Installazione dell’arrotolatore
Disimballare e ispezionare l’arrotolatore per controllare eventuali danni.
Per il montaggio a parete non superare l’altezza massima di 3 metri.
É necessario munirsi dell’appropriata attrezzatura per il montaggio dell’arrotolatore.
L’arrotolatore è provvisto di fori per il montaggio su una superficie liscia.
In figura è rappresentato il corretto posizionamento.

Precauzioni di sicurezza.
1. Prima dell’uso controllare che la pressione in ingresso non sia superiore a quella
consentita dal proprio arrotolatore.
2. Usare le dovute protezione agli occhi quando si assembla e si usa l’arrotolatore.
3. Usare del sapone e dell’acqua per controllare le perdite (negli arrotolatori ad aria).
4. Tenere i bambini lontani dall’area di lavoro.
5. Non tirare o strappare il tubo o il cavo.

USO E MANUTENZIONE
Italiano
Uso dell’arrotolatore
1. Controllare il corretto funzionamento estraendo lentamente il tubo, ad ogni giro del
tamburo si sentirà una serie di “click”.
2. Estrarre il tubo e lasciarlo lentamente rientrare, dopo aver sentito il primo e
secondo “click”.
3. Per il riavvolgimento: estrarre lentamente il tubo fino all’ultimo “click”, quindi
lasciare che il tubo rientri lentamente nel tamburo trattenendo con le mani.
4. Periodicamente controllare l’arrotolatore per eventuali usure, danneggiamenti o
perdite. Sostituire ogni eventule particolare danneggiato.
ATTENZIONE
Trattenere sempre il tubo durante il riavvolgimento, in caso contrario si può
andare in contro a pericolosi danneggiamenti e/o infortuni
Manutenzione
Assicurarsi che il tubo sia in buono stato di conservazione.
Pulire il tubo con un panno imbevuto di acqua calda per rimuovere sporcizia o depositi
e garantire il corretto riavvolgimento.
Non utilizzare detergenti o solventi che potrebbero rivelarsi incompatibili con i materiali
costruttivi.
Lo smontaggio dell’unità da personale non qualificato potrebbe rivelarsi pericolosa; il
rischio potrebbe essere connesso principalmente alle molle precaricate.

Garanzia
1. Il produttore garantisce l’arrotolatore da eventuali difetti di materiale o di
funzionamento per un periodo di 12 mesi dalla data di acquisto.
2. Tubo (se fornito), anelli di tenuta, rulli in plastica, stopper in gomma, sono
considerati particolari usurabili, e quindi non soggetti a garanzia.
3. L’obbligo del produttore è limitato alla sostituzione o riparazione del materiale
diffettoso durante il periodo di garanzia, il prodotto va riconsegnato in PORTO
FRANCO al rivenditore o al centro di assistenza autorizzato.
4. La garanzia non copre i danni causati accidentalmente o provocati dal cattivo uso
e/o un’errata installazione.

WARNING
Compressed air and water contact with your skin can cause serious

Installation of the hose reel
Unpack and check the hose reel to test for any damage.
In case of wall-mounted installation, do not exceed the maximum height of 3 metres.
To mount the hose reel you need the appropriate equipment.
The hose reel is provided with holes for assembling on a smooth surface. The figure
below shows the correct positioning

Safety precautions.
1. Before use, make sure the incoming pressure does not exceed the one allowed by
your hose reel.
2. When assembling and using your hose reel, take the appropriate precautions to
protect your eyes.
3. Use soap and water to test for leaks (in air reels).
4. Keep children away from the working area.
5. Do not pull or rip the hose and the cable.

USE AND MAINTENANCE

Use of the hose reel
1. Verify the correct functioning by pulling out the hose; at every turn of the drum you
will hear a series of clicks.
2. Pull out the hose and then let it retract slowly after hearing the first and the second
click.
3. When you want to rewind, pull out the hose until you hear the last click and then
let the hose retract slowly into the drum by helping out with your hands.
4. Periodically check the hose reel for any wear, damage or leak. Substitute any
damaged part.
WARNING
Always hold the hose while rewinding; otherwise, you could run the risk of
serious damage and/or injuries
Maintenance
Make sure the hose is in a good conservation status.
Clean the hose by means of a cloth soaked in water, in order to remove any dirt or
deposits and to guarantee a correct rewinding.
Do not use detergents or solvents that might prove incompatible with the building
materials.
Disassembling of the unit by unskilled personnel could prove risky; the risk could be
mainly related to the preloaded springs

Warranty
1. The hose reel is warranted by the producer for any defect of the material or the
functioning of the product for a period of 12 months from purchase date.
2. Being particularly subject to wear, hose (if provided), seal rings, plastic rollers,
rubber stoppers do not fall under warranty.
3. The liability of the producer is limited to the substitution or repair of the defective
material under warranty. The product must be returned FREE PORT either to the
dealer or to the authorized assistance centre.
4. Warranty does not cover damage accidentally caused or provoked by misuse and/
or wrong installation procedure.

Installation de l’enrouleur
Désemballer et inspecter l’enrouleur pour vérifier tout dommage éventuel. Pour le
montage sur des murs, ne pas dépasser la hauteur maximale de 3 mètres.
Il faut se doter de l’équipement approprié pour le montage de l’enrouleur.
L’enrouleur est équipé de trous pour le montage sur une surface lisse. La figure montre
le positionnement correct.
Paroi Plafond
Précautions de sécurité.
1. Avant l’utilisation vérifier que la pression en entrée ne soit pas supérieure à la
pression autorisée par votre enrouleur.
2. Utiliser les protections pour les yeux prévues à cet effet lorsqu’on utilise l’enrouleur.
3. Utiliser du savon ou de l’eau pour vérifier les fuites (dans les enrouleurs à air).
4. Les enfants doivent rester à l’écart de la zone de travail.
5. Ne pas tirer ou déchirer le tuyau ou le câble.

UTILISATION ET MAINTENANCE
Français
Utilisation de l’enrouleur
1. Vérifier le fonctionnement correct en déposant lentement le tuyau, à chaque tour
du tambour on entendra une série de «clic».
2. Déposer le tuyau et le laisser rentrer lentement après avoir entendu le premier et
deuxième «clic».
3. Pour l’enroulement : déposer lentement le tuyau jusqu’au dernier «click», ensuite
laisser rentrer le tuyau dans le tambour en le gardant dans les mains.
4. Vérifier périodiquement toute usure éventuelle,dommages ou fuites sur l’enrouleur.
Remplacer tout élément éventuellement endommagé.
ATTENTION
Toujours retenir le tuyau pendant l’enroulement, autrement, des dommages
et/ou des accidents peuvent se produire
Entretien
S’assurer que le tuyau est en bon état de conservation.
Nettoyer le tuyau à l’aide d’un chiffon imbibé d’eau chaude pour éliminer toute trace de
saleté ou dépôt et assurer l’enroulement correct.
Ne pas utiliser de détergents ou de solvants pouvant s’avérer incompatibles avec les
matériaux de construction.
Le démontage de l’unité par du personnel non formé pourrait s’avérer dangereux ; le
risque pourrait être lié principalement aux ressorts rechargés.

Garantie
1. Le fabricant garantitl’enrouleur contre toutdéfaut de matériel ou de fonctionnement
pendant 12 mois à compter de la date d’achat.
2. Tuyau (si fourni), bagues d’étanchéité, rouleaux en plastique, butée en caoutchouc,
sont considérés comme des consommables, et ils ne sont pas soumis à garantie.
3. L’obligation du fabricant se limite au remplacement ou à la réparation du matériau
défaillant pendant la période de garantie, le produit doit être retourné FRANC de
PORT au revendeur ou au centre d’assistance agréé.
4. La garantie ne couvre pas les dommages causés involontairement ou provoqués
par une mauvaise utilisation et/ou une installation incorrecte.

WARNUNG

Installation des Schlauchaufrollers
Packen Sie den Schlauchaufroller aus und prüfen Sie, ob er Schäden aufweist.
Der Schlauchaufroller kann an Wänden nicht höher als 3 Meter installiert werden.
Bei der Installation des Gerätes verwenden Sie die angemessene Ausrüstung.
Der Schlauchaufroller verfügt über Löcher, um ihn auf eine glatte Oberfläche zu
installieren.
Folgendes Bild zeigt die richtige Positionierung des Gerätes.

Sicherheitsvorkehrungen.
1. Vor Benutzung stellen Sie sicher, dass der Eingangsdruck nicht höher als den
sachgemäßen Druck Ihres Schlauchaufrollers ist.
2. Bei der Montage und der Benutzung des Gerätes verwenden Sie den angemessenen
Augenschutz.
3. Prüfen Sie mit Seife und Wasser, ob das Gerät (Druckluft-Schlauchaufroller) leckt.
4. Kinder sind vom Arbeitsbereich fernzuhalten.
5. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert, den Schlauch oder das Kabel nicht zu ziehen oder zu
reißen.

VERWENDUNG UND WARTUNG

Verwendung des Schlauchaufrollers
1. Ziehen Sie den Schlauch langsam heraus, um die korrekte Funktionierung des
Gerätes zu prüfen. Nach jeder Umdrehung klickt der Schlauchtrommel mehrmals.
2. Nachdem Sie den Schlauchtrommel zweimal klicken gehört haben, lassen Sie den
Schlauch langsam einrollen.
3. Zum Aufrollen ziehen Sie langsam den Schlauch heraus, bis er letztmals klickt.
Danach führen Sie den Schlauch mit den Händen, sodass er langsam in den
Schlauchtrommel zurückzieht.
4. Prüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob der Schlauchaufroller Verschleiß, Schäden oder
Leckagen aufweist. Ersetzen Sie eventuell jedes beschädigte Teil.
AWARNUNG
Beim Aufrollen halten Sie den Schlauch mit Ihren Händen.
Eine Nichteinhaltung dieser Sicherheitshinweise kann zu ernsten Schäden
und/oder Verletzungen führen.
Wartung
Prüfen Sie, dass der Schlauch sich im guten Zustand befindet.
Reinigen Sie den Schlauch mit einem Warmwasserlappen, um Schmutzsätze zu
entnehmen und ein korrektes Aufrollen zu sichern.
Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungs- oder Lösungsmittel, die unvereinbar mit den
Baumaterialien sind.
Die Demontage des Gerätes durch qualifiziertes Personal kann hauptsächlich wegen
vorinstallierter Federn gefährlich sein.

Garantie
1. Für dieses Produkt gilt eine Garantielaufzeit von 12 Monaten ab dem Ankaufsdatum.
Die Garantie deckt Material- und Betriebsfehler.
2. Die Garantie gilt nicht für den Schlauch (wenn mitgeliefert), den Schlauchstopp-
Ring, die Kunststoffrollen und die Gummibremsfeder, da sie als abnutzbare Teile
betrachtet werden.
3. Während des Garantiezeitraums ist der Hersteller ausschließlich zum Ersatz und
zur Reparatur des fehlerhaften Gerätes verpflichtet.Das Produkt muss FRACHTFREI
dem Verkäufer oder der autorisierten Kundenberatungsstelle zurückgegeben
werden.
4. Die Garantie deckt keine zufällige sowie durch fehlerhafte Verwendung und/oder
Installation verursachte Schäden.
