General Warnings
To ensure the safe installation, adjustment, and operation of the Bath Bench, these instructions MUST
be followed. FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY TO THE USER
OR DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT. If you are unable to understand these warnings, cautions, and instructions,
contact a healthcare professional or dealer before attempting to use this equipment.
Warnings:
Prior to each use check to assure that all screws, joints and fittings
on the bath bench are tight.
DO NOT place bath bench on uneven surfaces.
DO NOT use if wobbly, unstable or not level.
DO NOT exceed user weight capacity of 300 lbs. (136 kg)
DO NOT stand on the bath bench.
DO NOT use the bath bench for anything but its intended purpose.
√Excessive twisting or turning while seated on the bench may cause a loss of
balance and damage to the product.
√Check rubber tips for rips, cracks or wear. If these conditions exist, DO NOT use
the bath bench and replace the tips immediately.
√Check the bench for cracks or ruptures in the plastic. If you have concerns,
contact the manufacturer at 1-800-633-5463.
√Check that all push buttons are fully protruded from the mainframe through the leg
extensions and are properly engaged.
√Ensure all four legs are adjusted evenly and are free of any obstructions prior to use.

Assembly Instructions
Ensure that you have all of the necessary components before
assembling your bath bench.
•1 Bench - with preassembled main frame
•1 Seat Back – with preassembled frame
 •4 Aluminum extension legs
1. Turn the bench seat (Figure A) upside down to reveal the
pre-assembled mainframes.
2. Depress the push button at the top of the leg extension (Figure B) and
Insert the extension into one of the four leg assemblies. Ensure the push
button is properly engaged. Repeat with the other three leg extensions
3. Turn the bench right side up to insert the frame of the bench back into
the mainframe of the seat. Ensure the push buttons are properly engaged.
4. Turn the bench upside down. To adjust the height of the bench by first
measuring the distance from the back of the user’s knee to the floor.
Using the chart below depress the push button (Figure C) into the
appropriate slot.
5. Ensure all four rubber tips (Figure D) rest evenly on the floor.
Choose the appropriately numbered hole on leg for desired height.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Ensure the user’s legs do not dangle while sitting on
the bench as this could potentially cause a loss of circulation in the legs.

Cleaning
1. The bath bench features built-in Microban®antimicrobial protection to help prevent the growth of
stain and odor causing bacteria, mold and mildew to keep it cleaner for longer.
2. The bath bench can be easily cleaned with regular household cleaning products. Use a non-abrasive
cleaner with warm water. DO NOT use abrasive powders or scouring pads.
Maintenance
• Periodically inspect the bath bench for damage or loose components.
• Ensure all push buttons are protruded from the extension legs.
• Check the rubber feet on the leg extensions for rips or wear. If any of these conditions exist, or if they
are missing, replace them immediately.

Instrucciones de Ensamblado
Asegúrese de tener todos los componentes necesarios

• 4 Patas de extensión de aluminio
1. Gire el asiento del banquito (Figura A) boca abajo para revelar
los armazones prearmados.
2. Presione el pulsador en la parte superior de la extensión de pata
(Figura B) e inserte la extensión en uno de los cuatro conjuntos
de pata. Asegúrese que el pulsador esté apropiadamente enganchado.
Repita con las otras tres extensiones de pata
3. Gire el banquito boca arriba para insertar el armazón del banquito de
vuelta en el armazón del asiento. Asegúrese que los pulsadores estén
apropiadamente enganchados.
4. Gire el banquito boca abajo. Ajustar la altura del banquito midiendo
primero la distancia desde la parte posterior de la rodilla del usuario
al piso. Usando la tabla abajo pulse el pulsador (Figura C) en la ranura apropiada.

Limpieza
1. El banquito de baño presenta protección antimicrobiana Microban® incorporada para ayudar a prevenir

2. El banquito de baño puede ser fácilmente limpiado con productos de limpieza casera regulares. Utilice

Mantenimiento
• Inspeccione periódicamente el banquito de baño en busca de daños o componentes sueltos.
• Asegúrese de que todos los pulsadores estén extendidos desde las patas de extensión.
• Compruebe las patas de goma en las extensiones de pata en busca de grietas, desgaste.
