Go to the Call Button area and
type the message that may instruct
the visitor to call a specific phone
number (i.e. facility manager or home
owner) using their personal cell phone.
Example CALL button message: “CALL
(949) 000-0000 on your phone”.

Press Settings icon in the
main menu
Go to the Force Open Keycode
area and type the code of your
choice, limited to 5 numeric
characters
a. Enter your force open keycode
on keypad. Keypad will then
enter force open mode.
b. Press and hold 0 key on
keypad to jog gate to open
position (overriding UL sensors).
Force open a problematic gate
using this special keycode on Max
keypad. This will Jog the gate open
by overriding the UL sensors of Max
operator
Only one force open keycode
can be programmed per gate site
3Press the back button [<] on the top left of the screen to
confirm changes
