This document provides important safety information. Keep with the accessories. DO NOT DISCARD
Megger provide a range of accessories and leads sets for use with the MIT400/2 series insulation
testers.
Battery Voltage should be changed to 1.2V if NiMh are used. See section 13 Setup of the user manual.
In all cases it is the responsibility of the user to employ safe working practices and verify that the
system is safe before connection.
NOTE: The instrument and accessories must be used only by suitably trained and competent persons
Dispose of old batteries in accordance with local regulations.
Safety warnings must be read and understood before use.

The crossed out wheeled bin symbol placed on Megger products is a reminder not to dispose of
the product at the end of its life with general waste. Megger is registered in the UK as a Producer
