettoyer les
éléments en plastique. N’utilisez ni détergent,
ni solvant, ni objets pointus.
- Débarrassez à intervalles réguliers les ouïes
d’aération et les pièces en mouvement de la
poussière agglomérée avec une brosse douce
ou un pinceau.
