Replacement Instructions
IMPORTANT NOTICE - READ CAREFULLY
AutoDRIVE Keypad Replacement
* Ensure power is disconnected from the unit and capacitors have been given adequate
time to discharge before servicing*
*Referencethestickeronthesideofthedriveforspecicsoncapacitordischargetime*
This instruction applies to the following AutoDRIVE model numbers:

Remove the three (3)
screws that attach
the front cover to
the unit.

AutoDRIVE Keypad Replacement
IMPORTANT NOTICE - READ CAREFULLY
Remove the four (4) CAT5 cables
that connect the control board to the
inverter board.
Remove the four (4) screws that attach
the control board to the inverter board.
Turn the control board over and remove
the four (4) screws that attach the
keypad panel to the control board.
Pull up on the plastic connector for the keypad ribbon cable and disconnect the ribbon cable that runs from the
keypad panel to the control board.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - READ CAREFULLY
Remove the old keypad from the keypad
panel and remove any adhesive left
from the old keypad.
Peel the clear plastic adhesive scratch protector off the back of the keypad and then peel back the adhesive backing from
the new keypad, feed the ribbon cable through the hole in the keypad panel and stick the new keypad to the keypad panel.

Insert the replacement keypad ribbon cable into the connector
on the control board and press down on the connector to lock
in the ribbon cable.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - READ CAREFULLY
Install the four (4) screws that attach the
control board to the keypad panel.
Reinstall the front cover, reinstall
the three (3) screws, tighten the
front cover, and reconnect power to
the unit.
Install the four (4) screws holding the
control board to the inverter board.
Re-connect the four (4) CAT5 cables that
connect the control board to the inverter board.
In order/do not cross.
