This switch controls single-phase control circuit power to the machine and the DC power
supply for the microprocessor and its components. Setting this switch to during
operation stops the machine.

Thissignalisactivatedwhenoperatorattentionisrequired,aswhenunloadingisrequired
or certain errors occur. Pressing cancels the signal.

This button extinguishes the operator signal (). If the signal was programmed as part
of a formula, the formula resumes after this button is pressed. If an error causedto
illuminate, pressing after correcting the error will extinguish the signal. If was
illuminated when a valid formula was selected, the signal will terminate automatically
when the formula is started or the door is opened.

Setting the keyswitch to prevents programmed data from being changed and allows
normal machine operation. Setting the keyswitch to allows programming machine
operation and certain troubleshooting procedures.

Thislargeredbuttoninayellowrectanglemayappearinseverallocationsonthemachine.
It performs the same function as , but locks in the depressed position and must be
turned to release the button and close the circuit before operation can resume.

This buttonstops themachine immediately by opening the three-wire circuit. Emergency
Stop buttons perform the same function. Pull cords and kick plates, if the machine has
them, also perform the same function.

This button enables machine operation if certain safety considerations are met. When
operation is enabled, the machine will operate in manual or automatic mode.

When this switch is set to W, the machine will not desire a load. When set to 3, the
machine will desire a new load after discharging the current load. For normal automatic
operation, both of these switches on the machine and the control box must be set to 3.

When this switch is set to 3, the machine automatically discharges each load when the
drycodeisfinished,withoutregardforthereadystatusofthereceivingdevice.Thecenter
(off) position prevents the machine from discharging until the switch is set to "
(momentary) or 3. When the machine discharges to a Milnet/Miltrac controlled device,
this switch must remain set to !.

When this switch is set to1, automatic operation is suspended,
is displayed, and the discharge door opens. This position also enables C.

C jogs the basket for manual unloading if 3C1 is set to 1.

This switch resets the flame control unit safety lockout and cancels any flashing or
illuminated lights on the light panel.

This switch disables the main air blower, the combustion air blower, and the heat relay.
It opens the load door if the door is not already open, and the basket continues to rotate.

This light indicates that gas pressure delivered to the dryer is too high for proper
operation, or the dryer gas regulator is damaged.

On machines with Fireye flame control units, this light indicates that the flame rod
signaled the flame control unit that neither the pilot nor the burner is lit. On machines
with Landis & Gyr flame control units, this light indicates that one or more of the
requirements of the safety reset circuit is not satisfied.

On machines with Fireye flame control units, this light indicates that the microprocessor
requested fire but the flame control unit was not allowed to light because one of the
requirements of the safety reset circuit was not met. This light has no function on dryers
equipped with Landis & Gyr flame control units.

The machine’s normal operating mode is fully automatic.Afterthe machineissetforautomatic
operation, a new load and its batch codes passes from the loading device to the machine each time the
machine requests a load. Before a new load is received, the processed goods are discharged, freeing the
machine for the next load.

usually be corrected at the operator controls.

The three-wire relay supplying control circuit power to the machine was
de-energized or power was restored to the machine after a shutdown or
power loss.
RECOVERY: Press to close the three-wire circuit. If the three-wire circuit remains disabled
or another message appears on the display, request authorized service.
Accumulator data is unreliable.
RECOVERY: Press 6to clear accumulator data and resume operation.
¤V®?aa
The temperature in the dryer exceeded 240°F (116°C).
RECOVERY:
Ensure the goods are no longer burning.
Reset the sprinkler by pulling the red sprinkler handle down until it locks into position.
Press to enable the three-wire circuit.
Use manual switches to unload goods onto the floor. Spray goods with water to ensure
smoldering goods are saturated.
Allow the thermocouple to cool below 214°F (101°C). Press to resume operation.
The cylinder stopped turning for more than eight seconds. The gas valve
closed, and the main air blower stopped.
RECOVERY: Press to resume operation. If the message returns, request authorized service.

An unprogrammed drycode was requested with this batch, and the dryer is
preparing to discharge the wet batch.
RECOVERY: Select Wto prevent the dryer from requesting a load. Press to resume
operation. Discharge the wet goods, or manually run a drycode.Select 3. Request management
assistance to program that drycode or to ensure it is not requested again.

The limits on the standard unload sequence parameters were exceeded
during the last discharge.
RECOVERY: Press to resume operation. If the message returns, request management
assistance to set the parameters within the limits.
