Tips & Hints
1. Operate your vehicle in a dry, open area;
avoid sand, water and snow.
2. The radio circuitry in your vehicle and
controller is sensitive. Do not store vehicle
or controller near heat or in direct sun-
light. To avoid dampness, do not leave
vehicle or controller outside overnight.
If moisture does get inside your vehicle,
remove batteries and thoroughly dry
connectors. Allow vehicle to dry several
hours or overnight before operating. After
each use, remove any water or moisture
from vehicle using a clean dry cloth.
3. Turn controller and vehicle switches to
OFF position and remove batteries when
not in use. When batteries start to weak-
en, steering function may not work prop-
erly. The vehicle is NOT defective, but it
is time to change the batteries.
4. When your vehicle runs erratically, the
problem is usually the result of
interference caused by high tension wires,
CB radios, or other R/C vehicles running
nearby on the same frequency as yours.
You may have to choose an alternative
place to race. DO NOT RACE
VEHICLES WITHTHE SAME
FREQUENCY.
5. DO NOT operate your vehicle over wet
surfaces. Water can damage the electronic
assemblies.
6. For best results, hold antenna up, not
pointed down toward R/C vehicle. If you
drive your vehicleTOO FAR AWAY
FROMTHE CONTROLLER, your
signal strength will become weak and
vehicle will not function properly. The
maximum range for the vehicle should
be 35'/10 m.
7. Anyone can learn to be a good R/C driver.
It takes patience and practice.
