JThis device is not a toy and should not be
played by children. Children are not able to
understand the dangers that can occur when
handling this device.

device, or whose physical, sensory or men-
tal abilities are restricted, must not use the
device without supervision or instruction by
an individual responsible for their safety.
Children must be supervised in order to en-
sure that they do not play with the device.
JEnsure that the product is installed by suita-
bly experienced or qualified persons only.
J Do not use the product if you notice any
signs of damage.
J The LEDs have a long life. The LEDs are
firmly installed in the light and cannot be
replaced.
J Never expose the product to high tempera-
tures or moisture, as otherwise the product
may be damaged.
J Ensure that the light is not subjected to a
mechanical load!
J Please contact a qualified electrician in the
case of damage, repairs or other problems
with the light.
J Keep the article away from water.

Battery Safety
Instructions
WARNING!DANGER TO LIFE! Keep
batteries out of the reach of children. Do
not leave batteries lying around. There is a
risk of children or animals swallowing them.
Consult a doctor immediately if a battery is
swallowed.
J EXPLOSION HAZARD! Ne-
ver recharge nonrechargeable
batteries, short-circuit and / or
open batteries. This can cause them to over-
heat, burn or burst. Never throw batteries
into fire or water. The batteries may explode.
J Remove spent batteries from the product im-
mediately. Otherwise there is an increased
risk of leakage.
J Always replace all batteries at the same time
and only use batteries of the same type.
J Do not use different types of batteries or
mix used and new batteries together.
J Check regularly that the batteries are not
leaking.
J Leaked or damaged batteries
can cause chemical burns if they
come into contact with the skin;

in such cases you must wear suitable pro-
tective gloves.
J Remove the batteries from the product if it is
not in use for any length of time.
J Ensure the correct polarity when inserting
the batteries! Otherwise the batteries may
explode. The direction in which the batteries
should face is indicated in the battery com-
partment 3.
QGetting started
QInsert or replace batteries
Always switch off the product when remov-
ing or inserting a battery.
j Use a crosshead screwdriver to open the
battery compartment 3of the product.
j Insert the batteries supplied into the battery
compartment 3, observing the correct
polarity (+ and –).
j Close the battery compartment 3by tight-
ening the screw of the battery compartment
3with a crosshead screwdriver.

QSwitching on and off
j To switch the product on and off, push the
ON/OFF switch 2next to the battery
compartment 3into position ON or OFF.
j When you switch the article on, it will alter-
nate between a red, green and blue light.
Note: The article can be placed on a level
surface or hung up using the suspension de-
vice 4.
QCleaning and care
j Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean and take
care of the product.
j Do not clean the light with water or other
liquids.
j Under no circumstances should you use ag-
gressive detergents or abrasives in order to
avoid damaging the material.
Q Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of re-
cyclable materials, which you may
dispose of at local recycling facilities.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for
more details of how to dispose of your worn-out
product.
To help protect the environment,
please dispose of the product prop-
erly when it has reached the end of
its useful life and not in the household
waste. Information on collection
points and their opening hours can be
obtained from your local authority.
Faulty or used batteries must be recycled in ac-
cordance with Directive 2006/66/ EC. Please
return the batteries and/or the device to the
available collection points.

Environmental damage
through incorrect disposal of
the batteries!
Batteries must not be disposed off with domestic
waste. They may contain toxic heavy metals
and are subject to hazardous waste treatment
rules and regulations. The chemical symbols of
the heavy metals are as follows: Cd = cadmium,
Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. That is why you

Baterie nie mogą dostać się do rąk dzieci.
Nie pozostawiać porozrzucanych baterii.
Istnieje niebezpieczeństwo, iż te zostaną po-
łknięte przez dzieci lub zwierzęta. W przy-
padku połknięcia należy natychmiast udać
się do lekarza.

baterii nie nadających się do ła-
dowania, Nie zwierać biegunów baterii
i/lub nie otwierać ich. Skutkiem powyższe-
go może nastąpić przegrzanie, niebezpie-
czeństwo pożaru lub rozerwanie. Nie nale-
ży nigdy wrzucać baterii do ognia lub
wody. Baterie mogą wybuchnąć.
J Zużyte baterie należny natychmiast wyjąć z
produktu. W przeciwnym razie istnieje niebez-
pieczeństwo wypłynięcia z nich elektrolitu.
J Obydwie baterie należy wymieniać równo-
cześnie i stosować tylko baterie tego same-
go typu.
J Nie zakładać różnych typów baterii lub ba-
terii używanych z nowymi.
J Sprawdzać regularnie baterie pod kątem
ich szczelności.
J Baterie, które wyciekają lub są
uszkodzone w zetknięciu ze skó-
rą mogą spowodować oparze-
nia; dlatego w tym wypadku należy bezwa-
runkowo zakładać odpowiednie rękawice
ochronne!
J W razie dłuższego nieużywania należy wy-
jąć baterię z produktu.
J W trakcie zakładania należy zwracać uwa-
