FUNCTIONS For use indoors in dry locations only
WARNING !
ON INDICATOR: LED will blink in proportion to fan speed. Two blinks per second at minimum fan
speed, constant on for full fan speed.
GROUNDING/BONDING STUD: Stud used to ground/bond the module.
120V POWER CORD
ALWAYS ON OUTLETS: Two always on 120 VAC/60Hz/15 AMP outlets.
FAN CONTROL OUTLETS: 30 to 120V @ 1.5 AMP maximum combined load.
CONTROL SWITCH:
ON - Fan Control Outlets always on full speed.
OFF - Fan Control Outlets are off.
AUTO - Proportional speed fan control.
AUTO INDICATOR: LED remains lit with the Control Switch (C) in the Auto position.
TEMPERATURE PROBE: Temperature Probe with five foot lead.
2 AMP FUSE: User serviceable 2 Amp fuse.
15 AMP CIRCUIT BREAKER: Press to reset.
WARNING: IF BACK-UP POWER IS SUPPLIED BY A UPS
- A UPS with a “modified square wave” or other “simulated sine wave” output could potentially damage
this device and or the fans it controls.
- A UPS with a “pure sine wave” output is required.

1) To access the temperature control circuit board, remove the eight (8) screws as shown. Save the
screws for reassembling the unit. (FIGURE A)
2) Remove the bottom mounting plate. (FIGURE B)
3) CAREFULLY slide the module out of the housing. Make sure that you do not disconnect the green
ground wire from the housing. (FIGURE C). The temperature control jumpers reside on the bottom
of the module. Do not adjust or disconnect any of the wiring.
CHANGING DEFAULT TEMPERATURE SETTINGS
WARNING ! To eliminate the risk of electrical shock, you must disconnect power before servicing.

4) Move jumpers as required. (FIGURE D)
- JP1: Three position temperature setting jumper.
- JP2: Remove for non-proportional, always on mode
(when set temperature is reached).
5) Carefully slide the unit back into the housing. Reattach the mounting bracket using four (4) screws.
Reinstall the remaining four (4) screws

INSTALLATION
Lacing Points
1) Module can be mounted to rackrail brackets or any flat surface using customer supplied hardware.
The mounting hole pattern allows the module to mount to any EIA compliant rackrail.
2) Mount Temperature Probe at the highest available location in the rear of the enclosure.
NOTE: There are four lacing points available for cable management.

Middle Atlantic Products, Inc. (the "Company") warrants the FC-2-215-1CA to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of
(3) three years from date of shipment by the company.
The Company's entire liability to the purchaser, and the purchaser's (or any other party's) sole and exclusive remedy, under this warranty shall be limited, at the Company's option, to
either (a) return of and refund of the price paid for, or (b) repair or replacement at the Company's factory of the products purchased, or any part or parts thereof, which the Company
has determined to be defective after inspection thereof at the Company's factory. This warranty does not cover damage due to acts of God,accident, misuse, abuse or negligence by
parties other than the Company, or any modification or alteration of the products. In addition, this warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling, assembly, installation or
maintenance.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY
OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES. THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY TO THE PURCHASER (OR ANY OTHER PARTY) HEREUNDER, IF ANY, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF
THE PRODUCTS PAID TO THE COMPANY.
