NOTE: Four Helmet Mounting Snaps (arrows
at right) attach the Helmet Liner to the Helmet.
1. Position the Liner near the Helmet inside (A).
The Liner Cord Slot (red arrow) allows the
Liner to install with the Power Cord attached
to the Helmet. Place the Liner between the
Power Cord and the Helmet.
3. Secure one front Liner Snap to the Helmet Snap by pressing the Liner Snap firmly to the Helmet Snap. A click

2. Secure the Liner to the Helmet.
Begin by securing the Liner front edge under and
against the front lip of the Helmet (B1, red arrow). The
Liner front should be “caught” in this recessed area at
the Helmet front.

5. Ensure the Helmet Power Cord is secure to the Helmet.
If necessary, place the short right-angle Power Cord connector end into the
connector on the Helmet Controller Board. Press in firmly to seat the power cord
connector securely at the bottom of the Helmet Connector (D).

4. Secure the Helmet Liner rear (C1) to the Helmet rear (C2) by pressing them
together. A slight snap occurs when the Liner is secure to the Helmet (C,
press/squeeze in direction of red arrows).
