5. On e leaning has been ompleted, insert the float in the age, with the seal fa ing towards the age opening.
6. Insert the opening of the age into the seat in the jar ap.
7. To fa ilitate the leaning of the jar, fill it 1/3 full of ordinary water.
The aspirated liquid, thus diluted, will then be easier to remove.
It is possible auto lave the a essories over and jar: insert the parts in auto lave and to effe t a y le of sterilization with
vapour to the temperature of 121°C (pressure relative 1 bar) having are to position turned upside-down the graduated jar

PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE CHECKS
The SUPER VEGA su tion equipment does not need maintenan e or lubri ation.
It is ne essary to he k fun tioning and instrument before every use. Unpa k the instrument and always he k integrity
of plasti parts and feeding able, they might have been damaged during previous use. Conne t able to ele tri al
network and turn swit h on. Close the aspirator outlet with your finger and with su tion regulator in maximum va uum
position he k that the va uum indi ators rea hes -80kPa (-0.80 bar) minimum. Rotate the knob from right to left and
he k the aspiration regulating ontrol. The va uum indi ator should go down -40kPa (-0.40 bar).
Verify that loud noises are not present, these an indi ate wrong fun tioning.
Two prote tion fuses (F 1 x 1.6 A 250V) rea hable from exterior and situated in the plug prote ts the instrument. For
fuses repla ing, always the type and the range.
If the overfill se urity system it’s a tivated, don’t pro eed with the liquid aspiration.
If the overfill se urity system doesn’t work there are two ases:
1° ase - If the overfill se urity system doesn’t work the aspiration will be stopped by the ba teriologi al filter who avoid
the liquid penetration inside the devi e.
2° ase - If both the se urity system doesn’t work, there is the possibility that liquid omes inside the devi e, in this
ase return the devi e to GIMA te hni al servi e.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Conne t the short sili on tube 1 ,with filter antiba terial 8, to the su tion onne tor 2.
The other tube, with one end onne ted to the filter must be onne ted with the other end to jar’s lid onne tor 3 where has
been fixed the red float.
When the 90% of the volume of the jar is rea hed there is the a tivation of the se urity float (the float lose the aspiration
onne tor on the jar) to avoid liquid penetration inside the devi e. The devi e must be used on a plan of horizontal operation.
Conne t the long sili on tube 4 to the other jar's lid onne tor 5
Conne t the other end of the long sili on tube 4 to the probe plasti onne tor 6 then
onne t the su tion probe to it.
Conne t the power ord to the devi e then onne t the plug to the ele tri al mains supply.
