Side Mount Filter Assembly
Step 1:
Assemble Cross Frame (2)
to (2x) Base Frame (1)
using (2x) L Corner
Brackets (3) 3” from edge
of Base Frame as shown.

Step 2:
Assemble (2x) Upright Frame
(4) to (2x) Base Frame (1)
using (2x) Gusset Corner
Brackets (3) and (8x) T Nuts &
Screws (6) 3” from edge of
Base Frame as shown.
Step 3:
Assemble Mounting Plate
Assembly (7) to (2x) Upright
Frame (1) using (4x) T Nuts &
Screws (6). Align Assembly
Plate flush with upright frame
as shown below.

Step 4:
Insert Hepa Rod Assembly (8)
into the Mounting Ring on the
Mounting Plate Assembly.
Step 5:
Attach (4x) Single Corner
Brackets (9) using (4x) T Nuts
& Screws as shown below.

Step 6:
Attach (4x) Single End Caps
(9) To end of frames as shown
below.
Step 7:
Place Hepa Filter (14) onto
mounting plate ring and
secure using Hepa End Cap
(13), Washer (12) & Wing Nut
(11) as shown above.
Step 8:
Fasten to machine with (4X)
Single Corner Brackets (9) &
customer supplied screws.
