Step 2: Please check the “Scorer Display Wire - Long & Short” to the Control Box and Scorer
Display if it is installed correctly.
Step 1: Please check the Adaptor Wire to the Control Box if it is installed correctly.

Step 4: If the above 3 steps have failed then..
Replace the Control Box and Scorer Display with a new one.
No sound on Control Box

Step 1: Check that the "Sound on/off" button is turned on at the control box.
Re-press the "sound on/off" button.
Step 2: If this fails to resolve the problem.
Replace the Control Box with a new one.
Step 3: Please check the “power switch of Control Box” if it is turned on.
Turn on the power switch of Control Box.

No numbers displayed on Scorer Displays

Step 1: Check that both the scoring sensor wires - long and short are plugged into the
control box well.
Unplug, then re-connect them making sure you have a good connection.
Interchange the scorer display wires and plug into the control box and
you should have one of the following conditions:
a) If numbers are now displayed on one side but not the other replace the scoring sensor
wire with a new one.
b) If no numbers are still showing up replace the scorer display with a new one.
Step 2: If no numbers on only one scorer display:

Step 3: If no numbers displayed on both scorer displays:
Replace the scorer display wires and plug into the control box.
a) If numbers are now displayed on one side but not the other, replace the
scorer display wire with a new one.
b) If no numbers are still being displayed replace the scorer display with a new one.
c)If it is still not working replace the control box with a new one.
Incomplete numbers displayed on Scorer Displays

Step 1: Please check if the “Scorer Display Wire - Long & Short” are connected well into the
Control Box.
a. Pull out the scorer plug from the control box .
b. Check the scorer plug and control box jack for any signs of glue or other debris on
the parts. Clean off any debris and re-connect it as below picture.

Step 2: If it is still now working try the following steps:
a. Pull out the scorer display from the top rail.
b. Re-check the score plug and the scorer display jack for any signs of glue or other
debris on the parts. Clean off any debris and re-connect it as below pictures.
Step 3: If incomplete numbers on one scorer display only:
Take out both of the scorer displays and interchange to re-install.
a) If numbers are displayed: Replace the Scorer Display Wire with a new one.
b) If it still is not working: Replace the Scorer Display and Scorer Display Wire
with a new one.

Step 4: If in complete numbers on both of the Scorer displays.
Replace the Scorer Displays, Scorer Display Wire and Control Box with a new one.

Step 5: If incomplete numbers on the time only:
Replace the scorer display and scorer display wires with a new one.
Step 6: If incomplete numbers on all of the Scorer Displays with the same character .
Replace the Control Box with a new one.
Step 7: If incomplete numbers on both scorer displays as per below image:
Please re-check the Scorer Display Wire if they are plugged in the correct socket.

No counting on Scorer Displays

Step 1: Check that the "Start" button is turned on at the control box.
Re-press the button - “START” on the Control Box.
Step 2: Please check the “Puck Catcher Wire with Sensor -1 & 2” if both are connected
with the Control Box well.
Re-plug the Puck Catcher Wire with Sensor -1 & 2 on the Control Box and
connected well.
Step 3: One scorer failed to keep score.
Interchange the Puck Catcher Wire with Sensor -1 & 2, and then plug into the
Control Box, it will come out conditions as follow:
a) If scorer keep score: Replace the Puck Catcher Wire with Sensor with a new one.
b) If it is still not working replace the control box with a new one.
Step 4: Both scorers failed to keep score.
Replace the Control Box with a new one.

Step 1: Please check the “Electronic Scorer Operation Guides” on the Assembly Instruction
Refer to the Electronic Scorer Operation Guides and re-operate. If still, inoperable,
please replace the Control Box with a new one.
