Pull out the car key from the ignition and the system will recognize the information to turn off the unit.
Press and hold on the power button for more than 2 seconds and the system then enters stand-by mode
automatically.
If the unit was turned off by removing the car key from the ignition, it will turn on automatically by
inserting the key again and turning to the accessory position.
If you pressed the power button on the panel to turn off the unit last time, press the power button lightly
again to turn the unit on.
Radio is the default state when turning on the system,
then touch
home page menu interface.
Touch the icons in the menu to enter into the
corresponding function operation interface.
Note: If you touch the above-mentioned icon lightly, and “Device not connected” is indicated it
means there is no connection between the device and the host unit present.
When the spectrum display is enabled and when in Disc state and playing discs that are in the format of
MP3/CD and other discs without any video, if there is no operation within 10 seconds, the screen will
automatically switch to the spectrum mode.
Touch lightly and the screen will switch between the different spectrum modes.

In the spectrum mode interface. Touch to
switch between the different EQ modes whilst still in
the spectrum mode state.
Turn the volume button on the panel to adjust the volume up/down. Press the
Mute button on the panel to enable the mute function and then press the mute
button again to exit the mute mode.

In the main menu, touch on the main page to
enter the radio interface.
After a few seconds, the screen will automatically
return to the spectrum mode interface, Click
to switch between the frequency spectrum
modes then touch anywhere on the screen or touch
to return to the radio interface.
Touch to search radio stations and program
automatically and it will save stations during search.
Whilst searching, a progress bar occurs and you can
stop the automatic search function by touching the
icon AMS again.
Touch to search the band for low/high frequencies semi-automatically.
A long press to adjust low/high frequency, then touch once to start searching, and touch again to stop.
It will also stop searching as soon as a radio signal has been received, and touch certain stations more
than 2sec to save then to save a radio station as a preset in the left column touch the preset position for
more than 2 seconds and it will save the radio station.

Select the band first, then touch the preset of a radio
station (which can play radio station of the exact
preset ones. The selected radio station will be blue).
For example: The figure on the right side represents
FM1 band, M1 radio station and frequency digit is
87.50KHz.
Click to open up the keyboard, then input
the frequency digits according to the station you’ve
chosen.
After inputting, press “OK” to confirm and close the
keypad to show the radio interface. For example, If it
is in a AM band, and you want to change station to
523KHz just input 523 and click “OK” to achieve. If
it is in the FM band, and you want to change station
to 89.50KHZ, just input 8950 and click “OK” to
achieve.
In factory mode, when the RDS function is set to “off”
then it does not function. When the RDS is set to
“on” then click to make it available, as in the
picture shown on the right.
For detailed operations of the RDS function please refer
to directions of overseas version.

The unit can play discs in format of DVD/VCD/CD/MP3/WMA/JPEG/MPEG4/CD-R
(Only for those standard discs with diameter of 12cm).
In the main menu, touch to enter the disc
menu interface.
When hand brake is off the disc function interface
displays a warning - like the picture shown on the
right.
When hand brake is on the disc function interface
will be displayed with a full screen - like the
picture on the right.

In RADIO/AV//iPOD/states and a disc is inserted - it will be played automatically and will change to
the disc playing function. When inserting a disc in Nav state, vehicle stays in Nav mode and is still
visable on-screen while music from disc is played.
In the DVD status, insert the disc into the slot with the label facing upward. When the system detects
the disc - it will automatically take the disc in, read it and then start playing.
If there is a disc in the DVD Player press the “eject” button on the panel to eject the disc.
If the disc isn’t removed within 12sec of ejecting - then the system will take the disc in again and start
playing.

If the unit has a disc in the format of DVD in - without
showing a menu - the system will read it automatically
and start playing directly, if the disc has main menu
page press the option to start playing disc.
When the disc supports the option to play by the
numeric keyboard - you can open the numeric keyboard
to select tracks directly, and it shows the playing
information on the small screen.

Insert a disc in the format of a CD into the DVD player, the system will play songs/tracks in order after
reading the disc .
When playing a disc and there is no operation within 10sec,
the system will switch to the spectrum mode automatically.
When the disc supports to play by the numeric keyboard, you
can open the numeric keyboard to select the tracks directly.
Insert a disc in the format of MP3s into the DVD player, the
system will play the first track automatically after reading the
disc.
When playing a disc and there is no operation within 10 sec -
the system will switch to the spectrum mode automatically.

* MPEG is the abbreviation of “Moving Pictures Experts Group”, and the MPEG4 is the fourth generation
encoder standard for video/audio as released by the specialist’s group.
* The operation of MPEG4 is basically the same as the DVD.
* The MPEG4 disc available on the market adopts different kinds of file formats such as XVID, the AVI
DIVX RM etc. And it is a normal phenomena, if some of these files are not compatible and cannot be
played because of the many different file formats.
* MPEG files are displayed on the player in the order of folder/file- select the folder - then select the file that
is to be played and playback will begin. The detailed operation - refer to the “MP3 playing” section.
The playing interface is the same as that of the DVD
interface screen.

Insert a disc in the format of a JPEG into the DVD player - the system will start playing the first file after
reading the disc.

wallpaper screen in DVD function.
Note:
• When the wallpaper image in “General Setting Page” is set as “User Image” in the DVD
settings menu only then will it capture the image which will be displayed in the DVD ejecting state
or no-disc state.
• When another image is captured again - the last image will then be replaced.

Enter into the DVD state and then touch screen to bring
up the menu. Then ...
Touch the items of each setup menu directly on the screen to select and then confirm the current
setup. Click “exit” to exit.

Insert/remove Portable USB Drive
This unit is equipped with a USB port and portable USB drives can be connected to the unit through
the USB connection.
When removing the USB drive, please exit from the playing state in the USB drive - then remove USB
drive from the port.

The system provides bluetooth hands free communication function. If your mobile phone is bluetooth
enabled, it can establish a point-to-point connection with the system, providing telephone dial up and
call answering, phonebook, bluetooth music play functions.

name, the phone wll the prompt the user to input a password
(shown on screen). Once password is entered touch on pair
phone and after few seconds the phone will be connected -
displaying on screen.
