Scope of use:
This product is suitable for most Avonride cast coupling heads,
including 575003, 575004, 575005, 575008.
It is recommended that you use this product in conjunction with a
suitable Stronghold wheel clamp.
Maintenance:
• Lubricate lock regularly with a light oil spray.
• When cleaning this product use a cloth and mild detergent.

Remove the lock by inserting the
key and turning clockwise, twist
and pull to remove lockholder.

Fit the hitchlock cover over the
coupling handle and allow cover
to sit in its natural position.
Fig 4
Lift the hitch handle and insert
the security ball.
Fig 3
The locking bolt can be fitted
from either side by passing
through the holes in the hitchlock
cover and inserting lockholder.
To lock turn key anti-clockwise
and remove.

Ensure the handle is closed
down and repeat steps in Fig 1,
Fig 2 and Fig 3.
Please note :
• Familiarise yourself with all parts prior to fitting
• This product is supplied with three keys. Separate
and keep a key in a designated place of safety
• Record your key number here
You will need this in order to obtain replacements
•Keep this instruction card and your proof of purchase
(receipt or invoice) for future reference
•Do not tow with this hitchlock fitted
Warranty
This product carries a 12 month mechanical defect warranty,
plus an extra 12 months if you return the completed Warranty Card
within one month from date of purchase.

Replacement Keys
The design of Stronghold keys means that genuine replacements
are only available by special order through the place of purchase,
for which you will require your key number. Please note, the use of
unapproved copy keys will void your Warranty.
