the appliance. There are no user-serviceable
parts.
• Arran e the power cord away from traffic areas
where it will not be tripped over.

the appliance and/or user.

Fan by Mistral.
Before first usin your new Wall Fan, it is most
important that you read and follow the instructions
in this use and care booklet, even if you feel you are
familiar with this type of appliance.
Your attention is drawn particularly to the section
dealin with IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS. Find a safe
and convenient place to keep this booklet handy for
future reference.
This appliance has been desi ned to operate from a
standard domestic power outlet. It is not intended
for industrial or commercial use.
Your Wall Fan is safe and easy to use. It has been
desi ned to function quietly and safely under
normal circumstances.
Its ener y efficient blades circulate cool air while
usin less power than a standard li ht lobe. The
heavy-duty motor is rated for continuous use to
combat lon hot summers.
Use the manual clutch to choose fixed direction for
personal comfort or oscillatin to cover lar er areas.
Your Wall Fan has been boxed unassembled to
minimise packa in waste. Each part is desi ned to
fit to ether and be disassembled easily for cleanin
or stora e.
Note: Ensure the Wall Fan is disconnected from
the power outlet before commencing assembly.

Getting to know your
Wall Fan
Assembly of your Wall Fan

Mount the han in bracket (2) on the wall with three
screws (1) provided (Fi 1).
Han the motor and control assembly (3) with the
bracket fix (11) onto the han in bracket (Fi 2).
Remove the plastic protector (12).
Loosen the rear uard securin rin (5) from the
motor & housin assembly (A).
Position the rear uard (4) firmly to the motor &
housin assembly (A) and fasten by turnin the rear
uard securin rin (5) clockwise ti htly.
Push the fan blade (6) alon the motor shaft. Fasten
securely usin the fan blade securin nut (7) with
the spinner by turnin anticlockwise.
Attach the front uard (8).

Always disconnect electrical appliances before
cleanin them.
To clean the fan blade, remove the front uard and
wipe clean with a sli htly damp spon e.
Clean the motor & housin assembly with a clean,
damp cloth and wipe dry.
Never spray with liquids or submer e the Wall Fan in
water or any other liquid.
Note: If the cordset of this appliance becomes
damaged discontinue use. Repairs should be
undertaken only by a qualified technician.

period of 2 years from the date of purchase for all
parts defective in workmanship or materials. The
product or defective parts will be replaced free of
char e.

1. This warranty is only valid for appliances used
accordin to the manufacturer’s instructions.
2. This appliance must not be modified
or chan ed in any way.
3. Connection must be to the volta e requirements
as specified in the ratin s label located on the
product.
4. The manufacturer does not accept liability for
any direct or consequential dama e, loss or
other expense arisin from misuse or incorrect
installation and operation of the appliance.
