ПЫЛЕСОСА MAX ULTIMATE VII
Общее описание
Маникюрный пылесос MAX Ultimate VII предназначен для использования
профессиональными мастерами маникюра. Служит для удаления пыли, воз-
никающей при опиливании ногтей и удалении искусственных покрытий.
Использование пылесоса рекомендовано:
• При гелевом и акриловом наращивании, коррекции ногтей;
• При снятии гель-лака и других искусственных покрытий;
• При выполнении маникюра (особенно аппаратного).
Комплектация
1. Пылесос с установленным фильтр-мешочком.
2. Дополнительный фильтр-мешочек.
3. Паспорт.
Принцип работы
Мастер маникюра работает в зоне решетки вентилятора пылесоса.
Пылевоздушная смесь всасывается крыльчаткой вентилятора пылесоса.
Чистый воздух поступает обратно в помещение после фильтрации через
фильтр-мешочек. Пыль собирается на стенках фильтра. Мастер очищает
фильтр-мешочек по окончанию работы с клиентом.

Установка пылесоса
Для установки пылесоса необходимо проделать в столешнице отверстие,
в соответствии с шаблоном (см. приложение 1).

1. Отсоедините воздуховод (3) от пылесоса.
2. Приложите пылесос к столешнице. Определитесь с направлением, в
котором он будет установлен. Мы рекомендуем установку пылесоса
гранями шестигранника в сторону мастера таким образом, чтобы ло-
готип MAX находился с левой стороны от мастера. При установке его
описанным образом, выключатель окажется сбоку от зоны всасывания.
3. Приложите к столешнице трафарет. Выставите трафарет по месту и
зафиксируйте его скотчем.
4. Просверлите сквозные отверстия. Диаметр отверстий 1-2мм. Предлага-
емые места сверления отмечены на трафарете
5. Увеличьте полученные отверстия сверлом большего диаметра. Реко-
мендованный диаметр 6-7мм.
6. С помощью лобзика, вырежьте в столешнице отверстие, повторяющее
контуры фигуры на трафарете. Очистите столешницу от пыли.
7. Вставьте пылесос в вырезанное отверстие, удерживая пылесос за
боковые грани крышки. Для этого необходимо сделать маятниковое
движение: вставить одну часть, сдвинуть пылесос в бок, вставить вто-
рую часть.
8. Извлеките пылесос из столешницы. Обезжирьте место установки пыле-
соса.
9. Аккуратно отклейте защитный слой двухстороннего скотча от нижней
части крышки. Для дополнительной фиксации пылесоса можно на этом
этапе аккуратно нанести на нижнюю часть верхней крышки клей вместо
гвоздей (в комплект не входит).
10. Аккуратно установите пылесос. Старайтесь не допускать приклеивания
скотча раньше момента, когда пылесос будет установлен на отведён-
ное для него место.
11. Аккуратными давящими движениями на верхнюю крышку зафиксируй-
те её окончательное местоположение. При использовании клея, дайте
ему высохнуть, следуя рекомендации производителя клея.
12. Установите фильтр-мешочек на воздуховод (см. подробнее в разделе
«использование»). Закройте его фиксирующей планкой.

13. Установите воздуховод. Нижняя выходная труба, после её установки
может вращаться вокруг своей оси (с приложением усилия). Это озна-
чает, что её можно разворачивать при необходимости.
Использование
1. Установите фильтр-мешочек на воздуховод (3). Он должен быть рас-
положен параллельно прямоугольной части воздуховода. Установка
происходит в два этапа:
i. Наденьте мешочек на прямоугольную часть воздуховода таким об-
разом, чтобы нижний и верхний бортики, расположенные на длинной
наружной стороне воздуховода, оказались внутри мешочка.
ii. Аккуратно вставьте фиксирующую планку. Мешочек при этом должен
оказаться внутри неё. Фиксирующая планка должна быть вставлена
внутрь прямоугольной части воздуховода до упора.
2. Перед включением убедитесь в отсутствии посторонних предметов меж-
ду лопастями вентилятора.
3. Вставьте вилку прибора (4) в электрическую сеть 220В. Для включения
и выключения используйте выключатель (6), размещённый на верхней
крышке прибора (1). Для регулировки мощности всасывания используй-
те регулятор оборотов(5), находящийся рядом с кнопкой включения (6).
4. Работайте в зоне крыльчатки вентилятора пылесоса, отступив примерно
1,5 см от края решетки в центр.
Меры безопасности
• Не допускайте попадания в движущиеся лопасти вентилятора рук или
любых посторонних предметов.
• При отключении прибора тяните за вилку, а не за электрический шнур.
• Не используйте с мокрыми полотенцами и водой.
• Не используйте сетевой кабель как ручку для переноски.
• Отсоединяйте пылесос из розетки при всех манипуляциях с мешочком.
• При повреждении шнура питания его замену во избежание опасности
должны производить изготовитель, сервисная служба или подобный
квалифицированный персонал.
• Дети должны находиться под присмотром для недопущения игр с прибо-
ром.
• Прибор не предназначен для использования лицами (включая детей) с
пониженными физическими, сенсорными или умственными способно-
стями или при отсутствии у них жизненного опыта или знаний, если они
не находятся под присмотром или не проинструктированы об использо-
вании прибора лицом, ответственным за их безопасность.
Уход
Содержите корпус прибора в чистоте. Регулярно удаляйте пыль с лопастей

и основания крыльчатки вентилятора, используя мягкую кисть или сжатый
воздух. Не используйте для очистки прибора растворитель или другие
агрессивные жидкости (например, жидкость для снятия лака).
В комплект с пылесосом входит многослойный фильтр-мешочек для
сбора пыли. Его чистота определяет эффективность работы прибора. Для
корректной работы пылесоса необходимо использовать чистый сухой
фильтр-мешок.
Меняйте фильтр-мешочек на чистый перед началом рабочего дня. Стирай-
те мешочек для его очистки от пыли. Разрешается ручная или деликатная
машинная стирка с температурой воды не выше 40 градусов. При активной
работе рекомендуем менять фильтр-мешочек не менее одного раза в день.
Срок службы фильтра 1,5-2 месяца.

Необходимо заменить мешочек на чистый. Рекомендуем надевать чи-

решеткой не было препятствий. Перекрывать воздушный поток
своими руками или руками клиента не допустимо.
• Необходимо опиливать ногти над решеткой, в зоне, расположен-
ной в 1,5 см от края решетки внутрь.
• Старайтесь держать руку клиента максимально близко к решет-
ке пылесоса.
• Если вышеперечисленное не помогло, уменьшите скорость вра-
щения фрезы (при аппаратном маникюре) до 15000-20000 об.

COLLECTOR USER’S GUIDE
General description
The MAX Ultimate VII nail dust collector is designed for use by professional
manicurists. It is used for removal of dust, which appears in the process of nail
filing and removal of artificial coatings.
Usage of the nail dust collector is recommended:
• during gel and acrylic nail extension, nail correction;
• while removing of gel polish and other artificial coatings;
• when performing manicure (especially hardware one).

Operational principles
The manicurist works in the dust collector fan grill area. The dust-air mixture is
sucked with the fan impeller of the dust collector. Clean air flows back into the
room after its filtration through the bag filter. Dust is collected inside the filter.
The manicurist cleans the filter bag after finishing.

Installation of the dust collector
In order to install the dust collector, it is necessary to make an opening in the
desk top according to the pattern (see annex 1).

1. Disconnect the air duct (3) from the nail dust collector.
2. Place the nail dust collector on the tabletop. Choose the direction in which
it will be installed. We recommend installing the nail dust collector with the
hexagon faces towards the nail artist so that the MAX logo is on the left side
of the nail artist. When installing it in the described way, the switch will be on
the side of the suction zone.
3. Place the stencil on the tabletop. Adjust the stencil location and secure it
with the adhesive tape.
4. Drill through holes. The holes diameter is 1-2 mm. The suggested drilling
points are marked on the stencil.
5. Enlarge the holes with a drill of a larger diameter. The recommended
diameter is 6-7 mm.
6. Using a fret saw, cut out a hole in the desk top that repeats the contours of
the figure on the pattern. Clean the desk top from dust.
7. Insert the dust collector into the cut hole, while holding the dust collector by
side facets of the cover. To do this, you need to make a pendulum motion:
insert one part, move the dust collector to the side, insert the second part.
8. Remove the dust collector from the desk top. Degrease the installation place
of the dust collector.
9. Carefully remove the protective layer of double-sided adhesive tape from
the bottom part of the cover. For additional fixation of the dust collector the
glue can be carefully applied to the lower part of the top cover instead of
nails (not included).
10. Install the dust collector. Try not to allow the adhesive tape to stick earlier
than the moment the dust collector is placed in its intended position.
11. By pressing slightly on the upper cover install it in its final position.
When using glue, let it dry, following the recommendations of the glue
manufacturer.
12. Install the filter bag on the air tube (see “Usage” section for more details).
Close it with locking plate.
13. Install the air tube. Lower outlet pipe can rotate after its installation around
its axis (with force applied). This means it can be turned around if necessary.

Usage
1. Install the filter bag on the air tube (3). It must be parallel to a rectangular
part of the air tube. The filter bag is installed in two steps:
i. Put the filter bag on the rectangular part of the air tube so that the bottom
and top edges located on the long outside part of the air tube, are inside the
bag.
ii. Carefully insert the locking plate. The filter should be inside of it. The
locking plate must be inserted inside a rectangular part of the air tube until it
locks.
2. Before switching on the fan make sure that there are no foreign objects
between the blades.
3. Connect the device plug (4) to the 220V electrical network. To turn on and
off, use the switch (6) located on the device top cover (1). To adjust the
suction power, use the speed control (5) located next to the power button
(6).
4. Work in the area of the dust collector fan impeller at a distance of
approximately 1.5 cm from the grill edge to the center.
Safety measures
• Do not allow hands or foreign matter entering into the moving blades of the
fan.
• When you need to switch the dust collector off, pull the plug, not the
electrical cord.
• Do not use it with wet towels and water.
• Do not use the cable as a handle for carrying.
• Disconnect the dust collector from the outlet during every bag handling
operation.
Care
Keep the dust collector body clean. Regularly remove dust from the blades and
the base of the fan impeller using a soft brush or compressed air. Do not use
solvent or other aggressive liquids (e.g. lacquer removal liquid) to clean the
device.
The dust collector includes a multi-layer filter bag for collecting dust. Its purity
determines the efficiency of the device. Clean dry bag must be used for the dust
collector to provide correct functioning.
Change the filter bag for a clean one before starting the working day. Wash
the bag to clean it from dust. Manual or delicate machine washing with water
temperature of not more than 40 degrees is permitted. During active operation it
is recommended to change the filter-bag at least once a day. Service life of bag
is 1.5-2 months.

spread the bag.
• Try to work so that there are no obstacles between the dust source
and the grill. It is not permitted to shut off the air flow with your
hands or with the hands of the client.
• It is necessary to chip nails above the grill, in the area located 1.5 cm
from the edge of the grill inside.
• Try to keep the client’s hand as close to the grill of the dust collector
as possible.
• If all the above-mentioned did not help, reduce the speed of rotation
of a milling cutter (during hardware manicure) to 15000-20000
rotations

Descripción general
La aspiradora de manicura MAX Ultimate VII está diseñada para ser utilizada
por manicuristas profesionales. Sirve para eliminar el polvo producido como
resultado de limar uñas y eliminar recubrimientos artificiales.
Se recomienda usar la aspiradora en los siguientes casos:
• Extensiones en gel y acrílico, corrección de uñas;
• Al quitar el esmalte de gel y otros recubrimientos artificiales;
• Al realizar la manicura (especialmente cuando se usan aparatos).

Principio de funcionamiento

INSTALACIÓN DE LA ASPIRADORA

1. Desconecte el conducto de aire (3) de la aspiradora.
2. Coloque la aspiradora sobre la mesa. Decida la posición para instalarla.
Recomendamos instalar la aspiradora con los lados del hexágono hacia
el profesional de la manicura de modo que el logotipo MAX quede a su
izquierda. Al instalarla de dicha manera, el interruptor quedara al lado de la
zona de aspiración.
3. Ponga la plantilla en la encimera de la mesa. Coloque la plantilla en el lugar
adecuado y fíjela con cinta adhesiva.
4. Taladre agujeros pasantes con diámetro de 1-2mm. Los lugares de
perforación sugeridos están marcados en la plantilla.
5. Agrande los orificios obtenidos con la ayuda de un taladro más grande. El
diámetro recomendado es de 6-7mm.
6. Usando una sierra de calar, corte un orificio en la encimera que siga los
contornos de la figura representada en la plantilla. Elimine el polvo de la
encimera.
7. Coloque la aspiradora en el orificio recortado, sosteniéndola por los lados
de la cubierta. Para esto, es necesario hacer un movimiento pendular:
insertar una parte, mover la aspiradora hacia un lado e insertar la otra parte.
8. Retire la aspiradora de la encimera. Desengrase el sitio de instalación de la
aspiradora.
9. Retire cuidadosamente la capa protectora de la cinta adhesiva de doble
cara situada en la parte inferior de la cubierta. Para una fijación adicional de
la aspiradora en esta etapa se puede aplicar cuidadosamente pegamento
en la parte inferior de la cubierta superior en lugar de clavos (no incluidos en
el kit).
10. Instale con mucho cuidado la aspiradora. Intente no permitir que la cinta
adhesiva se pegue antes de que la aspiradora esté instalado en el lugar
designado.
11. Presione suavemente la cubierta superior en su lugar definitivo. En caso de
usar pegamento, déjelo secar siguiendo las recomendaciones del fabricante
del pegamento.

Uso

centro.
Medidas de seguridad
• Asegúrese de que ni las manos, ni otros objetos extraños se acerquen a las
aspas en movimiento del ventilador.
• Al desconectar el aparato, tire del enchufe y no del cable eléctrico.
• No utilizar con toallas húmedas y agua.
• No utilizar el cable eléctrico como asa para transportar el dispositivo
• Desconecte la aspiradora del enchufe durante todas las manipulaciones con
la bolsa.
Mantenimiento
Mantenga limpia la carcasa del dispositivo. Elimine regularmente el polvo de las
aspas y la base del rotor de álabes del ventilador con un cepillo suave o aire
comprimido. No utilice solventes u otros líquidos agresivos (como, por ejemplo,
el quitaesmalte) para limpiar el aparato.
El kit de la aspiradora incluye una bolsa del filtro multicapa para recoger el
polvo. Su estado de limpieza determina la eficacia de funcionamiento del
dispositivo. Para un funcionamiento correcto de la aspiradora se ha de utilizar un
filtro seco y limpio.

Cambie la bolsa del filtro por una limpia antes de empezar la jornada laboral.
Lave la bolsa para eliminar el polvo. Se permite el lavado a mano o el lavado
delicado a máquina a una temperatura del agua que no supere los 40 grados.
En caso de trabajo intensivo, recomendamos cambiar la bolsa del filtro al menos
una vez al día. La vida útil de la bolsa es de 1,5-2 meses.

La aspiradora no se
pone en marcha
Compruebe que la toma de corriente a la que conectó el dispositivo
funciona correctamente. Asegúrese de que el cable eléctrico esté
enchufado a la red, el regulador de velocidad esté girado a tope en
el sentido horario y el interruptor esté en la posición de encendido. Si
todo esto no ayudó, póngase en contacto con el fabricante mediante el
correo electrónico [email protected]
En el proceso de
funcionamiento sale
polvo de la bolsa del
filtro.
Es necesario reemplazar la bolsa por una limpia. Le recomendamos que
use una bolsa del filtro limpia cada vez antes de comenzar el trabajo
y que la reemplace al menos una vez al día. Deberá cambiar la bolsa
más a menudo, si es necesario. (instrucciones de lavado en el apartado
“Mantenimiento”)
El polvo sigue saliendo
de la bolsa del filtro
incluso después de su
limpieza.
La tela de la bolsa del filtro ha perdido sus propiedades de filtrado.
Vuelva a lavarla y secarla (instrucciones de lavado en el apartado
“Mantenimiento”). Si esto no ayuda, tendrá que reemplazar la bolsa del
filtro.
La aspiradora no
absorbe parte del
polvo
• Instale una bolsa del filtro limpia y seca.
• Asegúrese de que la bolsa del filtro de la aspiradora esté estirada
y que nada bloquee el flujo de aire. Si este no es el caso, retire el
obstáculo o enderece la bolsa.
• Intente trabajar de manera que no haya obstáculos entre la fuente
de polvo y la rejilla. No se permite bloquear el flujo de aire con sus
propias manos o las manos del cliente.
• Es necesario limar las uñas por encima de la rejilla a una distancia
de 1,5 cm del borde de la rejilla hacia el centro.
• Intente mantener la mano del cliente lo más cerca posible de la
rejilla de la aspiradora.
• Si lo anterior no le ha servido de ayuda, reduzca la velocidad de
rotación de la fresa (en caso de manicura a máquina) a 15000-
20000 rpm

Descrizione generale
L’aspiratore di polveri per manicure MAX Ultimate VII è progettato per essere
utilizzato dalle estetiste che fanno manicure. Viene utilizzato per aspirare polveri
durante la limatura delle unghie o quando viene tolta la ricostruzione.
Utilizzo consigliato dell’aspiratore:
• Ricostruzione unghie con gel o acrilico, correzione unghie;
• Per togliere la ricostruzione in gel o altre ricostruzioni;
• Per fare manicure (specialmente con l’uso dell’apparecchio).
Kit
1. Aspiratore con filtro a sacchetto installato.
2. Sacchetto del filtro aggiuntivo.
3. Passaporto.
Funzionamento
L’aspiratore viene posizionato in modo tale che la griglia della ventola
dell’aspiratore si trovi verso il posto di lavoro dell’estetista. La miscela di polvere
ed aria viene aspirata dalla ventola dell’aspiratore. L’aria pulita viene emessa
nell’ambiento dopo essere stata filtrata tramite filtro a sacchetto. La polvere
viene depositata sulle pareti del filtro. L’estetista deve pulire il filtro a sacchetto
una volta terminato il lavoro con cliente.

Installazione dell’aspiratore
Per installare l’aspiratore è necessario fare un foro sul top utilizzando la sagoma
(vedi allegato 1).

INSTALLAZIONE DELL’ASPIRATORE

Per leggere i sottotitoli del video:

1. Scollegare il condotto d’aria (3) dall’aspiratore.
2. Appoggiare l’aspiratore sul piano di lavoro. Decidere in che posizione sarà
fissato. E’ raccomandato di installare l’aspiratore con i lati dell’esagono
verso l’estetista in modo tale che il logo MAX si trovi dalla parte sinistra
dell’estetista. In questo caso l’interruttore sarà laterale rispetto alla sezione
di aspirazione.
3. Appoggiare sul piano di lavoro la sagoma dove sarà posizionato l’aspiratore
e fissare la sagoma con scotch.
4. Fare fori passanti con diametro di 1-2 mm. I punti da forare sono indicati sulla
sagoma.
5. Svasare i fori con la punta da diametro più grande. Il diametro consigliato è
di 6-7 mm.
6. Con il seghetto ritagliare nel top del tavolo un foro seguendo la sagoma.
Pulire il top dalla polvere.
7. Inserire l’aspiratore nel foro ritagliato tenendolo l’aspiratore per i bordi
laterali del coperchio. Per inserirlo fare un movimento oscillante: inserire una
parte, spostare l’aspiratore di lato ed inserire l’altra parte.
8. Estrarre l’aspiratore dal top. Sgrassare il luogo di installazione dell’aspiratore.
9. Staccare la pellicola protettiva dello scotch bilaterale dalla parte inferiore del
coperchio. Per un ulteriore fissaggio è consigliato applicare la colla anziché
chiodi (non inclusi) sulla parte inferiore del coperchio superiore.
10. Inserire con cura l’aspiratore. Evitare che lo scotch si aggrappi prima che
l’aspiratore viene inserito sul posto di installazione.
11. Premere con cura sul coperchio superiore fino a fissarlo sul posto definitivo.
Se viene utilizzata la colla fare attenzione che si asciughi secondo le
indicazioni del produttore della colla.
12. Mettere il sacchetto sul condotto d’aria (vedi le indicazioni della sezione
“Uso”). Chiuderlo con l’elemento di fissaggio.
13. Installare il condotto d’aria. Il raccordo inferiore può girarsi (con sforzo) sulla
propria asse ed è regolabile a seconda la necessità.

Uso
1. Mettere il sacchetto sul condotto d’aria (3). Il sacchetto deve essere
posizionato in parallelo alla parte rettangolare del condotto d’aria. Il
sacchetto deve essere messo un due step:
i. Mettere il sacchetto sulla parte rettangolare del condotto d’aria in modo
tale che i bordi inferiore e superiore che si trovano dalla parte lunga esterna
del condotto d’aria, si trovino all’interno del sacchetto.
ii. Inserire con cura l’elemento di fissaggio. Il sacchetto deve trovarsi al suo
interno. L’elemento di fissaggio deve essere inserito all’interno della parte
rettangolare del condotto d’aria fino in fondo.
2. Prima di accendere l’aspiratore verificare che non ci siano gli oggetti tra le
pallette della ventola.
3. Inserire la spina dell’aspiratore (4) nella presa della rete elettrica da 220 V.
Per accendere e spegnere l’aspiratore utilizzare l’interruttore (6), posizionato
sul coperchio superiore dell’aspiratore (1). Per regolare la potenza di
aspirazione utilizzare la manopola che regola i giri (5) che si trova vicino al
tasto di accensione (6).
4. Fare manicure nella parte della ventola dell’aspiratore a distanza di 1,5 cm
circa dal bordo della griglia verso il centro.
Precauzioni
• Non inserire nella ventola mani o oggetti.
• Per disinserire l’aspiratore non tirare per il cavo ma solo per la spina.
• Non utilizzare con asciugamani bagnati o acqua.
• Non utilizzare il cavo come maniglia.
• Disinserire l’aspiratore per cambiare o sistemare il sacchetto.
Manutenzione
Tenere il corpo dell’aspiratore pulito. Togliere la polvere regolarmente dalle
pallette della ventola dell’aspiratore con un pennello morbido o con aria
compressa. Non utilizzare per la pulizia dell’aspiratore solventi o altri liquidi
aggressivi o abrasivi (ad esempio, solvente per smalti).
Il kit dell’aspiratore include un sacchetto multistrati per raccogliere polvere.
Lo stato di pulizia del sacchetto determina l’efficacia del funzionamento
dell’aspiratore. Per il corretto funzionamento dell’aspiratore è necessario
utilizzare il sacchetto pulito ed asciutto.
Mettere un sacchetto pulito prima di iniziare il lavoro. Lavare il sacchetto per
togliere la polvere. Può essere lavato a mano o in lavatrice con programma di
lavaggio delicato a temperatura non oltre 40 gradi. Nel caso l’aspiratore viene
utilizzato spesso è consigliato di cambiare il sacchetto almeno una volta al
giorno. Durata di un sacchetto: 1,5-2 mesi.
