PARTS IDENTIFICATION
MOUNTING
There are two mounting options available - screws or hook & loop tape:

Screw Option: Remove the mounting base from the unit by gently sliding3.

the base and drill using a 4mm drill bit. Secure with the included screws.
Return the unit to the base.
OPERATION
Caution: Due to the high wattage required to operate the Heater, the engine
must be running at all times to avoid damage to the vehicle battery, plug or
unit. When using with a 12V power supply, it must be rated at 15 amp - 150
watts or higher.
For best results, use the heater when inside vehicle temperatures are above
32ºF. Using in colder temperatures will result in less heat output.
Make sure the POWER SWITCH is in the OFF position and the engine is1.
running before inserting the 12-VOLT PLUG into, or unplugging from, a
power source.
Keep the engine running during operation. The LED power indicator will2. illuminate showing power is provided to the unit. If LED is not illuminated
repair the vehicle’s power system before using.
Select either HEAT or FAN operation.3.

CLEANING
Unplug before cleaning.1.
Dust regularly. Clean the with damp cloth and dry with a clean soft cloth.2.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If the 12-volt circuit fails to operate, try the following suggestions:
Unplug from the power supply an make sure that the receptacle is1.
clean. DO NOT USE METAL TOOLS. If cleaning is needed, use only
insulators, such as wood.
Check the plug’s fuse. Carefully unscrew the plug’s top section. Remove2.
and check the fuse with the proper electronic meter. If defective, replace
withcorrectfuse(seespecicationfortype).Alsocheckthevehicle’s
fuse panel.
Some cigarette lighters have a separate circuit breaker located directly3.
behind the cigarette lighter receptacle. If you lighter is not working, this
circuit breaker may have blown and could require replacement. Consult
your vehicle owner’s manual for replacement.
