ZUR SICHERHEIT DES ANWENDERS
Lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam durch bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen. Die Bedienungsanleitung enthält
wichtige Informationen über den Gebrauch Ihres iMOVE. Die MEYRA GmbH haftet nicht, wenn Sie die Hinweise und Warnungen
missachten. Bewahren Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig auf. Bei Erhalt überprüfen Sie das Gerät auf Schäden. Nehmen Sie
den iMOVE bei Schäden nicht in Betrieb! Wenden Sie sich im Zweifelsfall an die MEYRA GmbH.
STROMANSCHLUSS
Überprüfen Sie, ob die Werte auf dem Typenschild des iMOVE mit dem Stromnetz des
Aufstellungsortes übereinstimmen.
ALLGEMEINES
• Bitte benutzen Sie den iMOVE erst nach gründlichem Lesen der Bedienungsanleitung.
• Bei Funktionsstörungen schalten Sie das Gerät bitte sofort aus und benachrichtigen Sie den
Kundendienst der MEYRA GmbH.
• Der iMOVE ist nicht für den Betrieb in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen bestimmt.
• Der iMOVE ist nicht gegen Wasser geschützt und darf nicht mit Wasser bespritzt werden.
• Der iMOVE darf aufgrund der Belüftung während der Betriebsphase nicht abgedeckt werden.
• Der iMOVE darf nur im Innenbereich betrieben werden.

Grundsätzlich gelten unsere „Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen”. Gewährleistungs- und Haftungsansprüche bei Personen- und

2.1 GEFAHREN DURCH ELEKTRISCHE ENERGIE
Im technisch einwandfreien Zustand des Gerätes besteht keine Gefahr durch elektrische Energie.
GEFAHR
Sollte das Kabel defekt sein, ist dieses sofort zu ersetzen. Es besteht bei Berührung ansonsten
die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlages.
2.2 BAULICHE VERÄNDERUNGEN
Ohne Genehmigung des Herstellers dürfen keine Veränderungen, An- oder Umbauten am Gerät vorgenommen werden. Alle Um-
baumaßnahmen bedürfen einer schriftlichen Bestätigung durch die MEYRA GmbH. Reparaturen dürfen nur durch von der MEYRA
GmbH lizensierte Betriebe durchgeführt werden.
2.3 URHEBERRECHT
Das Urheberrecht an dieser Bedienungsanleitung verbleibt bei der MotoSana GmbH. Diese Bedienungsanleitung ist nur für den
Anwender bestimmt. Sie enthält Vorschriften und Hinweise, die weder vollständig noch teilweise vervielfältigt, verbreitet oder
anderweitig mitgeteilt werden dürfen.

INBETRIEBNAHME
4.1 AUFSTELLEN UND ANSCHLIESSEN
Wichtig für die problemlose Funktion des iMOVE ist ein ebener und schwingungsarmer Untergrund. Die Aufstellung des iMOVE ist
nur im Innenbereich gestattet. Nachdem der iMOVE sachgemäß aufgestellt worden ist, stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Steckdose.
Das Gerät ist nach dem Aufstellen und Anschließen sofort betriebsbereit.
ACHTUNG!
Das Gerät darf nicht in Feuchträumen betrieben werden. Temperaturbereich zwischen 0 bis
+30 Grad Celsius. Das Gerät schaltet sich ca. 4 Stunden nach dem letzten Befehl automatisch ab.
4.2 BEDIENUNGSMÖGLICHKEITEN
Sie können den iMOVE direkt am Gerät, über eine Fernbedienung und über die kostenlose iMOVE App über Ihr Smartphone oder
Tablet bedienen.
4.2.1 BEDIENUNG DIREKT AM GERÄT
Auf der linken Seite des iMOVE benden sich drei Schalter, mit denen Sie den iMOVE bedienen können.

Mit starten und beenden Sie den iMOVE.
Mit Druck auf startet der iMOVE automatisch mit einer Frequenz von 2 Hertz.
Mit erneutem Druck auf schalten Sie den iMOVE aus. Die Beleuchtung der und der Tasten erlischt.
2EINSTELLUNG DER FREQUENZ
Mit können Sie während des Bewegungsprogramms die Frequenz erhöhen.
Mit können Sie während des Bewegungsprogramms die Frequenz verringern.
INBETRIEBNAHME
4.2.2 BEDIENUNG ÜBER DIE APP
Die iMOVE App steht für iOS und Android zur Verfügung. Laden Sie sich diese kostenlos über den App Store (iOS) oder den Google
Play Store (Android) auf Ihr Smartphone oder Ihr Tablet. Zunächst müssen Sie Ihr Smartphone oder Ihr Tablet per Bluetooth mit dem
iMOVE koppeln. Prüfen Sie dazu, in welchem Modus sich der iMOVE bendet. Ob sich der iMOVE in dem Modus „Smartphone“ ben-
det, erkennen Sie an der blau leuchtenden Taste. Sollte die Taste weiß leuchten, bendet sich der iMOVE im Modus „Fernbe-
dienung“. (Wechsel zwischen „Smartphone-“ und „Fernbedienungsmodi“ siehe 4.2.3. ) Leuchtet die Taste blau bedeutet das, dass
der iMOVE zum Koppeln mit Ihrem Smartphone bereit ist. Starten Sie nun die iMOVE-App auf Ihrem Smartphone oder Tablet und
önen Sie die Bluetooth Einstellungen in der iMOVE-App oben rechts. Wählen Sie Ihren iMOVE aus um das Gerät zu koppeln.
1STARTEN UND BEENDEN
Mit dem Drücken des START-Feldes startet Ihr Bewegungsprogramm automatisch mit einer Frequenz von 2 Hertz.
Über PAUSE können Sie während der Anwendung die Übung anhalten und zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt fortführen.
Über STOP wird die Übung beendet.
2EINSTELLUNG DER FREQUENZ
Die Frequenz können Sie entweder vor dem Starten des Bewegungsprogramms oder während der Übung anpassen.
Benutzen Sie den Schieber (Slider) bzw. die Plus- und Minustaste um die Frequenz zu erhöhen bzw. zu verringern.
3EINSTELLUNG DER STOCHASTIK
Mit dem Stochastik-Regler können Sie die Stochastik ein- und ausschalten. Stochastik bedeutet, dass sich die Frequenz
im Bereich von -2 bis +2 Einheiten um die gewählte Frequenz zufällig ändert.
4AUSWERTUNG
Nach Beendigung der Übung wird eine kurze Auswertung Ihrer Übungseinheit angezeigt.

4.2.3 WECHSEL ZWISCHEN MODUS „SMARTPHONE“ UND „FERNBEDIENUNG“
In welchem Modus sich der iMOVE gerade bendet können Sie an der farblichen LED-Beleuchtung der Taste erkennen. Leuch-
tet die Taste weiß, bendet sich der iMOVE im Modus „Fernbedienung“. Leuchtet die Taste blau, bendet sich der iMOVE im
Modus „Smartphone“.
Um zwischen „Fernbedienung- und Smartphone-Modus“ zu wechseln, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
Schalten Sie den iMOVE aus. Drücken Sie nun die Taste und die Taste gleichzeitig und halten Sie die beiden Tasten für ca. 3
Sekunden gedrückt. Die Taste wechselt nun die Hintergrundbeleuchtung und der iMOVE bendet sich in dem jeweiligen Modus.
Sie können je nach Bedarf zwischen den beiden Bedienungsmodi umschalten.
4.2.4 INSTALLATION DER FERNBEDIENUNG OPTIONAL GEGEN AUFPREIS ERHÄLTLICH
Wenn Sie Ihren iMOVE mit Fernbedienung (optional) bestellt haben, ist diese bereits mit dem Gerät gekoppelt. Um die Fernbedie-
nung nachträglich mit dem iMOVE zu koppeln gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
1Prüfen Sie in welchem Modus sich Ihr Gerät bendet. Der iMOVE muss sich im Modus „Fernbedienung“ benden.
Siehe Punkt 4.2.3
2Drücken Sie nun die Taste am Gerät und halten Sie diese für ca. 5 Sekunden gedrückt, bis sie blau zu blinken beginnt.
3Jetzt halten Sie an der Fernbedienung die Taste für ca. 5 Sekunden gedrückt, bis ein grünes Licht kurz aueuchtet.
Die Fernbedienung ist nun mit Ihrem Gerät verbunden.
4.2.5 BEDIENUNG MIT DER FERNBEDIENUNG OPTIONAL GEGEN AUFPREIS ERHÄLTLICH

Insgesamt können Sie Ihren iMOVE mit vier Geräten (Smartphone, Tablet, Fernbedienung) koppeln. Mit der fünften Koppelung wird
die bis dato älteste Kopplung wieder gelöscht. Drücken Sie die Taste und die Taste gleichzeitig und halten Sie diese für ca. 10
Sekunden gedrückt. Ein kurzes Blinken aller drei Tasten signalisiert, dass alle Koppelungen gelöscht sind.
ANWENDUNGSEMPFEHLUNGEN
5.1 ERSTE SCHRITTE
Beginnen Sie mit niedrigen Frequenzen. Setzen Sie sich auf einen Stuhl und stellen Sie die Füße auf die Pedale des iMOVE. Schalten
Sie den iMOVE ein. Variieren Sie die Geschwindigkeit und bekommen Sie so ein Gefühl für Ihren iMOVE. Finden Sie die Intensität, die
sich wohltuend auf Ihren Körper auswirkt. Probieren Sie verschiedene Fußpositionen aus. Je nach Fußstellung verändert sich der
Trainingseekt. Variieren Sie auch den Gegendruck, den Sie ausüben und verändern Sie Ihre Körperposition. Durch Abstützen der
Unterarme auf den Knien können Sie Ihre Schultern bzw. den Oberkörper mit in das Training einbeziehen.
5.2 ÜBUNGSVORSCHLÄGE
Flexibel, kompakt und leise ist der iMOVE, die perfekte Fußstütze für Zuhause, im Büro oder für unterwegs im Urlaub und auf Reisen.
Das unkomplizierte Bewegungstraining ist für nahezu jeden geeignet. Erfahrungsberichte zeigen: Training mit dem iMOVE aktiviert
die Muskeln, regt den Stowechsel an, verbessert die Durchblutung, lockert und entspannt die Muskulatur. Der iMOVE bringt Sie
äußerst gelenkschonend in Schwung. Ältere Personen sowie Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen protieren genauso
wie Kinder und Sportler vom Training mit dem iMOVE. Sie können nebenbei, z.B. beim Lesen, Fernsehen oder Arbeiten, den iMOVE
verwenden.

Falls Beschwerden auftreten, beenden Sie bitte das Training und fragen Ihren Arzt.

ENTSPANNUNG PUR  ALS EINSCHLAFHILFE
Legen Sie sich vor Ihren iMOVE und legen die Fersen locker darauf ab. Wählen Sie eine langsame Geschwindigkeit.
ZUR LOCKERUNG VON SCHULTER UND NACKEN
Platzieren Sie Ihre Füße etwas weiter vorne auf dem iMOVE. Über die auf den Knien sanft abgestützten Ellbogen leiten
Sie die Schwingungen in Ihren Schulter- und Rückenbereich.
ZUR LOCKERUNG VON SCHULTER UND NACKEN
Begeben Sie sich in den Vierfüßlerstand vor Ihren iMOVE. Legen Sie Ihre Hände auf den iMOVE (jede Hand auf ein Pedal)
und wählen Sie eine mittlere Geschwindigkeit.
FÜR EINE VERBESSERTE DURCHBLUTUNG
Stellen Sie beide Füße auf den iMOVE und wippen Sie von der Ferse auf den Ballen und zurück.
Wählen Sie eine für Sie moderate Geschwindigkeit.
FÜR EINE VERBESSERTE DURCHBLUTUNG
Stellen Sie beide Füße auf den iMOVE und kippen Sie mit den Füßen von der Außenkante auf die Innenkante des Fußes
und wieder zurück.

PFLEGE DES iMOVE
Bevor Sie die Reinigung beginnen, unterbrechen Sie die Stromversorgung, indem Sie den Netzstecker ziehen. Den iMOVE mit einem
leicht feuchten Tuch reinigen und anschließend mit einem Trockentuch nachwischen. Es darf keine Flüssigkeit in den iMOVE gelan-
gen, dadurch könnte die Elektronik beschädigt werden.
WICHTIG!
Es dürfen keine lösenden, ätzenden oder schleifenden Reinigungsmittel verwendet werden!
GARANTIEBESTIMMUNGEN
Die MotoSana GmbH schätzt Sie als Kunde und ist immer bemüht, Ihnen den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten. Jeder iMOVE verlässt
das Werk in einwandfreiem Zustand. Sollten sich während der normalen Benutzung des Gerätes Fabrikations- und/oder Material-
fehler herausstellen, so garantieren wir eine Instandsetzung in den ersten 2 Jahren nach Kaufdatum, bei kostenlosem Material- und
Lohnersatz. Der Kauf des Produktes muss bei einem autorisierten iMOVE-Geschäftspartner erfolgt sein. Das Erbringen der Garantie-
leistung setzt den Transport des defekten Gerätes vom Kunden zum Hersteller voraus.
EINSCHRÄNKUNGEN BEI DER ERBRINGUNG VON GARANTIELEISTUNGEN
Der exklusive Anspruch des Kunden im Falle eines defekten iMOVE ist auf eine Reparatur oder einen Umtausch des defekten Teils
beschränkt. Es liegt einzig im Ermessen der MotoSana GmbH, welche Garantieleistung oder welche Kombination von Garantie-
leistungen im konkreten Fall erbracht wird. Nachdem die MotoSana GmbH festgestellt hat, dass ein defektes Produkt vorliegt, hat
dieMotoSana GmbH Anspruch auf einen angemessenen Zeitraum zur Durchführung einer Reparatur oder eines Umtausches. Das
dem Kunden im Rahmen der eingeschränkten Garantie übersandte Umtauschprodukt wird aus neuen und aus funktionsfähigen
gebrauchten Komponenten gefertigt. Für reparierte oder umgetauschte Produkte gilt entweder die Restlaufzeit der ursprünglichen
Produktgarantie oder eine Garantiezeit von neunzig Tagen, je nachdem, welche der beiden Möglichkeiten zu einer länger verblei-
benden Garantiezeit führt. Die Garantie erlischt, wenn eine Reparatur nicht von der MotoSana GmbH, sondern von einer Person oder
Werkstatt ausgeführt wurde, die nicht von der MotoSana GmbH zugelassen ist.

Check whether the values indicated on the nameplate of the iMOVE correspond with the power supply of the
location where the device is being placed.

INITIAL SETUP
4.1 POSITIONING AND CONNECTION
A level and low-vibration surface is important to ensure the iMOVE operates smoothly. The iMOVE is only authorised for indoor use.
Having properly positioned the iMOVE, insert the connector plug into the socket. Once positioned and connected, the device is
immediately ready for use.
CAUTION!
The device must not be used in wet rooms. Temperature range from 0 to
+30 degrees Celsuis. The device switches o automatically around four hours after the last command.
4.2 OPERATING MODES
The iMOVE can be operated directly on the device, by remote control and from your smartphone or tablet with the free iMOVE app.
4.2.1 OPERATION DIRECTLY ON THE DEVICE
There are three buttons on the left-hand side of the iMOVE with which you can operate the device.

Press to start and stop the iMOVE.
When is pressed, the iMOVE automatically starts with a frequency of 2 hertz.
Pressing again switches the iMOVE o. The backlights of the and buttons go out.
2SETTING THE FREQUENCY

4.2.2 OPERATION USING THE APP
The iMOVE app is available for iOS and Android. Download the app free of charge on to your smartphone or tablet from App Store
(iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). You rst have to pair your smartphone or tablet with the iMOVE via Bluetooth. In order to do so,
check which mode the iMOVE is in. If the button is lit up blue, the iMOVE is in “smartphone” mode. If the button is lit up white,
the iMOVE is in “remote control” mode. (To switch between “smartphone” and “remote control” mode see 4.2.3.) The button
lighting up blue indicates that the iMOVE is ready to pair with your smartphone. Start the iMOVE app on your smartphone or tablet
and open the Bluetooth settings at the top right in the iMOVE app. Select your iMOVE to pair the device.
1STARTING AND STOPPING
Pressing the START button automatically starts the exercise programme with a frequency of 2 hertz.
Press PAUSE to halt the exercise during use and continue it at a later time.
Pressing STOP ends the exercise.
2SETTING THE FREQUENCY
You can adjust the frequency either prior to starting the exercise programme or during the exercise.
Use the slider or the plus and minus buttons to increase or decrease the frequency.
3SETTING THE STOCHASTIC
Use the stochastic slide button to switch the stochastic on and o. Stochastic means that the frequency changes
at random in a range from -2 to +2 units in relation to the selected frequency.
4EVALUATION
Having completed the exercise, a brief evaluation of your exercise unit is displayed.

4.2.3 SWITCHING BETWEEN “SMARTPHONE” AND “REMOTE CONTROL” MODE
The colour of the LED backlight of the button indicates the current mode of the iMOVE. If the button is lit up white, the iMOVE
is in “remote control” mode. If the button is lit up blue, the iMOVE is in “smartphone” mode.
To switch between “remote control” and “smartphone” mode, proceed as follows:
Switch the iMOVE o. Press the button and the button simultaneously and keep both buttons pressed for approximately
three seconds. The backlight of the button changes colour and the iMOVE is now in the corresponding mode. You may switch as
required between the two operating modes.
4.2.4 INSTALLING THE REMOTE CONTROL OPTION AVAILABLE AT A SURCHARGE
If you ordered your iMOVE with remote control (optional), this is already paired with the device. To subsequently pair the remote
control with the iMOVE, proceed as follows:
1Check which mode the device is in. The iMOVE has to be in “remote control” mode.
See point 4.2.3
2Press the button on the device and keep it pressed for around ve seconds until it starts blinking blue.
3Now press the button on the remote control for around ve seconds until a green light lights up briey.
The remote control is now connected with your device.

When all three buttons blink briey, this indicates that all pairings are deleted.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
5.1 FIRST STEPS
Start with low frequencies. Sit on a chair and place your feet on the pedals of the iMOVE. Switch the iMOVE on. Vary the speed to get
a feel for the iMOVE. Find the intensity that feels best for you. Try out various foot positions. The exercising eect varies depending
on the foot position. Also vary the counter-pressure you are exerting and change the position of your body. By resting your lower
arms on your knees you can exercise your shoulders and the upper part of your body at the same time.
5.2 SUGGESTED EXERCISES
The iMOVE is exible, compact and quiet - the perfect footrest at home, in the oce or out and about while on holiday or travelling.
It enables uncomplicated exercising and is suitable for virtually everyone. Reports based on experience using the iMOVE show:
Exercising with the iMOVE activates the muscles, stimulates metabolism, improves circulation, and loosens and relaxes the muscular
system. The iMOVE gets you moving while protecting your joints. Exercising with the iMOVE benets the elderly and physically im-
paired as well as children and athletes alike. Use it while occupied with other activities like reading, watching television or working.

Place both feet on the iMOVE and lean back.
Select the speed that suits you best and relax.

CARING FOR YOUR iMOVE
Before you start cleaning the iMOVE, disconnect the power supply by pulling out the mains plug. Clean the iMOVE with a slightly
dampened cloth and then wipe with a dry cloth. It is essential that no uid is allowed to enter the iMOVE as this could damage the
electronics.
IMPORTANT!
Never use corrosive, abrasive or solvent-based cleaning agents!
GUARANTEE POLICY
MotoSana GmbH highly values you as a customer and always endeavours to oer you the best possible service. Every iMOVE device
leaves our premises in perfect condition. Should any manufacturing and/or material defects come to light in the course of normal
use of the device, we guarantee repair during the rst two years from the date of purchase, free of any charge for material and wage
costs. The product must have been purchased from an authorised iMOVE partner. Fullment of the guarantee assumes transport of
the faulty device from the customer to the manufacturer at the customer’s expense.
LIMITATIONS IN FULFILLING THE GUARANTEE
The exclusive claim of the customer in the event of a faulty iMOVE is restricted to repair or replacement of the faulty part. Which
guarantee service or which combination of guarantee services shall be provided in each case remains at the sole discretion of
MotoSana GmbH. Once MotoSana GmbH has established that the product is faulty, MotoSana is entitled to a reasonable period
of time for repair or replacement. The replacement product sent to the customer within the scope of the limited guarantee will
be manufactured using new and functioning used components. For repaired or replaced products, either the remaining term of
the original product guarantee or a guarantee period of ninety days shall apply, depending on which of the two provides a longer
remaining guarantee period. The guarantee shall become invalid in the event of a repair being carried out by a person or repair shop
not authorised by MotoSana GmbH instead of by MotoSana GmbH itself.

MISE EN SERVICE
4.1 INSTALLATION ET RACCORDEMENT
Un support plat et stable (faibles en oscillations) est important pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de l’iMOVE. L’iMOVE ne doit être
installé qu’à l’intérieur. Après l’installation correcte de l’iMOVE, insérez la che secteur dans la prise de courant. Une fois installé et
raccordé, l’appareil est immédiatement opérationnel.
ATTENTION!
Il est interdit d’utiliser l’appareil dans des locaux humides. Plage de température entre 0 et
+30 degrés Celsius. L’appareil se déconnecte automatiquement environ 4 heures après la dernière commande.
4.2 POSSIBILITÉS DE COMMANDE
Vous pouvez commander l’iMOVE directement sur l’appareil, à l’aide d’une télécommande et de l’appli gratuite iMOVE par le biais de
votre smartphone ou tablette.

4.2.2 COMMANDE À L’AIDE DE L’APPLI
L’appli gratuite est disponible pour iOS et Android. Téléchargez gratuitement l’appli du App Store (iOS) ou du Google Play Store
(Android) sur votre smartphone ou votre tablette. Vous devez d’abord connecter votre smartphone ou votre tablette à l’iMOVE via
Bluetooth. Pour cela, vériez dans quel mode se trouve l’iMOVE. La touche allumée en bleu vous indique que l’iMOVE se trouve
en mode «Smartphone». Si la touche est allumée en blanc, l’iMOVE se trouve alors en mode «Télécommande». (basculement
entre les modes «Smartphone» et «Télécommande», cf. 4.2.3. ) Si la touche est allumée en bleu, cela signie que l’iMOVE est
prêt à être connecté à votre smartphone. Activez maintenant l’appli iMOVE sur votre smartphone ou tablette et achez les réglages
Bluetooth dans l’appli iMOVE en haut à droite. Sélectionnez votre iMOVE pour connecter l’appareil.

En appuyant sur le champ START, votre programme d’entraînement démarre automatiquement avec une fréquence de 2 hertz.
Avec PAUSE, vous pouvez interrompre l’exercice durant l’application et le poursuivre plus tard.

2RÉGLAGE DE LA FRÉQUENCE
Vous pouvez adapter la fréquence avant de démarrer le programme d’entraînement ou bien durant le cours de l’exercice.
Utilisez le curseur (Slider) ou bien la touche plus et moins pour augmenter ou réduire la fréquence.
3RÉGLAGE DU STOCHASTIQUE
Avec le régleur stochastique, vous pouvez activer et désactiver le stochastique. Stochastique signie que la fréquence
se modie de façon aléatoire dans la plage de -2 à +2 unités autour de la fréquence sélectionnée.
4ÉVALUATION
À la n de l’exercice, l’écran ache une brève évaluation de votre séance d’entraînement.

4.2.3 BASCULEMENT ENTRE LE MODE SMARTPHONE ET TÉLÉCOMMANDE
L’éclairage LED en couleur de la touche vous indique dans quel mode se trouve actuellement l’iMOVE. Si la touche est allumée
en blanc, l’iMOVE se trouve alors en mode «Télécommande». Si la touche est allumée en bleu, l’iMOVE se trouve alors en mode
«Smartphone».
Pour basculer entre le «mode télécommande et smartphone», procédez comme suit:
Désactivez l’iMOVE. Appuyez ensuite simultanément sur les touches et , et les maintenir enfoncées pendant env. 3 secondes.
Maintenant le rétroéclairage de la touche change et l’iMOVE se trouve dans le mode correspondant. Vous pouvez basculer entre
les deux modes opératoires selon vos besoins.
4.2.4 INSTALLATION DE LA TÉLÉCOMMANDE DISPONIBLE EN OPTION CONTRE SUPPLÉMENT
Si vous avez commandé votre iMOVE avec télécommande (en option), cette dernière est déjà connectée avec l’appareil. Pour
connecter ultérieurement la télécommande à l’iMOVE, veuillez procéder comme suit:
1Vériez dans quel mode se trouve votre appareil. L’iMOVE doit se trouver en mode «Télécommande».
Cf. point 4.2.3
2Appuyez maintenant sur la touche de l’appareil et la maintenir enfoncée pendant env. 5 secondes jusqu’à ce qu’elle
commence à clignoter en bleu.
3Appuyez ensuite sur la touche de la télécommande pendant env. 5 secondes jusqu’à ce qu’un témoin vert s’allume
brièvement. La télécommande est maintenant reliée à votre appareil.

RECOMMANDATIONS D’APPLICATION
5.1 PREMIERS PAS
Commencez par des fréquences basses. Asseyez-vous sur une chaise et posez vos pieds sur la pédale de l’iMOVE. Activez l’iMOVE.
Variez la vitesse et découvrez ainsi comment fonctionne votre iMOVE. Trouvez l’intensité qui agit d’une manière bienfaisante sur
votre corps. Essayez diérentes positions du pied. L’eet d’entraînement change en fonction de la position du pied. Variez égale-
ment la contre-pression que vous exercez et modiez la position de votre corps. En appuyant les avant-bras sur les genoux, vous
pouvez intégrer à l’entraînement vos épaules et le buste.
5.2 EXERCICES PROPOSÉS
Souple, compact et silencieux - l’iMOVE est le repose-pieds parfait pour l’entraînement à domicile, au bureau ou en vacances et en
voyage. L’entraînement physique simple convient pratiquement à tous. Des témoignages montrent: L’entraînement avec l’iMOVE
active les muscles, stimule le métabolisme, améliore la circulation sanguine, détend et décontracte la musculature. L’iMOVE vous

Mettez-vous à quatre pattes devant votre iMOVE. Posez vos mains sur l’iMOVE (chaque main sur une pédale)
et sélectionnez une vitesse moyenne.

Posez les deux pieds sur l’iMOVE et basculez du talon à la plante du pied et inversement.
Sélectionnez une vitesse modérée qui vous convient.

ENTRETIEN DE L’iMOVE
Avant le nettoyage, coupez l’alimentation électrique en retirant la che secteur. Nettoyer l’iMOVE avec un chion légèrement hu-
mide et l’essuyer ensuite avec un chion sec. Aucun liquide ne doit pénétrer à l’intérieur de l’iMOVE, car cela risque d’endommager
la partie électronique.
IMPORTANT!
Il est interdit d’utiliser des produits de nettoyage solvants, acides ou abrasifs!
CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
La société MotoSana GmbH vous estime en tant que client et s’engage toujours à vous orir le meilleur service possible. Chaque
iMOVE quitte l’usine dans un état parfait. Si des défauts de fabrication et/ou de matériaux sont constatés au cours de l’utilisation
normale de l’appareil, nous garantissons une remise en état durant les 2 premières années après la date d’achat, avec compensation
gratuite du matériel et de la main-d'œuvre. Le produit doit avoir été acheté chez un partenaire commercial iMOVE autorisé. La four-
niture de la prestation de garantie suppose que l’appareil défectueux soit renvoyé au fabricant par le client.
RESTRICTIONS LORS DE LA FOURNITURE DE PRESTATIONS DE GARANTIE
Le droit exclusif du client dans le cas d’un iMOVE défectueux se limite à une réparation ou à un remplacement de la pièce défec-
tueuse. Quelle prestation de garantie ou quelle combinaison de prestations de garantie sera fournie dans le cas concret relève ex-
clusivement de l’appréciation de la société MotoSana GmbH. Si la société MotoSana GmbH a constaté qu’un produit est défectueux,
la société MotoSana GmbH a droit à un délai approprié pour eectuer une réparation ou un remplacement. Le produit de rempla-
cement envoyé au client dans le cadre de la garantie limitée est fabriqué sur la base de nouveaux composants et de composants
usagés fonctionnels. Les produits réparés ou remplacés seront couverts par la période restante de la garantie de produit initiale ou
par une période de garantie de quatre-vingt-dix jours, en retenant parmi les deux possibilités celle avec la période de garantie la
plus longue. La garantie est annulée si une réparation n’a pas été réalisée par la société MotoSana GmbH, mais par une personne ou
un atelier non certié par la société MotoSana.
