INTRODUCTION
The Digital Pressure Gauge Series is a portable and adaptable product use to test and calibration of
pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, Pressure/Vacuum Transmitters and Pressure/ Vacuum switches etc.

SAFETY INSTRUCTION
•To avoid Physical and/or any other damage to the Product, do not operate the product around
explosive Gas, hazardous liquid, water drizzling area and vapour. Try to keep the product away from
it.
•Do not use the product if it operates abnormally protection may be impaired.
•To avoid false readings, change the battery as soon As possible when low battery indication appears
•Do not apply pressure more than the specified range, Pressure transducer may be damage and/or
personnel injury occurs due to inappropriate pressure is applied
•Press ZERO buttons to zero the product when vented to atmospheric pressure.
•When the product shows “OVER PRESSURE” on the display, the pressure must be reduced
immediately as soon as possible to prevent product and personnel damage.
•DO not use and disable the product, if is damaged.
•The burst pressure of the product is 1.5 times of full Scale or 1100 bar (whichever minimum).

Select mean/peak to view the upward and downward stream when
connected to an either continuous or batch process pressure.

To make zero before calibration/Testing

DISPLAY
The digital pressure Gauge display contains 2 Line
1. Pressure indication & its corresponding unit
2. Mean/Peak measurement
SUPPLY/CHANGING BATTERIES
The product is supplied along with four 1.5V ICE LR6 batteries (AA). To avoid false readings ,
change the same type of batteries or equivalent as soon as possible if “LOW BATTERY”
indication appears on display .This has to be done on product switched off condition, the life of
battery is 200 hours at continuous operation. Battery compartment is located inside of product,
Open the cover of the product by rotate the cover in anti-clockwise direction, Replace the old
batteries with new batteries, Re-attach the top cover , push and rotate in clock wise direction until
it is fully engaged and return back to its initial position.
DISPLAY BACKLIGHT
To switch ON the backlight of the display, press the ‘LIGHT’ key once to switch ON & it will
automatically switched off after 20 seconds

WARNING
•In general, End connection of the product of the product is ¼ “BSP external thread .Screw the
product into corresponding thread by hand, if desired, tighten by corresponding
spanner/wrench.
•The product is maintenance-free. if desired, the housing of the product can be cleaned using a
damp cloth and non-aggressive cleaning solutions and a soft brush when product is in
switched off condition.
