Your Air Fryer is suitable for baking, cooking and grilling food
such as vegetables, french fries and potato wedges – made
from scratch or frozen – as well as preparing fish, meat and
poultry.
This appliance is intended for personal household use only
and not for industrial/commercial use.
− Please note that the manufacturer accepts no liability in
cases of improper use.
Please note that improper use may void the warranty.
− Do not modify the appliance without manufacturer’s
consent and do not use any accessory equipment that has
not approved or supplied by the manufacturer.
− Do not use any replacement parts or accessories that we
have not been supplied or approved by the manufacturer.

use is considered improper and can cause personal injury
and/or property damage.
PRECAUTIONS TO AVOID ELECTRICAL

Risk of electric shock!
There is a danger of electrical shock or short-circuit due to live
parts.
− Only connect the appliance to a properly installed and
grounded electrical outlet.
− Check before using the appliance that the voltage given on
the appliance corresponds with the local AC voltage.
− The outlet must be freely accessible so that you can unplug
the appliance from the electrical outlet quickly if necessary.
− Do not use an extension cord.
− Disconnect the plug from the outlet after each use, before
cleaning and during periods when the appliance is left
unattended.

− When disconnecting the product from the power supply,
always pull on the plug rather than on the cord.
− Do not kink or crush the power cord.
− Make sure that the power cord is not damaged and does

NOTES ON THE PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one prong is wider than
the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit
in a polarized outlet only one way.

− If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the
plug.
− If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not
modify the plug in any way.
NOTES ON THE CORD
− Only the provided short power-supply cord (or detachable
power-supply cord) should be used with this product.
− Never use an extension.
INSTALLATION CAUTIONS
WARNING!
Risk of fire!
There is a risk of fire due to hot surfaces.
− To prevent any danger from an accidental reset of the
safety temperature limiter, the appliance must not be
operated using external switching appliance such as a
timer or connected to a power circuit that is regularly
switched on and off by another system.
− Place the appliance on a dry and level heat-resistant
surface.
− Do not place the appliance on surfaces that can become
hot (e. g. hot plates, open flames).
− Ensure that the appliance does not come into contact with
any other object while in operation. Maintain a distance
of at least 4” (10 cm) from other objects. In particular, do
not place it close to highly flammable materials (curtains,
drapes, paper etc.).
− Do not operate the appliance under wall-mounted
cabinets that could obstruct the exhaust of steam towards
the top.
− Do not cover or place any objects on the appliance.

− Never leave the appliance unattended while in use.
− Do not use the appliance in the vicinity of explosive and/or
flammable vapors.
− Always use the basket for preparing the food in the fryer
pan so that the food does not burn.
− Always place the hot fryer pan and fryer basket on a heat-
resistant surface.
− Never fill the fryer pan with fat or oil.
− If dark smoke develops, unplug the appliance immediately.
Wait until the smoke has cleared before removing the fryer
pan and basket.
HOT SURFACES
WARNING!
Risk of injury!
The surfaces of the Air Fryer may become very hot. To prevent
burns during use, do as follows:
− Wear oven gloves during operation.
− Only place it on a heat-resistant surface.
− Do not touch the ventilation grilles on the side of the
appliance.
− Only touch the handles and control buttons.
− Do not reach into the appliance and touch the fryer pan or
the hotplate.
− Do not move the appliance while it is powered on or until it
has completely cooled down after use.
− Be careful of steam escaping from the appliance. Do not
hold your head directly over the appliance and never put
your hands into this steam.
− Always place the Air Fryer on a heat-resistant surface.

− Remove burnt residues.

Getting started
− Remove all packaging materials, stickers and plastic wrap from the appliance.
− Place the appliance on a stable, level heat-resistant surface.
− Pull the fryer pan 7from the appliance. Pull the protective cap 4upwards and
press the unlock button 5to remove the fryer basket 9.
− Rinse the fryer basket and fryer pan with hot water. Dry both parts thoroughly.
− Wipe down the housing with a damp cloth.
DANGER!
Risk of injury!
This appliance produces high temperatures and is designed
to be used only with the fryer basket.
− There is no handle on the fryer basket. To avoid burns,
always use the fryer basket with the fryer pan.
− Do not use the appliance unless the handle is installed on
the fryer basket correctly.
− Place the Air Fryer on a heat-resistant surface.
− Pull the power cord 7out of the cord holder carefully. As soon as you feel
resistance, the power cord is fully unwound. Do not continue to pull.
− Only connect the Air Fryer to a properly installed grounded 120V–60Hz electrical
outlet.

When the appliance is used for the first time, there may be a slight
odor and/or some smoke. However, this is not a safety hazard and
will go away quickly. Ensure that there is adequate ventilation.
Initial use and operation
WARNING!
Risk of fire!
− Do not fill the pan or basket with oil or other liquids.
− Foods with a high oil or fat content such as sausages are
not suitable for preparation with this appliance. The oils
and fats may drip into the fryer pan and burn.
To operate:
− Pull the fryer pan 7from the appliance.
− Pop up the protective flap 4using the unlock button 5press the unlock
button, to remove the fryer basket 9from the fryer pan.
− Fill the fryer basket.
− Insert the fryer basket into the fryer pan so that the latch of the handle 8fits into
the notch on the fryer pan and engages.
− Fill the fryer basket with the food. Do not overfill. For recommended filling levels,
refer to the table “Cooking time and temperature guide” on page 18.
− Hold the fryer pan securely by the basket and push it all the way into the appliance
from the front.
Setting the cooking time and temperature
− Press the 18 button for a few seconds to switch on the appliance.
When the indicator light turns blue, the appliance is ready to use.
− Using the or 22 buttons, set the desired cooking temperature in 5°F
increments.
− Press and hold the or button for a few seconds longer to adjust the
temperature as desired more quickly.
Temperatures can be set between 170 °F and 400 °F.
− Using the or 16 buttons, set the desired cooking time in minute increments.
− Press and hold the or button for a few seconds longer to adjust the desired
cooking time more quickly.
Cooking time may be set to a maximum of 60 minutes.

To obtain optimal cooking results, preheat the Air Fryer for at least 3
minutes.
− Start cooking by briefly pressing the 19 button.
The indicator light turns green.
The cooking temperature and the remaining cooking time are shown on the display 20
when the appliance is in use.
While food is cooking, you can check whether it is done by pulling the fryer pan out of the
appliance. The appliance will switch off automatically.
− Shake the fryer basket halfway through the cooking time to redistribute the food.
This ensures uniform cooking of the food (see Fig. D).
− Remove the fryer pan from the appliance using the handle. Carefully shake the food
and insert the fryer pan back into the appliance.
The time will resume automatically.
− If you want to add more food, press the button to interrupt the cooking process.
− Pull the fryer pan out of the appliance by the handle.
− Carefully add food and push the fryer basket back into the appliance.
− Press the button to continue the cooking.
CAUTION!
Risk of injury!
Accidentally releasing the frying basket may cause burns.
− Do not press the unlock button 5while shaking (see
Fig.E).
Either shake the fryer pan along with the basket or, if the pan is too
heavy, you can also place the fryer pan on a heat-resistant surface
and remove the fryer basket (see Fig. F/G). Carefully shake the food
and push the fryer pan with the fryer basket back into the appliance.
Once the cooking time has elapsed, a tone will sound and the appliance switches itself
off. The fan will continue to run for a few minutes.
− To interrupt the cooking process prematurely, press the button for a few seconds
until the appliance switches off.
− Pull the power plug 11 out of the outlet.
− Pull the fryer pan out of the appliance by the handle. Place the fryer pan on a heat-
resistant surface and remove the fryer basket by pressing the unlock button.

The Air Fryer is also ideal for heating leftovers: Heat the food for
10minutes at 300°F.
If you have not preheated the Air Fryer, allow the food to cook for an
additional 3 minutes.
Setting the automatic programs
The automatic programs allow you to cook certain foods at a preset temperature and for
a preset cooking time. You can choose from the following programs:
Frozen french fries
Bacon
Shrimp
Chicken
Fish
Vegetables
Muffins
Meat
− Press the 18 button for a few seconds to switch on the appliance.
− Press the 17 multiple times to configure the desired automatic program.
− Start cooking by briefly pressing the 19 button.

off. The fan will continue to run for a few minutes.

until the appliance switches off.
