4.1. Connecting the Handset/Telephone Line Cord
-Use onlyaPanasonicHandset for the KX-TSC35MXW.
-Use onlyatelephone line cord included inthe unit.
-The AC adaptor must remainconnected at all times. (Itisnormal
for the adaptor to feel warm during use.)
-Ifyour unitisconnected to aPBXwhich does not support Caller ID

services, you cannot access those services.
4.2. Connecting aCommunication Device
If you connect a communication device (computer, modem, fax, answering machine, etc.) tothe
telephone line, you canconnect it through this unit using the DATA jack.
Afterconnecting the handset, and telephone line cord, connect the communication device
telephone line cordtothe DATA jack.
-Make sure the communication device isnot inuse before using
thisunit(making calls, storing phone numbers inmemoryetc.)or
the communication device maynot operate properly.
