About the Use of This Manual
Please read this manual thoroughly since the
information in it may allow you to know how to
operate your car safely and properly, and enjoy your
driving at maximum.
The strategy of our company is to make continuous
improvements to the products; therefore, we reserve
the right to make changes in the product without
further notice after the manual is released. The
illustrations in this manual are for reference only.
Please read this manual before using the
entertainment and navigation system, and strictly
follow the instructions for operation
Announcement
No part of this publication may be reproduced, stored
in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form,
electronic, mechanical recording or other means
without prior written permission from the company.
Important Safety Information
•
Do not attempt to fit, repair or modify the
entertainment system by yourself, because there
are high-voltage components in the device, which
may cause electric shock. For internal inspection,
adjustment or repair, please consult a local
Authorized Repairer.
•
Do not allow this entertainment and navigation
system to come into contact with liquids. If
liquids or foreign objects enter into this
entertainment and navigation system, please
park your vehicle at a safe place, immediately
switch off the ignition and contact a local MG
Authorized Repairer. Do not use the
entertainment and navigation system in this
condition because doing so may result in a fire,
electric shock, or other failure.

If the entertainment and navigation system has
smoke, abnormal noise or odor, or any other
abnormal sign shows on the LCD screen, please
cut off the power immediately and contact a
local MG Authorized Repairer for service. Using
the entertainment and navigation system under
such condition may result in permanent damage
to the system.
•
It is strictly prohibited to operate the
entertainment and navigation system while
driving, so as to avoid the influence on the traffic
safety caused by inattention. Please park your
car in a safe location and apply the parking brake
before making the necessary adjustments or
watching "Video Picture".
•
Extreme high/low temperatures will interfere
with the normal functions. If you shut down the
engine and park the car in direct sunlight or at a
cold place for a long period of time, it may
become extremely hot or extremely cold in the
car, the entertainment and navigation system
may not work properly in such environments.
Once the internal temperature returns to the
normal range, the system will restore the normal
function. If it is unable to restore, please contact
a local MG Authorized Repairer for service.
•
In case of vehicle refuel, you shall power off the
entertainment and navigation system.
•
In order to avoid the battery from running out,
make sure to start the vehicle engine while using
the entertainment and navigation system,
otherwise it will cause the battery to run out.
•
If the battery is disconnected or runs out, the
data in the memory of the entertainment and
navigation system will be cleared.
•

navigation system is used for assisting you to
drive. The routes and navigation information
displayed by the entertainment and navigation
system are for reference only. Thus please make
sure to observe the rules for safe driving, actual
traffic lights and all the current traffic rules.
•
When using a mobile phone, keep the mobile
phone away from the screen to prevent
disruption of the video signal in the form of
spots, colored stripes, etc. on the screen.
•
To protect the screen against damage, be sure
to touch the panel buttons with your finger (a
touch pen can be used for special calibration).
Instructions
•
This manual contains important information and
warnings & instructions for entertainment and
navigation system. For additional information
related to the safety of your own and occupants,
please refer to other manuals accompanied with
the vehicle.
•
Please do not use vehicle heat insulation film or
similar products on the windscreen, otherwise, GPS
or internet signal shielding may occur.
•
The GPS positioning result of the entertainment
and navigation system is for driver's reference only.
In case of any abnormal situation, please drive
according to the actual road condition.
•
Communication signal will be subject to the
signal coverage range of service provider; if there
is no signal, part of services relying on network will
be restricted.
•
Maintain the volume of the voice prompt at an
appropriate level while driving, so that you can be
aware of the road and vehicle condition.

After switch off engine and lock doors, the
entertainment system will also shut down. if you
want to continue the use at this time, you need to
press the power button, but there is a risk of low
vehicle battery power, please restart the engine.
Cautions for Using Screen
•
Please protect the screen against direct sunlight.
Extended exposure to direct sunlight will result in
screen malfunction due to high temperature.
•
When the temperature is above or below the
operating temperature range (-20℃to +65℃),
please do not use the LCD screen, because the
screen may not operate normally and could be
damaged.
•
Make sure that the warm or cool air from the air
conditioning system will not be distributed to the
screen directly, damages to the entertainment
navigation device may occur due to heat or
moisture.
•
Do not make drag-and-drop operation or press
the screen hard, otherwise, scratches and damages
may occur.
•
To remove dust from the screen or clean the
screen, please turn the system off first, and then
wipe with a dry soft cloth. When wiping the
screen, take care not to scratch the surface. Do
not use irritative or abrasive chemical cleaners.
•
When the backlight reaches the end of its service
life, the screen will become dimmer and the image
will no longer be visible. In that case, please
contact an MG Authorized Repairer for service.

Playable File Format for Entertainment
System Cautions
•For some types of external storage devices, the
entertainment system may not be able to identify
them, or to correctly play the files.
•Because of file characteristics, file format,
recorded application, playback environment,
storage conditions, and so on, it may not be
possible to play some music files normally.
Audio Support
The entertainment system supports the following
audio formats, and other formats may not work
normally.
MP3, AAC,OGG, WAV ,APE ,FLAC
Video Support
The entertainment system supports the following
video formats, and other formats may not work
normally.
AVI ,MP4 , 3GP , MOV, MKV ,FLV

The entertainment system supports the following
image formats, and other formats may not work
normally.

1. Left ★Button
When the Quick Menu One-touch Open mode is
selected:
Short press to open the quick menu.
When the CarPlay/Android Auto mode is selected:
Short press to open the Apple CarPlay or Android Auto
function.
When the AVM One-touch On/Off mode is selected:
Short press to open/close the 360°function.
2. Phone Button
Short press to answer the call or hang up the phone.
Long press to reject the call.
3. IPK mode Button
When the right ☆Button is selected for SRC mode:
Short press to arouse or turn off the IPK mode .
4.Right ☆Button
When the SRC mode is selected:
Short press to switch to next available media audio
source.
When the AC mode is selected:
Short press to arouse or turn off the air conditioner
panel.

5.1.When the SRC mode is selected and the IPK mode
is not selected:
When playing music:
Press the button to the left to go back to the previous
song,Press the button to the right to forward to the
next song.
When using radio:
Press the button to the left to seek the previous radio
frequency,Press the button to the right to seek the
next radio frequency.
Press the top edge of the button to increase the
volume,Press the lower edge of the button to
decrease the volume,Short press the middle button to
play or pause the media audio source.
5.2.When the AC mode is selected and arouse the air
conditioner panel:
Press the top edge of the button to increase air
volume,Press the lower edge of the button to reduce
the air volume,Press the left edge of the button to
Reduce the air conditioner temperature,Press the
right edge of the button to Increase the air
conditioner temperature.

Tap to go directly to the music/radio page.
Short press the steering wheel [SRC] button to
switch between radio Bluetooth music, online
music, USB music, CP/AA music
4. Air Conditioner
Touch to enter the Air Conditioner interface.
5. Apple CarPlay
Tap to enter the function , (please ensure your
phone is compatible and plugged in beforehand).
6. Android Auto
Tap to enter the function, (please ensure your

1.Touch to select the PM frequency.

5.*Choose Online Music to switch the music sources.
6.Touch to add/remove the song to favorites.
