NORME GENERALI DI SICUREZZA
ATTENZIONE: Leggere attentamente le istruzioni e precauzioni prima di

Installazione dell’arrotolatore
Togliere dall’imballo e controllare la presenza di danni.
1. L’installazione può avvenire su una colonna. In questo caso l’altezza
consigliata è 1,20 mt e la base deve essere solidamente connessa
al terreno, se necessario mediante l’uso di bulloni.
2. L’arrotolatore dispone di una staffa con tre fori da 8.5 mm per il
montaggio fisso. Due di questi fori sono asolati per permettere una
più agevole installazione.
3. Assicuratevi di usare materiale di correttamente dimensionato per
il fissaggio.
Precauzioni di sicurezza
1. Usare le dovute protezione agli occhi quando si assembla e si usa
l’arrotolatore.
2. Tenere i bambini lontani dall’area di lavoro.
3. Non strattonare o strappare il nastro.
4. Assicurarsi di avere allentato la molla prima di procedere a
manutenzioni.

Uso dell’arrotolatore
1. Controllare il corretto funzionamento estraendo lentamente il nastro,
ad ogni mezzo giro del tamburo si sentirà una serie di “click”.
2. Estrarre il nastro e lasciarlo lentamente rientrare, dopo aver sentito
il primo o secondo “click”.
3. Per il riavvolgimento: estrarre lentamente il nastro fino all’ultimo
“click”, quindi lasciare che rientri lentamente nel tamburo
trattenendolo con le mani.
4. Periodicamente controllare l’arrotolatore per eventuali usure,
danneggiamenti o perdite. Sostituire ogni eventuale particolare
danneggiato.
5. L’arrotolatore dispone di un sistema di sicurezza per rallentare il
nastro durante il ritorno.

4. Il sistema di bloccaggio può essere disinserito aprendo il coperchio
indicato in figura A e seguendo le indicazioni della figura B.
ATTENZIONE: Il lato indicato in figura C protegge la molla del
dispositivo e non deve essere aperto se non da personale autorizzato
e per manutenzioni straordinarie.

Metodi di fissaggio
L’arrotolatore dispone di diversi sistemi per fissare il nastro:
1. Il nastro può essere direttamente bloccato su sé stesso con il perno
di fissaggio dopo essere stato fatto passare attorno ad un palo o ad
un oggetto fisso. (fig.1)
2. Con l’uso dell’apposito magnete il nastro può essere bloccato su
una parete metallica. (fig.2)
3. Il terminale ad occhiello può essere usato per fissare il nastro su
pareti di legno o in muratura con l’uso di un tassello ad espansione
se necessario. (fig. 3 e 4 )

Manutenzione
Pulire regolarmente il nastro mediante l’uso di un panno e acqua
tiepida. Non usare detergenti o solventi che potrebbero danneggiare il
nastro o i meccanismi interni
L’arrotolatore deve essere aperto per eventuale manutenzione
straordinaria solo da personale specializzato e consapevole del pericolo
dato dalla molla interna.
Garanzia
1. Il produttore garantisce l’arrotolatore da eventuali difetti di materiale
o di funzionamento per un periodo di 12 mesi dalla data di acquisto.
2. Tubo (se fornito), anelli di tenuta, rulli in plastica, stopper in gomma,
sono considerati particolari usurabili, e quindi non soggetti a
garanzia.
3. L’obbligo del produttore è limitato alla sostituzione o riparazione
del materiale difettoso durante il periodo di garanzia, il prodotto
va riconsegnato in PORTO FRANCO al rivenditore o al centro di
assistenza autorizzato.
4. La garanzia non copre i danni causati accidentalmente o provocati
dal cattivo uso e/o un’errata installazione.

Warning tape reel
This product is normally used to either isolate or delimit open spaces,
create safety barriers, secure scenes of accidents or crimes, mark out
areas forbidden to the public, etc.

Installation of the warning tape reel
Unpack and check for any damage.
1. The warning tape reel can me mounted on a column. In this case,
the recommended height is 1.20m and the basis must be firmly
fixed to the ground, if necessary, by means of some bolts.
2. The warning tape reel is equipped with a mounting bracket provided
with three 8.5mm holes suitable for fixed installation. Two of them
are slotted holes allowing for easier installation.
3. Make sure the material you are using is correctly dimensioned for
installation.
Safety precautions
1. When assembling and using your warning tape reel, take the
appropriate precautions to protect your eyes.
2. Keep children away from the working area.
3. Do not pull or rip the tape.
4. Make sure you have loosened the spring before carrying out any
maintenance work.

Use of the warning tape reel
1. Verify the correct functioning by pulling out the tape; at every half
turn of the drum you will hear a series of clicks.
2. Pull out the tape and, then, let it retract slowly after hearing the first
and the second click.
3. When you want to rewind, pull out the tape until you hear the last
click and then let it retract slowly into the drum by helping out with
your hands.
4. Periodically check the warning tape reel for any wear, damage or
leak. Substitute any damaged part.
5. The warning tape reel is equipped with a safety system allowing for
slow rewinding speed.

4. The locking system can be disconnected by opening the cover
shown in Figure A, following the instructions provided in Figure B.
WARNING: The side shown in Figure C protects the spring of the
device and must be opened exclusively by authorized personnel
and in case of extraordinary maintenance.

Fixing methods
The warning tape reel is fitted with different systems to secure the tape:
1. The tape can be locked firmly on itself by means of the fixing pin after
being passed around a pole or a fixed object. (fig.1)
2. The tape can be locked on a metal wall through the appropriate
magnet (fig.2)
3. If necessary,the eyelet terminal can be used to fix the tape on wooden
or masonry walls by means of an expansion bolt. (fig. 3 e 4 )

Maintenance
Clean the tape regularly by means of a cloth soaked in lukewarm water.
Do not use detergents or solvents that might damage the tape or the
internal mechanisms.
The warning tape reel must be opened in case of extraordinary
maintenance exclusively by qualified personnel aware of the danger
posed by the internal spring.
Warranty
4. The warning tape reel is warranted by the producer for any defect
of the material or the functioning of the product for a period of 12
months from purchase date.
5. Being particularly subject to wear, hose (if provided), seal rings,
plastic rollers, rubber stoppers do not fall under warranty.
6. The liability of the producer is limited to the substitution or repair of
the defective material under warranty.The product must be returned
FREE PORT, either to the dealer or to the authorized assistance
centre.
7. Warranty does not cover damage accidentally caused or provoked
by misuse and/or wrong installation procedure.

Installation de l’enrouleur
Déballeretinspecterl’enrouleurpourvérifierqu’iln’estpasendommagé.
1. L’installation peut être effectuée sur une colonne. Dans ce cas, la
hauteur recommandée est de 1,20 m et la base doit être solidement
fixée au sol, si nécessaire au moyen de boulons.
2. L’enrouleur est muni d’une bride à trois trous de 8,5 mm pour le
montage fixe. Deux de ces trous sont à fente pour permettre une
installation plus facile.
3. Veiller à utiliser du matériel de dimensions appropriées pour la
fixation.
Précautions de sécurité
1. Adopter les équipements de protection des yeux nécessaires lors du
montage et de l’utilisation de l’enrouleur.
2. Tenir les enfants loin de la zone de travail.
3. Ne pas tirer ni arracher le ruban.
4. S’assurer d’avoir relâché le ressort avant d’effectuer l’entretien.

Utilisation de l’enrouleur
1. Vérifier le bon fonctionnement en tirant lentement le ruban, une
série de déclics se fera entendre à chaque tour du tambour.
2. Extraire le ruban et le laisser se ré-enrouler lentement, après avoir
entendu le premier et le deuxième déclic.
3. Pour le ré-enroulement : tirer lentement le ruban jusqu’au dernier
déclic, puis le laisser se ré-enrouler lentement dans le tambour, en
le retenant avec les mains.
4. Vérifier régulièrement l’enrouleur pour détecter toute présence
d’usure, de dommage ou de fuite. Remplacer toutes les pièces
endommagées.
5. L’enrouleur est muni d’un système de sécurité pour ralentir le ruban
pendant le rappel.

4. Le système de blocage peut être désengagé en ouvrant le carter
indiqué dans la figure A et en suivant les indications de la figure
B. ATTENTION : le côté indiqué dans la figure C protège le ressort
du dispositif et ne doit être ouvert que par du personnel autorisé et
pour un entretien extraordinaire.

Méthodes de fixation
L’enrouleur dispose de plusieurs systèmes de fixation du ruban :
1. Le ruban peut être directement bloqué sur lui-même au moyen de
la goupille de fixation après l’avoir fait passer autour d’un poteau
ou d’un objet fixe. (fig.1)
2. Le ruban peut être bloqué sur une paroi métallique à l’aide de
l’aimant prévu à cet effet. (fig.2)
3. La borne à œillet peut être utilisée pour fixer le ruban sur des parois
en bois ou en maçonnerie à l’aide d’une cheville à expansion si
nécessaire. (fig. 3 et 4)

Entretien
Nettoyer régulièrement le ruban à l’aide d’un chiffon imbibé d’eau
tiède. Ne pas utiliser de détergents ou de solvants qui pourraient
endommager le ruban ou les mécanismes internes.
L’enrouleur ne doit être ouvert pour un éventuel entretien extraordinaire
que par du personnel spécialisé conscient du danger présenté par le
ressort interne.
Garantie
4. Le fabricant garantit l’enrouleur contre tout défaut matériel ou de
fonctionnement pendant une période de 12 mois à compter de la
date d’achat.
5. Le ruban (s’il est fourni), les bagues d’étanchéité, les rouleaux en
plastique, les butées d’arrêt en caoutchouc sont considérés comme
des pièces sujettes à usure, par conséquent ils ne sont pas couverts
par la garantie.
6. L’obligation du fabricant est limitée au remplacement ou à la
réparation du matériel défectueux pendant la période de garantie,
le produit doit être retourné en PORT GRATUIT au revendeur ou au
centre d’assistance technique autorisé.
7. La garantie ne couvre pas les dommages accidentels ou causés par
une mauvaise utilisation ou une installation incorrecte.

Montage der Schlauchtrommel
Packen Sie die Schlauchtrommel aus und untersuchen Sie auf
Beschädigungen.
1. Die Montage kann auf einer Säule erfolgen. In diesem Fall beträgt
die empfohlene Höhe 1,20 m, und die Basis muss fest mit dem
Boden verbunden sein, gegebenenfalls mit Bolzen.
2. Die Schlauchtrommel verfügt über eine Bügel mit drei 8.5 mm
Löcher zur festen Montage. Zwei dieser Löcher sind geschlitzt, um
eine leichtere Montage zu ermöglichen.
3. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie für die Befestigung Materialien der
richtigen Größe verwenden.
Sicherheitsvorkehrungen
1. Verwenden Sie bei der Montage und der Verwendung der
Schauchtrommel einen geeigneten Augenschutz.
2. Halten Sie Kinder vom Arbeitsbereich fern.

Verwendung der Schlauchtrommel
1. Prüfen Sie die korrekte Funktion, indem Sie den Schlauch langsam
herausziehen. Bei jeder halben Umdrehung der Trommel hören Sie
mehrere „Klicks“.
2. ZiehenSiedas Bandherausund lassenSiees langsamzurückziehen,
nachdem Sie das erste oder das zweite „Klick“ gehört haben.
3. Zum Aufwickeln: Ziehen Sie das Band langsam bis zum letzten
„Klick“ heraus und lassen Sie das Band dann langsam wieder in
die Trommel einlaufen, indem Sie es mit den Händen halten.
4. Prüfen Sie die Schlauchtrommel regelmäßig aufVerschleiß,Schäden
oder Leckagen. Ersetzen Sie die beschädigten Bestandteile.
5. Die Schlauchtrommel verfügt über ein Sicherheitssystem, um das
Band während des Aufwickelns zu verlangsamen.

4. DasVerriegelungssystem kann durch Öffnen des im BildA gezeigten
Deckels und Befolgen der Anweisungen im Bild B ausgeschaltet
werden. WARNUNG: Die im Bild C angegebene Seite schützt die
Feder des Geräts und darf nur von autorisiertem Personal und im
Fall von außerordentlichen Wartungsarbeiten geöffnet werden.

Befestigungssysteme
Die Schlauchtrommel verfügt über mehrere Systeme zur Befestigung
des Bandes:
1. Das Band kann mit dem Befestigungsstift direkt auf sich selbst
befestigt werden, nachdem es um eine Stange oder einen festen
Gegenstand geführt wurde. (Bild 1)
2. Mithilfe des entsprechenden Magneten kann das Band an einer
Metallwand befestigt werden. (Bild 2)
3. Die Kabelöse kann verwendet werden, um das Band an Holz- oder
Mauerwerkswänden zu befestigen, gegebenenfalls mit einem
Spreizdübel. (Bild 3 und 4)
